Incredibly easy experience, from order to delivery of goods. Fast delivery even for standard shipping. Lovely communication.
Very quick and easy. Pleased with the service received. The only minor thing I would say is that its great being informed on the progress of delivery but when you have AU Post advising you of this. You do not really need communications from JW as well.
Delivered to remote W.A in 5 days including JW tech upgrades prior to shipping. Arrived in show room condition. Considering JW had hands all over the laptop to perform the upgrades, the laptop arrived without a single finger print on her (MSI 18 192gbRam 8tb SSD upgrades). Recommend their services.
Only reason i gave 4 star was the phone support gave some miss information but they corrected them self's after a few minutes ( was frustrating believing the worst to find out they were wrong and all was in line).
