No, we did not scam you, Natalie, we are still organizing and processing a lot of orders that got caught up in a fulfillment problem. Regarding you claiming a fake tracking number, that would never happen, can you please email support@kappacrew.com with your order number, first, and last name to verify you placed an order and they will take a look for you. Shipping problems can be the most frustrating part of a customer journey, this is why we've been making new fulfillment partners and organizing to send them our products to ensure fast delivery in the future to our customers around the world. Slow shipping is not what we want and once we have everything set up, we'll be offering express 2-day shipping, and the standard shipping will be up to 5-day shipping.
