I had an issue with the postal service selected, and they immediately refunded the extra I had paid and committed to update the info on their website that had confused me. At the end of the process, this is what I wrote to the customer service person, Paul.

We've all been burned by online sellers who don't take customer service seriously, and to have a provider be so conscientious is really valuable. Slightly disappointed with the communication from JW Computers with regards to the delay in getting the hardware shipped to Melbourne

The PC was delivered in the published time frame and I am happy with the performance. Wifi performance
Was flaky until I realized I had not connected the external antenna, my bad.
A bit disappointed that the delivery people left the PC at the front door with no notification, no knock or ring or message.
