Ended up a little more than I thought it was gonna be, but still really cheap so that was pretty good.
Everything was straightforward, was able to pick seat and make booking without much effort. Would use Justfly again on future bookings

They lie to you and charge your cancellation fee when the air line is offer free refund because of the coronavirus.

I've never wrote a bad review for any flight agents--even when flights get cancelled, there's overbookings, etc. Considering I'm going out of my way to even post this, should be a reflection of how extremely shocked I am at the level of unprofessionalism and ridicule I find in this situation.
I booked a flight 4 months in advance, and even paid extra to have my seating assignments pre-assigned. After about a month, I get a notice saying my flight has been changed. Granted I wasn't excited by this bait-and-switch, after about two hours of going back and forth between the airline and the justfly agent, I finally sorted out another day of departure/arrival, and confirmed my seating arrangements with both of them. My flight leaves tonight, and now they're saying that my seats have not been assigned, and that they will refund me the pre-assignment fee I paid.
I'm livid at all the wasted time (a solid 5 hrs for all the back and forths) and the result.
If I pay a pre-assignment fee, they cannot just refund me before the flight because they cant live up to the seat arrangements. 4 months in advance to book a flight, and they still can't get it right.
Granted all the agents were very helpful, and I'm not trying to be the annoying customer, but there needs to be some serious changes to communication and confirmations being made here. Don't sell a service you can't live up to.
Please be smart and book through expedia/orbits or other well-known agents.
I booked a multi city ticket with Momondo, and upon selecting price it directed me to the justfly website automatically picks up the booking dates. 25 hours later, i realize that i was booked on a return trip and was going to be transiting for 3 hours rather than the 3 days I had selected. I called customer service and waited for 30 minutes, but was told that I had booked a return something I am sure I didn't do (my word against theirs). I then asked how much it would be to change my ticket to Toronto to 2nd May rather than 5th so that i could spend 3 days there - all other flights on the ticket were accurate. I was told it wasn't possible and that they were keen to advise cancellation of the ticket where i would have to pay a discounted cancellation of $100 and $260 for penalties and then use them again to re-book. I told the agent it is cheaper for me to buy a one way ticket to Toronto and maintain the ticket but all she cared about was convincing me to use this option and how it would turn out cheaper. Tip: I was issued a ticket with details i hadn't booked - so make sure you triple verify within 24 hours. Imagine the frustration of being told you booked a return when you are sure you didn't. I will never use this site again.
So easy and great rates... I'd definitely use them often for all my travel needs. Easy to search, book and you are on your way... how cool is that?!
I booked on the 28 of December to go to Bariloche in March. I face all my information and pressed book and confirm. It just kept spinning for about a half hour before it kicked me off but they took the money out of my account. For 2 hours I tried to speak to someone who could help me. When someone did get on the phone they said they needed a confirmation number. I told them I had none because it wasn't confirmed so then they give ne a customer service number that is basically an automated system. When Ai got someone they said there was no reservation in my name and they couldn't even look it up with my phone number. Meanwhile here is January 2nd and justflys payment is still processing. I can't start a complaint with my bank until it's processed. I spent 2 hours calling all the numbers Justfly could possibly have and there was not one human being that could help. Meanwhile that money even though is still processing it's already out of my account and who knows when it will be credited! I booked with Expedia and had no issues! I will never use Justfly ever again
So helpful i can find cheap flights and they can notify me if there is a price change easy to use and been using thats site for awhile now
I jsut learned that Justfly bills you for slecting a seat prior to arrival at the airport. The fee is billed separate from the ticket, & on a separte date, so you are less likely to see the fee.

Answer: It doesn't matter. They will do NOTHING. Turn it in to the BBB and also the Consumer Protection Agency and call your credit card company to dispute the charges. They are FRAUD
Answer: A class action law suit is very necessary! Read over 5,000 people paint $200.00 to cancel and never recieved a refund, I personally lost over 2k
