Very easy to book! Great prices! First time using this site and would definitely do so again. The site was very easy to use and maneuver. I liked the way it gave you additional options along with providing a less expensive route if flexibility with dates is not an issue.
This site not only charges a fee to cancel but they limit the funds as a voucher that can only be used to purchase the same exact cities at a future date. This is not reasonable. We booked our original tickets for a wedding which was canceled for safety reasons. There is no way we can know if the wedding couple is going to reschedule in the same city nor when they are going to reschedule the wedding. I will never use justfly again. It's not worth the small discount for the risk of invisible corporate policy. A voucher already sucks but to limit that voucher to the same destination? Plans change. This essentially guarantees they are going to make a bunch of free money.

I have used JustFly and purchased flight tickets a few times before. After comparing the price to some other sites, a lot of times JustFly ends up the cheapest. The only thing was that they don't have cancellation policy like other discount sites might have. So if the dates you are flying are firm JustFly is a good choice.
Flight cancelled for no reason. No contact, no explanation, no refund. I called 7 times in total as now, they still has not solve their problem. Every custom service speaks with heavy accent that is very hard to understand. They told me to wait, wait and wait... endless wait without response. Worst flight provider I ever seen. No solution! BE AWARE, NEVER use Justfly.com!
Purchased a ticket from justfly.com. They are horrible. It is impossible to get any customer service unless you are buying a ticket. They make you wait for at least 10 minutes on the phone to get refunds. I purchased insurance from their site that turns out to be something else once you try to use it. They wanted to tack on fees to cancel that came to almost as much as the ticket. They are not a to be trusted. Do not purchase from this site unless you want to start your trip one miserable note. When I contacted the airline they were willing to put my ticket into a bank for later travel. Justly would not release the ticket after I had already paid for it. In order for me to get away from them I would have fees higher than the original ticket price. It makes more sense for me to eat the cost of the whole ticket than to cancel with them. What a stink company.
I went through this travel agency because they had the best price for the flight dates that I needed at the last minute. JustFly charged me an amount and said that was the price for both airlines. On top of what I paid JustFly, airlines charged me their own fees. I paid for the trip insurance and JustFly would not honor it nor refund my money. The ticket price with what JustFLy charged me, plus what the two airlines tacked on came out to be $378.60. This was supposed to be a $170.00 fee for both airlines with no hidden fees. One airline would only give me a credit. The other airline told me it was JustFly's responsibility to refund the money. I'm now out $151.30. Do not use this travel agency. Customer service was nasty as was the manager. I could have bought a round trip ticket for $172.00 on my own through Delta. Do not book through this Co. They don't even honor the trip insurance.
If you book through any airline directly, you are entitled by the law to cancel your flight within 24 hours. Howeverr, Justfly only gives you 4 hours to cancel your flight. I would never use JustFly anymore, because of this.
Booking agencies like hotels.com are offering exceptional cancellation policies. That's the reason they thrive! Justfly wants to do their business by making customers' experiences harder? What a shame!
I spent $1000 extra to fly Premium Economy from Chicago, Il to Denpasar, Indonesia. 5 months later I find out that I paid the extra for nothing. And they don't break down the fees wither. When I got my credit card bill, they were paid $857.32 out of a total $2307.97. They received more than half what the airlines (eva air) received. I can't reach anyone to talk to at Justfly and there's nothing I can do about it now.
The price for the tickets is a lower price. Once you fill out all your information, name, address, ect and click submit the price changes to a higher price. My 3 tickets that I bought each went up by $16 when I clicked the submit button. The temp email they send you as a confirmation until the tickets are actually booked even shows the original price. But the second email confirmation shows a $48 total increase.

I would give 0 star if I could. I have paid extra $75 to cancel my flight and to receive credit that can be applied towards the purchase of new flights. I thought I was going to be able to use the credit towards any other flights, but they only allow you to use it toward the same destination. PLUS the prices that you see online is what they call for "new reservations". There's a separate price for those who use the credit. For example, the price for the flight shown online was $169, but they said I need to pay extra $350 including the credit to book the same flight. The agent said it would be cheaper to make a new reservation rather than using the credit. I now have $204 credit that I cannot even use and that is only valid for 6 months. Basically they made me spend $204 +$75+ $189(new flight cost).

What you do with this app is steal people's money and when you cancel they don't want to return the money don't buy tickets in this app I just went through them I bought a ticket and they didn't refund my money they stole it
Scam company. Took money. No provide my ticket. I have three kids, took my money. Horrible company. Be careful people. I am asking refund my money so no refund policy. You won't buy a new ticket for $4000 is crazy or joke. Sorry I don't have money. I'm not rich. Please help us.
Certain flights would not show up in multi-city search.
Called in to try to change my flight not even 5 hours after booking... they wanted to still charge me a $75 void fee per ticket. I kept my original flight
Worst service ever herd, I asked question and she was giving me BS answers Noting to do with what I asked. Coupon posted on line and when you apply it saying that $20 was posted to your purchase. Not working, noting posted just the lie to use there site,
When I searched for a specific international flight, it repeatedly found the specific flights I was looking for $300 cheaper. But when you "select" that flight, with no information or warning, the final price jumps $300. My family and I reproduced this error three times over two days and then I called justfly.com. I spent more than 10 minutes on the phone with a rep who wanted my credit card number and email and somehow simply couldn't find the flight I was discussing ("what date?" "what airline?" "what flight number?") when I declined. They are a scam organization

I have used them before and never had issues but the last two times I have. They will not refund me for a service I never received. In all honestly save your money and book directly with a reputable airline.
During my last flight one of my flights was canceled. The process to switch was easy and I made it home just fine. Making reservations is simple and Justfly has the best options available.
Will continue using for all my travel needs.
I booked a flight for my daughter to Myrtle Beach and bought the cancellation insurance. Well because of the hurricane the resort contacted us and said they would not reopen until Nov. And our reservation was cancelled. So we contacted Justfly to change reservation to go to Orlando and they said that since we purchased flight cancellation after Sept 1 it wasn't and good. Booked "economy" international flights only to receive "economy light" tickets. Had to spend hours on customer service line to get refund. Still haven't received refunds we were promised to cover our baggage. Also, we were never notified our seat request wasn't completed and had to book our own seats.
Thank you for a wonderful flight purchase experience. I will definitely use this service again. I also got cash back through ebates which was a huge plus and I did not expect it to be As much as it was.
