OK site easy to navigate never really had a bad customer experience as far as customer service just have to go with your instincts in the way things flow everyone won't connect
Not a single prediction has come to pass. I tried to cancel my account and get the remaining money refunded to me, but Keen refused... so I decided to use my remaining amount. I called a lady with 4.9 stars. I actually inquired about my book. She said, "I get chills. You will do great. " I asked her elaborate and she said. "I see you getting published. Don't worry, you will not have to self publish." Guess what? I have been self published for a while now and will not be going through a conventional publisher. I then inquired about work and she kept demanding and insisting to know my precise age -- and birth date, I guess in order to look me up from a communal Keen board and give me a fake reading. "Tell me your actual, precise age so can draw some cards." I am not giving this information to a stranger nor does she need that to do a reading. Knowing that what she had said so far was false --I just hung up... Remarkably, Keen would not even let me leave feedback. How much money do you have to spend on these fakes to be able to leave feedback. She had nearly 5 stars and yet everything she told me was wrong. How is this possible? I am not difficult to read?
I feel like more promo coupons should be given out and some readers don't even deserve $2 a min. Have ratings on how they are with other customers and what people feel they are best for.

I've been reading on keen for a little over a year. There are some good psychics but nothing they say comes true. But I gave my honest opinion on two psychics. Lady prophet and Citrine Angel both gave me a reading when I went back to them things change it was totally different than the last reading. Citrine Angel's reading change in a matter of 9 days. Lady prophets was different in 6 months because she gave me a 6 months time frame and then she tried to use free will. I dont believe In free will. That's something psychics try to use because their predictions was wrong. But anyways I wrote a honest review and keen has removed it from there website so I believe keen reviews are fabricated because when I Wright a good review it's still on the site but when I give a psychic the 1 star review they deserve it magically erases. So as a paying customer we should be able to have honest reviews to go on and keen doesn't allow that like top sites like psychic source which I'm going back to cause prediction from my favorite psychics Craig and athena has happened. Left because too costly but in spending the same amount of money on keen for less quality psychics.
I love that people are bashing one site to promote another. This is bad karma and bad business. You have to find the right advisor. There are really great people who work on keen.
Fakest site ever. No one has even predicted anything right and I feel reviews that top advisors receive are scripted. Customer service sucks and so does the company.

She just repeated what i told her and took up 2 minutes doing it then said something that was literally impossible. Either abad day or not very psychic. Also types very slow.
As a season keen user (only since June 2021) I've spent enough money and sessions with various advisors to notice a pattern.
It's about how I find the keen review system as extremely inaccurate. Like must have 4 paid minutes in order to leave feedback and then only 14 days to from that session. Likely if you're not getting accurate readings then you're not going pay another 4 minutes session with that advisor- so how can you provide constructive feedback for others to read? Also advisors know how many minutes you paid for - I find that also gets abused as when you keep following up [because nothing has changed] with all their very confident predictions- they can pull the 'connection lost' crap!. Like especially when it [connection issue] repeatedly happens with same advisor and you see a pattern within the reviews of it!
Another thing in knowing how many minutes you paid - advisors can (I know for sure with some) drag out the session with (….) but only to have written three words- that are not helpful/ or same (but paraphrased) script as last time!… Or wait until the last 20seconds to give you response- so you then cannot continue dialectic unless you pay more or simply be done with session bc they just have nothing else to tell you- as their predictions/insight never comes to pass / proves inaccurate!
In conclusion, there's a LOT of flaws to features on this site and they get abused.
Like to have a feature that can be used as 'connection lost'! Omg so obvious it's an 'escape' mechanism

After been an advisor with keen for over 10 years I had a rating 4.9. Had a established clients for many years. From one day to another they decide to cancel my account without any notification nevertheless an explanation. Unfortunately customer care does not handle this I had emailed playfair and NO ONES SEEMS TO REPLY.
I FIND THIS HORRIBLE AS A EMPLOYEE FOR OVER 10 years.
I have been using Keen off and on for a couple of years. I have red with a few psychic set have pinpointed the situation although were wrong about the outcome but still that helped me understand what I was going through so I continue to call back. My questions aren't as serious as others so if I was looking at this in terms of financially or legally and I needed these advisors to be on top of the game and correct because I've got something riding on it then I would have stopped using keen from day one. But the worst advisors infinite star and even though she had good reviews I have learned that you can get the reviews that are negative removed. I had contacted her thinking she was going to be great and got berated by her. She even try to patronize me. I'm like excuse me but he was paying whom. It ended up being like talking to a 13 year old Junior High kid because her maturity level was so low. And I was looking for answers to a situation involving work and then about a guy I was seeing and what came out of her mouth was so disrespectful and absolutely disgusting that I even wrote keen and ask them to review the our phone call. They did and I got a complete full refund which was more than the $25 guarantee thing that they have going on. In short it won't get into what she said because I'm kind of embarrassed by it but just save yourself and don't call her
This rating is for the website and service, not for the advisor. Earth oracle angel I would give 3-4 stars. The website itself sucks. It took forever to finally get connected with an advisor. It started around 11pm last night I connected with Officially and wanted to get a reading from her. I was quoted approximately 8 minutes before she would call. I waited around but never get a call. Then around 6:45 am I had 3 missed calls from the site. I had already paid the 5 dollars so I just wanted a reading at that point. I called customer service to see what my options were. The lady somehow disconnected the call. So I found another advisor and the same thing happened. It said she was available and approx 8 minutes I'd get a reading. We never connected. Finally I found earth angel oracle and was able to connect right away. She was polite and on point. What she said I already knew. I'm a reiki master teacher myself so I'm very psychic although sometimes it's nice to feel validated by hearing someone say what you already know. Her service was great although I could not rate her. The site itself is super glitchy, I could not give feedback, hard to connect to an advisor you want, etc. Customer service didn't help. The quoted times are BS, I'd rather just tune in to my own knowing but it was good to have that experience so now I know what to watch out for. The good advisors deserve better, somehow. I've read Keen takes pretty big cuts from their money, too. Not fair for such an unethical site and the way its run plus the bad platform.

We're glad that you at least enjoyed speaking to the advisor you eventually connected with. It should be noted that wait times for scheduled conversations are generally an estimate. Advisors are running their own businesses and therefore might choose to sign out when there is someone in their queue, or a conversation with a different client might go for longer than expected. We definitely don't want you to wait for that long, so what we'd suggest is sending the advisor a message and asking when a good time to connect might be if you no longer wish to wait. You can also remove yourself from their queue so that you do not receive a phone call at an unwanted time. Please also keep in mind that conversations must last for at least 4 billable minutes before they become eligible for feedback; conversations that are shorter or that only used promotional minutes will not count. We think one of these reasons is likely why you were unable to leave feedback for the conversation you had, but generally speaking we highly encourage users such as yourself to leave honest reviews. Keen is a platform that allows users to buy and sell advice from each other, which makes honest feedback an essential part of our business. We hope you'll try Keen again sometime, there are actually many amazing advisors who have chosen Keen as the place to run their businesses.
Although I haven't had an advisor actually be able to predict something to come true (love and relationship) advisors give hope and sometimes I guess that is what we need to keep going!
I telephoned this purported psychic seven times over four months with a simple question: when will I find work? She made three predictions, all three were wrong, she blocked me the day I could give her feedback. So I opened a new account and asked her why she was wrong - she made a fourth prediction timed beyond the feedback period. She later emailed me a note laced with insults (completely avoiding her personal responsibility). I placed this feedback on Keen's site with a two star rating. Keen removed the feedback. WENDY JENAE KNOWINGLY INDUCED A CONTINUED FRAUDULENT PURCHASE, AND THEREAFTER KEEN KNOWINGLY SHIELDED HER FROM ANY RESPONSIBILITY. It's very sad there are people like this willing to take money from people in times of emotional duress.
I just don't understand how the "psychic" that I spoke to kept telling me that I want a strong woman in my life, when I in-fact am a GAY MALE! When I told her how wrong she was, she then said, "Oh, I don't see gender"... WTF! I want my money back
If you get a reading that requires guesswork and 50/50 tossup answers based on how you phrase your questions, or a reading where the majority of advisors who claim multiple specific abilities yet cannot tune in to your situation without you revealing details other than a first name, THEY ARE FRAUDS. Moreover, Keen will not refund your hard-earned money, except to your KEEN account. If you paid for a reading and got a "refund" you will not see the cash back in your hands to use where you really need it (SCAMMERS).

Almost everyone who goes on keen are in some kind of life crisis seeking for guidance or just looking for someone to listen, and this is where these fraudulent "psychics" really just scam/con artists take advantage of your vulnerability. Most are very good at talking and can be intuitive, I'll give them that. For months, I've spoken to several advisors, spent tens thousands (I take full responsibility) NO predictions have come true. What I found out is that calls and chats are monitors, corporate share information with the advisors, so often you will get the same reading and you think, wow, this must be true. Positive feedbacks are fraudulent. Customers who deleted their account due to dissatisfaction are not allowed to retract their positive feedbacks, because they only had 14 days to leave feedback, the advisors hound you to give them good ones before their "predictions" ever come to pass (it never does) and these positive feedbacks then stays there to mislead future clients. Keen is basically an organized crime business. I have reported them to the FBI internet fraud unit and the BBB. Also, NEVER USE seamless pay - NEVER NEVER. They will triple charge your account and refuse to refund you. Go through PayPal or use Amex, where you are protected. But my advice, get off the site ASAP!

I applied to this company about 6 months ago and my application was finally approved early April, 2020. It had just barely been a whole week of using the website for my business, before I received an email from Keen.com that my account had been canceled/disabled, with no explanation as to why. They claim that according to their "policy," they have rights to terminate our use of their website for any reason that they decide, without giving us an explanation. I not only question the Good Faith practices of the company, but I also question whether their decision to terminate my use was based on discrimination as there is another Ethnic woman of color who had the same issue as me, at the same time. I was misled into thinking that this company would give me an opportunity to expand my practices working from home, especially during this Pandemic. I was made to believe that this was a trusted company who was supportive of the community during this crisis. I lost the ability to follow up with any clients that I had within the website, and lost money overall. It is really suspicious that I would be approved to join the company, and then a week later terminated with no explanation, especially during this crisis when I need the money the most. I feel as though the company's practices should be further investigated.

However, these decisions are not taken lightly and are only made when there are policy-violating issues surrounding a given account. I made a big mistake and for the first time I went to a psychic. Yes, it was my fault and I lost money. I asked the psychic about my recently passed husband. She told me that he was standing right next to her and that he was very sad to leave us. She said that he is waiting to cross over and is here but cannot communicate.So I said to her I am sad that he is so sad. She then said just a moment God is talking to me. She then came back and said that Dan is waiting his turn to see him and that he will be able to contact me in 2 weeks. Are you kidding me or what, God was talking to her? I was still polite to her because I am the one that went into the website so I got burned. I knew the bible talks against psychics no matter if they have crucifixes and pictures of Jesus all over the place. I still went to one and got these answers. I know you love your deceased relative or friend very much and want to hear from them just as I do but please don't get taken like I did. I learned our loved one will let us know they are around in time. We have to be patient although it is hard.
Answer: The reasons the good ones leave is because they are not appreciated nor treated well. I spoke to 3 different psychics from 2 different sites, and oh boy the stories I heard. Not just about how they were treated but also the "rules" they had to abide by to basically screw over the customer. I just kept thinking, "How is this legal?" Well I guess that little note at the very bottom of the screen that says "for entertainment purposes only" is their way out for everything. Fyi, I happened to open a special offer today. It was from a company I never dealt with but it was $1 for 10 min so I figured sure why not. Normally I just delete them. The gentleman that did my reading BLEW my mind. First he asked me what I wanted to talk about and I paused because I didn't know how to start and he immediately jumped in and spit out three very particular (meaning not like 1. You took a show 2, etc... lol) things that I did or happened yesterday and today. He said it so fast I couldn't even speak. There are very few good and trust worthy readers that I know I can count on for sure but never did I experience someone like him. I would start saying a sentence and he would finish it. And trust me I'm not new to getting readings but this was something else. I'm curious about your guy, I'm going to try him out one day. Thanks. Answer: It's usually impossible to find a way to contact most of these sites (unless you're Jewels H). Not that contacting them will get results. Btw, has anyone used Meet Your Psychic? I thought (for some reason) they may be good and legit so I payed $30 for a 30 min reading as a first time caller and the reader I chatted with knew nothing. For example, I would ask "do you see me getting a new job anytime soon?" Response "if you keep on filling out those applications you should, try craigslist." Me: "Do you see me changing fields?" Reader: "I don't do fields." WHAT? So it lasted 5 min and in their policy they state that if you can't seem to connect, just hang up by 5 min. Can't find a number, sent two long emails about how unhappy and that I needed help... chirp chirp nothing. So I paid for the max time, had a ridiculous 5 min-I don't know what to call it and I'm screwed.
