This company is a SCAM! Ordered swimwear back in the beginning of September! It's now January! Every time I've reached out to customer service they would say the package is coming yet don't offer a tracking number and refuse to offer a refund! I wish I never purchased from this company!
I ordered 2 bathing suits... A year ago, JUNE 2021 and still haven't received them. I have contacted them several times and they kept telling me they were backed up due to covid and we're sending it "right away". It's now a year later, I have NO bathing suits and they are now ignoring me and will NOT give me my money back. Absolutely disgusting and appalled by the way they have done business. If you want to have your money stolen from you then this is the company to go with... Absolutely horrible. Don't ever buy from this $#*! place.
On February 12,2022 I got a DM *******@kappacrew. Sydneyy offering an ambassador discount. I know better... we all do. In my case, I get these weird messages that appeal to my ego and make my common sense nearly disappear. But after a quick search i see that its a scam or its probably a scam. This time, when i looked at the website, the main IG with 354K followers, the trustpilot score (!?), I was surprised to see that this looked like a legit company. With this encouragement, my ego was rapidly inflating and my common sense was all the way absent. These people want me to be a bikini ambassador? I'm 42, but am I catching this companies attention? Am i still a hot mom Well... the pride before the fall, as they say. The rep that had messaged me was extremely helpful, available for all of my questions, amd even after I placed my order she would answer my DMs immediately. So I spent nearly $25 for the shipping and for "ocean conservation" and I forgot about it. For a month. When I remembered I checked the tracking amd the order confirmation. There it was, but there was no movement. I *******@kappacrew. Sydneyy with my order number and a request for updates. She answered right away and directed me to the support email address. So I sent an email to them. Then another, and another and another. I continued to contact the representative, I DMd the *******@kappacrew account... I sent more emails. I will attach the screenshots of my endless inquiries to the IG account. And the thing is, she still responds! Even today, she responds with "they are working on it" and is sympathetic. February 11th was my birthday. I'm a poor single mom of three and I bought that bikini as a present to myself. I would normally never do that. I can't afford it and if I could I'd spend it on something for my kids. That's the worst part if this... it genuinely hurt my feelings, somehow. I want them to be stopped. It's not right and I'm not sure what else I or any of us can do to get thier ego demolishing website and socials shut down, but I figured I'd start here. I'll attach photos of my DMs and my email order confirmation.
They tricked me into buying a bathing suit, never sent it to me, lied to me and said it was on the way, and then never replied to my messages. Super "professional" company for sure
This company takes your money and never sends out your order. It's a scam! Website shut down right after I ordered mine.
After six months, I never received my bikinis. When I wrote to them, they said I was ineligible for a refund since the bikinis were already in transit. Another three months go by, and I still hadn't received them. I email again, and they cancel my order, but I never received a refund. I waited 60 days, and still no refund. When I emailed again, they said there was a problem refunding my account. It's a scam! Do not waste your time/money.
This company is a sham, ordered a bikini and fought for a year to get my money back as they never shipped my item, they don't respond to emails and they don't have a phone number to call. Do not order from this site its a big sham
Ordered a bikini on Oct 17,2021 and still have not received the merchandise. I have emailed them, DM'd them multiple times and no response! SCAM!
I got asked to be an ambassador and I accepted. I ordered a swimsuit from them and only had to pay for the shipping. However, this was in October of 2021 (it is now February 2022) and I never even got an email that it had been shipped. I contacted Kappa Crew and all they gave me was a 50% discount for my next purchase. I also cant be reimbursed by my credit card, since they don't do that for shipping fees. Do not order.

I ordered as an ambassador, paid the shipping cost, and still haven't gotten the order. I've emailed back and forth with their "support team" and never even got a tracking number. Now I've asked about a refund and I'm pretty sure I'm being ghosted :(
SCAMMERS I PURCHASED MY ITEM 5 MONTHS AGO AND NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. THEY HAVE FAKE REVIEWS ON THEIR REVIEW PLATFORMS. I CONTACT THEM ABOUT MY ORDER THEY DONT PROVIDE ANY TRACKING NUMBER AND THEY WONT GIVE YOU A REFUND. EVERYONE HAS SAID THE SAME THING ON INSTAGRAM. DO NOT PURCHASE THESE OVER PRICED SWIMSUITS BECAUSE THEY WILL JUST SCAM YOU!

I placed my order nearly 5 months ago, I still haven't recieved any tracking information or anything! As I live in another country, I do understand that it may take awhile for my order to get here. I have been more than generous, to give them enough time to ship and track my order. BUT NOPE. I have been eamiling them constantly and they still refuse to tell me my tracking information (I just want to know where it is), and they keep saying that my order has been shipped. But I still havent recieved anything yet! Not even an email! I even said like at this point I just want a refund cause its bull$#*!.
I am only writing this review so that you won't shop with them. Very poor service and I will defiantly will be not shopping here again!
I purchased 2 bikinis, I never received my order, each time I message they say it has bent sent, it has been over 6 months and still nothing. So they take your money and don't give you your purchased products. Don't order from them.
Answer: Impossible when it comes to the company support. Once they got my money I could not get ahold of anyone to answer my questions about the status or a refund.
