Please allow customers to write specific instructions when placing an order. I did not see a specific space to write specific instruction when I ordered.
The website was very clear and easy to follow. I had no issue getting to the product I wanted and everything was very streamlined. I even had an enquiry about the shipping method before making the purchase and one of the staff returned to me with an answer promptly (given that it was Black Friday sales and shops are very busy at this time). I was told my order would be shipped in 3-4 days, but it took 10 days. I would prefer to be told that it would at least a week, and not be told what they think we want to hear. I rang up on day 10, to be told it wasn't in yet, only to receive notification very shortly after, that it was in. It was probably there when I rang, even earlier, but they hadn't bothered to check, or let me know.
