Instructions said I would receive a call to schedule the delivery but never did. Once delivery was made, driver did not get a sign off or speak with anyone at home and placed the toilet where he wanted which was not in the appropriate spot( behind the truck of the contractor in front driveway) I was lucky enough to have them move it to the front patio where it should have been delivered(safe and out of the view of the street). Communication was very poor
My experience was pretty great. Delivery was timely, and the quality of the product was great! Highly recommend

The experience was good. The product was flawed. 1500. 00 worth of kohler spouts and both had flaws in the finish. Customer was not happy at all, but accepted the faucets as is. This was a very upscale and expensive project and I wish there was some QC involved in the product before it was shipped. Seems to me that KB+A sells defective kohler products.

I placed 2 orders for fairly inexpensive items for my bathroom remodel. Communication is an overkill. For a couple of small items, I've received close to a dozen emails (order received, order placed, thanks for ordering from a small business, order in transit, order delivered, did you like the order, tell us what you think about your order, etc). I understand wanting to provide good customer service, but for a $200 shower value, it's obnoxious and over the top. It's also worth mentioning in addition to the barrage of emails, they called me to confirm the order (a week after placing it), and I returned the call the same day and confirmed the orders. Then, 2 days later they called again to confirm (not joking). That's a dozen emails and 3 phone calls to confirm. Imagine if you had to do that for every Amazon order? Lastly, they took longer to actually ship the products (from the date of the order) than every other vendor I ordered from. Much easier for me to just order from Home Depot, Ferguson or Amazon going forward.

I purchased a Toto toilet & bidet seat. The online catalog was extensive, easy to navigate and had thorough descriptions, photos & technical information. The "inspect your order upon receipt" instructions were very clear. The prices were the best and FedEx delivery was fast, three days from a warehouse in California. The three pieces came VERY WELL packed with no damage or missing parts. I'm very pleased with the entire process. Would buy here again.

This is criminal. I was charged and never received the item. I worked with customer service and they would claim to ship and the item would never arrive.

The sinks are fine. I should have done a. It more research as the sinks are a bit smaller than I would have liked. They are fine quality, just small.
