We purchased tickets to fly to Berlin Germany for Dec 6 2022. We also purchased the flight protection and cancellation in case we had issues and couldn't make our flight for an additional 200.00. We did have a business relocation and our boss said we could not go on vacation, so according to just Flys agreement if we had problems in business relocation all we had to do is get a letter from my boss send it in online at justfly.com and that they would approve us and we should get our money back with no problem. We did the cancellation on Nov 14th and we had the refund application email back to us saying it's gone through. I called back on the 24th only to have a foreign speaking person tell me we have to pay 400.00 to get our money back, which was not in the agreement. Then they pretended like I never sent the cancellation of the trip, when I had the documents right in front of me. Then they stated your flight is still valid and told me that we have to go on the flight or we will lose the money. I tried to call again only to get the same person. I finally found another number for them and this guy tells me he cannot not find my cancellation even when I gave them thr flight number. Nothing has been done after 3 weeks and all the rules that they spoke about I argued because it was not in the contract. All it said was that if I had to do was submit proof of my job relating, and the letter was sent by my.boss on 11/14/22. They stated I should get a refund except the 200.00 I paid a total of 1975.61 and I am supposed to get 1775.61 back. I don't know what to do! I need to find am attorney and sue this company, they are a big rip off. I see 2 different addresses and I think they are a fraud.

If I have my way, I will give no star. This justfly organization is thieves. Corporate thieves. I REGRET GREATLY that we booked through them, EVERYONE, BE CAREFUL, DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BOOK FLIGHTS THROUGH THEM ANYMORE. The prices of the flights are the same if you go through the airline itself, be it united, porter, or American airline. BE CAREFUL OF SCAMMERS LIKE JUSTFLY AGENTS. I AM SO sad because they took my money. I called porter airline for help, Porter airline said they left a note on my account for justfly to refund or change my ticket, 72hrs as passed, they never helped, I call them each day, and I go over the same thing every day, VERY FRUSTRATING AND SAD. They promised to call back, because they want to confirm what we said that PORTER AIRLINE INSTRUCTED, three days passed, they never did, and I keep calling, I keep hearing the same excuse. BE CAREFUL, PLEASE BOOK YOUR TRIPS EITHER THROUGH THE AIRLINE ITSELF, OR A MORE ORGANIZED, SINCERE, PROFESSIONAL, AND DEPENDABLE AGENT

Justfly cannot be contacted by phone and their service once they have you booked and paid up is and non-existent. I was supposed to fly Delta and get a Fox car rental at SNA. After Delta changed flights, there was no updated seat assignments or ability to change with Justfly. After flight delays, I could not make connecring flight, but Delta arranged flights with American that actually arrived earlier than other itinerary. The big issue was my prepaid car rental was nor honored by Flox because they stopped serving SNA. I was told by Fox to address issue with Justfly as they did not have my contact info and could not inform me of issue with reservations. Tried calling and "Chatting" with Justfly, but they kept asking for Booking Number. The number provided in their reservation email was not recognized by their "system" and I never could get an agent to addfress my issue. I actually went to Justfly website and the booking number was was showing on the website, but their messed up system does not recognize rheir own data. DO NOT USE these clowns!
