I am a KappaCrew ambassador for a year now and I am so happy to be part of this family. I love the company how accommodating and positive they are plus i really love their bikinis. Its a high quality bikini and it is colorful and comfy. I also like the new packaging and the cute stickers!

On the 17/2 I was asked to be a model through Instagram. This all seemed legit and I went for it. I ordered a bikini on 17/2/21. I waiting months for it and constantly dm'd asking for updates. On 19/3 they decided to email me back and say the item I ordered was out of stock after I dm'd them CONSTANTLY on insta and heard nothing. Even when I email their ‘help team' they are not helpful. I reordered another bikini set and It is now 9/9/21 and still received NOTHING. Not even an email to update where my order is. SHOCKING

Horrible business if you want to call it a business. Kept communicating never received item 3 months later, no response after another month and another email finally got response was told no refund and it was on way but it was not. Still no response about refund just order is in mail will arrive soon yet here we're are over 5 months later. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE TOTAL SCAM!

This company takes your money and never sends out your order. It's a scam! Website shut down right after I ordered mine.

My package was never shipped I've been waiting over two months now and no one wants to reply this is a bad business they can't just return my money because this is ridiculous.

An ambassador reached out to be a few months ago about getting a free bathing suit from the site. I picked out a super cute one piece and even though the bathing suit was free the shipping was $25! I went along with the purchase anyway because i would spend that money on a cute bathing suit anyway. Its been probably about 5-6 months and still DID NOT RECIVE MY BATHING-SUIT! This site is a scam and i fell for it and lost $25. Its not the most money but Im still very annoyed that it never even arrived!

I genuinely love kappacrew swimmys! I have to order all over the place to find the perfect material, perfect size and for a cheap amount and i can never have all of it. UNTILLLL i discovered kappacrew! Do not hesitate to right now and order you won't regret it!

I ordered a swimsuit from the June 15th and still have not even received a tracking number or proper e. T. a. I asked the rep and she asked me to email support. I have spoken to support three times and they have told me the same thing each time that they are having "temporary delays" and "once we have a tracking number for you, we will let you know." It is now the last week of September and I still do not even have an eta. Reading through the other reviews I am realizing that these are not temporary delays or shipping problems; this is a Scam. I asked for my money back as well and they said "unfortunately at this stage we are unable to issue a refund since your package is on its way to you." But they have been saying that over and over, AND I still don't have any tracking information, a tracking number or any e. T. a!

Short Story: Never Purchase from here and do not fall for their "Instagram Marketer" scam either unless you want entire seasons to pass and still not know where your money went and if you're even getting anything for it.

I've been ordering from KappaCrew since last year and i can say that every bikini i got from them is amazing. From the fabric to packaging. Plus i really love the KappaCrew totebag and the stickers too. I also love their sweater i got from the sorority collection. Joining the sorority is also a perks you can have all the KappaCrew collections.

Ordered a bikini on Oct 17,2021 and still have not received the merchandise. I have emailed them, DM'd them multiple times and no response! SCAM!

I recet=nty got my bikini from KappaCrew and i never been this happy. The fabric, the print and the fitting i super duper love them! I feel so happy everytime i wear ir because i feel so confident. I will buy more soon from the brand. Plan to collect all their collection. <3

The bikini is beautiful, The quality is great, the people are all super nice and helpful, the shipping took a little while but still not too bad. After all I love it!

I would like to say that I'm a supporter of small businesses that I gave KappaCrew a try. KappaCrew reached out to me on Instagram and asked me to be an ambassador. Looking at the website it expresses women from any background who enjoys themselves and has a feeling of belonging in a group. I thought the concept sounds wonderful. The recruiter continuously direct messaged me. The recruiter gave me a promo of $100 off any bathing suit, which all the bathing suit is about $100 and up. You'll have to pay for shipping of $25 and once I placed the order on February 10th and the order had a tracking. It did not ship for 2 months that I thought it was a scam. I sent an email to *******@kappacrew.com and it was not a real email. So, I just waited until it finally arrived in April. The bathing suit came in a plastic bag. As I am looking at the material, it looks alright. The inner lining on the top is cheap. The left strap has a marking and a tear. If I could return and get a refund I would, but since I cannot I'm here writing a review on the type of service I received and the quality of the item. The top has the poor stitching. The customer service and the quality of bathing suit is terrible and I will not be buying anything from this company anymore.

Their swimsuits and bikinis are very cute and of amazing quality, their shipping is quick and efficient, and they help the ocean with part of the money from the brand which is awesome.
