Their contact number is *******405 I have called this number 3 times and always was gotten back to and all my questions were answered I ordered a coat for my boston terrier which he is very hard to find 1 that fits him correctly because he is very stocky and wide in the chest he has a 22" chest and weighs 22.5 pounds and other then being to long under neith for a little boy, which can easily be fixed, it fits him perfectly. And as for being a scam and never receiving their products, I ordered mine Dec 7th and I received all the way from China on Dec 24rd, 2017 and was not charged shipping fees.
Chinese company acting like they are in the USA. Most of the shipments never get out of China. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
