I am very happy. There was some mis-advertising though - the monitor is 4k60Hz not 244Hz 0.5ms:)
Just a great cheap monitor that got here faster than I thought it would.
The package arrived as described in their page. This was actually for my son. I have not received any negative feedback from him. So, he's prolly a satisfied customer!

This is the first time I've used JW and they did the job well. Ordering was easy, postage was quick, BUT honestly I was VERY miffed by the suggestion that without paying extra then customer service would purposefully be lower on their priority list if I had problems. That has put JW near the bottom of my preferred list of parts suppliers.
To be that blatant about obviously creating a two tier customer class system is quite disgusting frankly. It almost caused me to refuse to deal with them at all.
No amount of lower costs, ease of ordering or even postage speed will change that disgusting taste in my mouth. If I had another option for this product I would have taken it.
