This was a very smooth experience - from ordering to the updates on shipping etc - quality product - very heavy and very sturdy - very pleased with everything!
When I ordered, I was not told that this was a "curbside" delivery. It did create a problem initially but was resolved by the driver who left it in the carport under cover from the weather.
When I ordered, it was not obvious that the shower drain was not in the center of the base. The contractor had to call and waited for many minutes to speak to a customer service person. Was told that there was no other option but the off center drain opening. Now I have to wait a week for a plumber to change the location of the drain at additional cost to me. AND to wait for the contractor to return to install. So, while the ordering was easy, nothing has been "easy" since. I hope to have my shower by Xmas!

They post items on their website that says in stock, the price is lower than others but they don't have the items in stock cause they have to order them for you! You should call them to make sure they have it or not so you'll have an option to get from other sellers. They tell you 10 business days and now 32 days still haven't heard anything from the items i ordered! MISLEADING AND DISHONEST COMPANY!
