Whomever this company is, they false advertise. They offer leather boots on sale (half price $70), with a photo of a different product than the one they deliver. They send very poorly made Naugahyde, formless slippers with a thin nylon strap closure at the top to hold the fold over in top opening place. Sloppy as a bucket. This product is similar to products sold at Walmart for about $12.00, or about $7.00 on sale. Customer help is non-existent. They actually admitted the boots they advertise as "leather" are "artificial leather". Didn't offer an explanation for why the item sent does not match the item pictured in the advertisement. Refuse to allow a return or refund even though they initially said they would "happily allow me to return the product" if I was unhappy with it. Not sure what Alexis j. (December 9,2020) is talking about. Keenwalk doesn't have to TRY to change, they just have to tell the truth about the product and post a photo of the actual item they are advertising. No one pays this price (a "sale" price) for fake leather boots of this poor quality. Obviously a total scam. If they are "trying to change", a good start would be to stop false advertising and start honoring their refund policy. It's against the law to do what they are doing.

Pictures and prices with less than half price but still $59. Sounds great right? WRONG! Too cheap for words! Wouldn't wear if it were my only pair. I would buy from goodwill 1st. An obvious scam.

Shoes took forever to come, no way to reach customer service, arrived looking NOTHING like picture, color completely off, most cheaply made i have ever seen. You have to return within 10 days to get $ back, they don't give any return instructions, and DO NOT respond within 10 days upon inquiry, (how convenient). I mailed back to address on pkg, which was in Calif. They tried to tell me it was shipped back to China and there was nothing they could do about it! Hahaha, I'm out 55$ for shoes, 12$ to ship back, and don't even have the crappy shoes! DO NOT ORDER FROM KEENWALK

I ordered a pair of booties, loved the style and the fact they were stated as being made of "leather". Guess what, I have bought $20. Shoes that were better quality AND LOOKED MORE LIKE LEATHER! I wrote them a note and complained about the fact the were NOT leather and nowhere on their site did they state it was not. They were not willing to refund, only exchange. You know what means, right? I will be issuing a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission about their goods - Sorry, but I have bought shoes for $68. That were made out of real leather.

I was told that they would be too expensive to be made out of real leather and hence they used "artificial high-quality leather but these are completely safe and comfortable. As you might know, it is difficult to produce shoes with real leather which can be sold at that price. Would you like to exchange for any other products HERE? We only accept return and refund full payment in case we sent the wrong size or damaged shoes."

PROBLEM? IT WAS NOT STATED ON THEIR SITE!

I received the shoes after 10 days. It's really cool item. 100% as described.

Purchased Keenwalk Comfortable Vintage Denim Shoes on 9/15/2020, arrived 15 days later on 10/1/20. Tried them on and walked around house, not very comfortable, with the tongue stiff and poking into my ankle/instep and color not as pictured. I immediately emailed their customer service and requested a refund/return. They replied a week later, stating only exchange and "We are so sorry but we only accept return and refund full payment in case we sent the wrong size or damaged shoes." However, their website states that returns for refund must be within 10 days of delivery - which was my original request. After several more days, their next email stated "If you do not want to exchange, we will let you return. Please note that you will pay the shipping fee for sending the shoes back TO OUR WAREHOUSE IN CHINA. We do not provide a shipping label and we will only refund once the item is received. Please let us know if you agree with this, then we send you an address." Forget it! I'll kick around the house in them as I'm sure I'd never see a refund. BUYER BEWARE!
PS These reviews with 5-stars stating their experience is always a good one and they "often buy from them" can't possibly be true as this company's website was only just registered on August 22,2020!

I believe the name KEENWALK was chosen to confuse consumers with the legitimate shoe company, KEEN FOOTWEAR https://www.keenfootwear.com. PLEASE DON'T BUY FROM KEENWALK!

False advertising of premium leather boots. Received poor quality leather boots by unskilled worker.

I received these loafers in size 8 & just wanted to exchange for 8 1/2. They wouldn't let me send these back to the address in California where they were shipped from. They wanted me to purchase another pair in 8 1/2 & keep the shoes that didn't fit so I would have double charges on my credit card. I am disputing the charge of the shoes. They gave me a very strange address in China to return the shoes to & told me to lie about their value to customs. See below:

Please pay the shipping fee for returning and make sure that it is still new, unused. We will only send the refund once the package arrives at our warehouse. You can use the USPS or the post office. If you use the express courier, it will be more expensive and the Customs might think it is an import. The package might be refused in some cases. Besides, could you inform the shipping company that the item's price is lower than $5.00 to help the package pass through the customs easier? Kindly send us the tracking number and we will help you follow it back.
