Ordering was easy the recipient had the tracking number and postage was not long at all arrived together and in a nice big sturdy box and was a signed drop off only.

Got my delivery fast and ontime which was amazing especially when ordering replacement parts. Ordering process was simple and fast.

No complains overall, only that the tracking information from StarTrack says that the date of the delivery is only an estimate, kinda pointless if you planned to stay at home just to wait to receive the item.

Nice website and easy to use. Easy to order a custom PC (has great information at hand if you need help).

The warehouse and supplier has made me feel disappointed as I was expecting like what JW Computer's delivery policy says that it takes about 1 - 3 days to process but took longer because it had to wait another 1 - 3 days to get the item from the supplier to your warehouse, which takes about 6 days in total and then dispatch the item which will take another 1 - 3 days from the courier to my place.
It's a shame that the items were good but how the process was delayed overall was not a good experience. Good thing Post Australia did a good job on delivering as soon as possible.

The laptop i ordered was out of stock but JW put me on onto an alternative. These guys know there stuff and I will be happy to deal with them in the future.

After days of online searching for a new Laptop to purchase, JW had the best deal that suited my needs perfectly!
