I highly recommend Kitchen & Bath Authority! Besides the fact that they had the best price I could find, ordering was quick and easy, they shipped quickly, kept in touch throughout, and the package arrived quickly and in perfect shape. Ill be back!
Our shower door was custom cut. Although they said it would take 10-14 business days to get it done, we actually had it delivered to our door in only one week. Custom made oversized crate kept everything secure, and everything arrived in tact.
I ordered a bathtub from here for my sister's bathroom and it turned out to be great. The packaging was sound and it got delivered to me very quickly. The tub looks great in my bathroom and is really spacious too. 5 stars.

Then product works fine. There is still some leaking, but my remodeler is working on that. I was not impressed with communication I received. I was annoyed by the local delivery agency. They need to communicate delivery better.
Kitchen & Bath Authority had the best price out there, and our order arrived quickly and in good condition! We've not yet had the bath fixture installed but we're familiar with the product and are expecting similar quality. We'll be ordering with KBA again soon.
I bought accessories for my bathroom from Kitchen and Bathroom authority few months ago and my experience was quiet amazing. All the products are very good in terms of both quality and style. Also the delivery ervice was very fast. Well done, you guys are doing great job!

I moved into my new home a couple of months ago but my kitchen still looks bare. I wanted my kitchen to have a rustic look and I chanced upon KBAuthority while shopping online. Great choice on my part since almost everything I need is in their website.
Shipping takes a while but the price is worth the wait, if you have the time to wait. Lucky for us our house is also taking a while so we were not in a rush. Definitely saved money though which was great for our budget.
I purchased two tall mirrored cabinets for my (tiny!) bathroom remodel from KBA. They were more expensive than others I'd found but after a year I'm still thrilled with the quality and the high- end look. And as I said in my earlier review, customer service was super. Pix don't do them justice.
These guys lost my faucets, (2) separate occasions. I would never use them if your a professional and really needing product as promised. They don't reply in a timely fashion and aren't customer focus driven
Ordered a bathroom vanity. After waiting a month for it decided to cancel. Customer service at this place is worthless at best. Called and emailed numorous times to get an update on my order as my remodel was getting held up. Their lack of response and buisness practices are shameful. Shop somewhere else.
I ordered two shower doors over three weeks ago. Still have not received them. The shipping company they used contacted to tell me they were going to deliver on a Monday. On Monday the shipping company called and said they lost them. I asked if they had a tracking # and they said yes. But they still havent found them. I contacted K&B and they said the would expedite news. It took them 5 days to process the new ones. I have no clue when they will be here. Im rating the shipping company a zero star because they lost the originals. Im rating K&B a 2 star. I havent seen the product so I cant rate on that. But processing and delivery terrible.
Good place to shop around if you don't have the time to shop at a real store. All items arrive at your doorstep in great condition so I find it reassuring to shop at this store even when I can't actually see the item before buying it.
Very happy with the product and the service provided. Ordered new sliding glass doors for a tub, and requested that they not be delivered during a specific week. Product arrived early, undamaged and at a great price. Installed now and looks great

This company is run like a scam. They first advertise a product online, then they take your money and when you don't recieve the product or the product is not what you ordered, good luck getting your money back.
I ordered the same trim twice from them. The trim was different both times and they told me it's the product I ordered. Don't know how you can sell the two different products under the same product online.
I ordered an escutcheon for the shower in my master bath. Even though the website indicated that it was in stock, it was not. KB emailed me and said that they could get it from another supplier and that it would cost an extra $10.00. I told them to go ahead and did finally receive my order. It took longer than expected and, in fact, had to email them asking if it had been shipped. This was after receiving a 3rd party email asking me to verify if my purchase had been received. Although I did eventually receive the item, it took longer than expected and cost me more than I wanted to pay. There would be no reason for me to order anything from KB in the future.
I was fooled by myself to think i would nominally good service for the price I paid. The price was very good. Which is why I gave them a 2. The cusotmer service. Waiting on hold for 30 minutes at a time. MIssing delivery dates. Screwing up my contractor so much so that the project waited on them, simply put not worth it.
Sorry guys. You missed the mark badly on this one. Not only that we purchase 100's of thousands in bathroom equipment annually. Big miss. There you have it from a brooklyn boy to another. Bam. I hope you learned somethign from this.
