Got the 9800x3D after release within a week, and I am not even ordered it right after the release, I waited and still got it fast.

I was told my order would be shipped in 3-4 days, but it took 10 days. I would prefer to be told that it would at least a week, and not be told what they think we want to hear. I rang up on day 10, to be told it wasn't in yet, only to receive notification very shortly after, that it was in. It was probably there when I rang, even earlier, but they hadn't bothered to check, or let me know.

Extremely impressed with how fast and efficient their service was. Things can take longer than usual to reach north Qld.

Please allow customers to write specific instructions when placing an order. I did not see a specific space to write specific instruction when I ordered.

I paid for expedited shipping and think i wasted my money because things I ordered from USA arrived quicker than this order. Processing time was very slow

Happy with the process and support. Would have been better if explained on initial shipping notification the second item ( Asus NUC) was being shipped by partner and different timeline. Their shipping info ( Global Express Team) did not populate your tracking system properly, kept advising "invalid tracking number". Had to go to Global Express website to track.

Delivery was a bit painful. Kept telling me it would be arriving for 3 days before actually arriving. Blotting out that much time to be home to accept the delivery, only to have it not show can be a bit painful.
