It took them 3 months for them to ship, when they finally shipped, the import fees had changed and I had to pay double the price - they trick you into paying the highest shipping fee I have ever experienced. I thankfully got out of the collab, do not buy.
Ordered in May, never even got a shipped email or tracking number. I emailed them more than 10 times asking about where it was. They said they resent me another bathing suit since the one I ordered was out of stock. Still no tracking number. Asked for my money back and they said they couldnt give me one because they donate the money... its a complete scam. It's october and Jessica stopped emailing me back. Check their instagram... the comments are full of people who have been scammed. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are the worst.
I was asked to be an ambassador, and was hesitant. Now I am super sad I had to pay for shipping. Took 3 months to arrive, came from CHINA not anywhere beachy like they make you think. The bracelets I got, wore them for not even a full day and they are discolored. Crap quality. Do not fall for this scam.
I see a lot of people getting over dramatic here, my package was late to deliver, however, I talked with them and it's completely understandable, they're a relatively young brand and with that comes problems they need to solve with worldwide logistics to give us customers the best experiences. I trust them and believe in them, they also informed me they are working on the logistics problem and already have a USA warehouse in Texas for select products and are working on moving all their stock to that location to provide 2-5 day shipping. All in all, my package was delayed but once it arrived I was very happy with it and the team at KappaCrew! I'm excited to watch this business grow, perfecting their systems and I will be there to watch there success at every step along the way. Godspeed KappaCrew, love you guys!
I love how KappaCrew brand mission that's why i purchased one of their products since they're helping save Ocean and it's marine life they always respond on time and i love how they assist me about the process for being an Ambassador. Though the shipping took like 2-3 weeks and i understand it due to pandemic but i got my Swimsuit and I'm so excited to wear it, it's so amazing being one of their Ambassador
I never got my order and when I contacted them about it they keep saying it's "In transit" and there's nothing they can do. I have asked for my money back because I ordered a bathing suit and necklace 6 months ago and still have not received anything. They scammed me out of a lot of money and are ignorant to the fact that they are not delivering products but still making profit. This is a scam of a company and it is absolutely horrible!
I would give zero stars if I could. It's been 4 months and I have not received my order. They are a scam. The "free suit" came on 4 days. The ones I paid $113 for… NEVER CAME. It's been 4 months. First they said the suits I ordered were out of stock so I needed to pick 2 more. I did but 4 months later no suits and they refuse to give me my money back.
Got offered a bikinimodelling deal with Kappa Crew. They offered free bikini but only pay postage, which was more than the bikini itself. Then came offer for ambassador deal. Half price bikinies no postage and free set for a friend. Bought few. Paid all. Never got them nor tracking info or nothing. Weeks went pass, no info no emails. All the helpful personal messages on instagram ended to my payment. Scam. Do not fall for it.
I received a code and ended up paying $25 for a bikini. It took 2 months to arrive. It wasn't worth even $1. The size was incorrect and wasn't even close to the photo or description. No one responded to my request to return/exchange/ or refund.
Yep, I was scammed too. Ordered with the discount code they sent me in dm, paid for the shipping but never received my order or even a tracking number, it's been over two months now) I wish I paid with PayPal to be able to do a refund easier. And I emailed them, and they even replied, but all they say is that the tracking number is not available yet and when it's going to be available they will email it to me. At this point I understand that it's never going to happen and it's all just a bad experience. Welp.

They tricked me into buying a bathing suit, never sent it to me, lied to me and said it was on the way, and then never replied to my messages. Super "professional" company for sure
My daughter ordered swim wear last July and still has not received. She has emailed the KappaCrew support team several times and keeps being informed that the order is in transit. Despite daughters request several times for a refund on the order ($63.55 US dollars), the request has been denied. Instead, she has been told to wait for the order to arrive. Also, KappaCrew has not been able to provide a tracking number to show that the order was shipped. I see other reviews having the same issue. If no refund soon, moving on to legal action for refund.
Along with many other individuals on this thread, I also was contacted with a coupon code through Instagram to purchase a suit. I chose one that I liked and applied the code and still had to pay for shipping which was $24.95. I then got a confirmation email of my order and my card was charged immediately. I then thought about it and came online and read reviews, well I then decided I wanted to cancel my order so I emailed them at *******@kappacrew.com which was the email at the bottom of my confirmation email and I received an email back saying that the email wasn't valid. I then tried to email *******@kappacrew.com (which they claim someone answers within 12 hours) well it's been 10 days and I can't cancel my order, talk to someone, and no suit. PLEASE do not fall for this scam! It looks real up front but DO NOT buy it!

I think it's really misconstruing that they put on their website that the swimsuits are expensive and nice and promise their shoppers that they will love their swimsuit, and when they receive it it is cheap, flimsy, and I'll-fitting. Not to mention that the shipping cost is inflated to account for the free promo codes, so you're really just making money off of the shipping. Just seems really shady to me. Customer service refused to refund me as well. Bad business all around
If i could give them a 0 i would. I ordered my swimsuit a month ago and still don't even have a tracking number. I've reached out on instagram and they told me to email support and my email got blocked to them. I tried responding to my initial order confirmation email and that got blocked too. They're claiming covid as a reason for this but i paid $25 for 7-14 business day shipping and it has been over a month since i placed my order. Don't waste your time!

I am a KappaCrew Ambassador since March and my package arrive a little late but no regrets because i really really love the super cute bikinis from them. It is both comfort and style. A total and complete SCAM if I ever saw one. They act like they're doing YOU a favor by making you an "ambassador" so you can have a "free" suit. But you still have to pay 25$ for shipping… oh it's been FOUR MONTHS now and I still haven't received the stupid cheap quality bikini. Been emailing back and forth with them for months they refuse to give me tracking info and refuse to give me a refund! They just keep telling me to hang tight and it's on the way! Yeah right…. Oh and when I reached out to an ambassador about it on Instagram she BLOCKED me! So shady…. This company needs to be SHUT DOWN! For fraud and scam.

Answer: Impossible when it comes to the company support. Once they got my money I could not get ahold of anyone to answer my questions about the status or a refund.
