Order arrived on a pallet. Delivery person did not want to take any responsibility for the product because he said any damage would have been the distributer's fault and did not let me inspect the contents before signing off. I thought that was odd, as all the communication from KBAuthority said to open all the products and make sure there was no damage before signing. Otherwise, the product was intact, although the shower wall panels were much thinner than I thought. Overall positive experience with this online purchase.

After doing a lot of research, I purchased a shower door from Kitchen & Bath Authority. Days after paying for it, I received an email telling me that the door is not available... and the only alternatives they offered cost nearly twice as much. The listing I'd been watching for weeks was for an item they didn't have in stock. They should have removed it long before anyone tried to buy it. There was no effort to offer any kind of courtesy discount on a new door or make up for the fiasco in some way. I can't afford the alternative doors they suggested and am now going to miss a building deadline. The ordering process was certainly fast and easy, but when the item in question doesn't exist, that doesn't really matter. Dismal first experience with KBA.
