I used JustFly for the first time, it helped me find a ticket that was perfect for me. I am a college student and tickets are expensive, and they really helped me be able to visit my family back home!
My boyfriend "didn't arrive early enough" to check into his flight. The plane did not take off, there was plenty of time to check in and get on that flight. They would not move him to a new one, and he called multiple people that all directed him to someone else. In this time someone could have just checked him in and got him on the plane. A thousand dollar flight and a week of plans all thrown away for a travel agency that is insufficient in just getting their customers onto their flight.
I bought 2 tickets. One from hawaiian airline and the other one from justfly. I had to cancel the flight due to car accident and summited all the medical documents they asked to get refund. Hawaiian airline helped me and solved the problem right away but justfly is not only keeping my money but also charged me another $200 from my card for cancellation fee without my permission.
They don't want to try help me and put me on hold forever. Ace is the worst representative ever. He treated customers like a $#*!.

Spirit Airlines had cancelled my flight 3 months before our traveling date and Justfly did not notify us!
Instead, it sent us messages offering seats upgrade options and luggage payment reminders Hours BEFORE the flight!
We spoke on the phone to people in India claiming to work in Connecticut, lying every other sentence and who would do NOTHING to help us and forget about reimbursement!
They are trained to have calling customers quit.

I booked a flight on EVA airlines and received a seat assignment. When I went to check-in online I was told that my seat assignment never existed. When I called customer service, all I got was a run around telling me to talk with the airline and that maybe there was some fine print that I should have read. The printouts I have from Justfly have nothing on them to suggest that my seats would be anything other than what I paid for. Why would I call the airline to verify my seats if I used this service? Why would I have any reason to think that you would make a seat assignment and then screw me out of it? I will never use Justfly again and I will not be flying EVA airlines again after this. I am appalled that both companies think so little of ethics that they could care less about ensuring that I get what I paid for. I suggest that one go elsewhere as this appear to be little more than another company ripping consumers off in the rush to generate revenues.
JustFly is the fastest and easiest way to find the flight that's best for you. All the important information about the flight is clearly displayed. I particularly like the fare change alerts I receive in my email box. Since using JustFly I no longer bother with the flight info sites.
JustFly initially declined to fully refund a ticket cancelled due to Hurricane Irma. After being on hold and given the run around on a series of calls, I called the airline directly and they of course were fully refunding all flights interrupted by the Hurricane. Confronted with this information, JustFly gave the refund credit, but kept 15%. I had major damage due to the hurricane and did not need this grief. I consider these folks totally unethical. DONT USE THEM.

I purchased two international tickets in a month with Justfly. The first was on April and the second was yesterday. I am happy that I found Justfly and I don't have to waste more times to compare with other sites any longer.It is quick and gives me the best prices.
Do not trust this company to handle your reservations! The airline I booked cancelled the flight and put notes in the account to issue full refunds to all travelers and this company wants to charge you an extra $100 per person to change your flight or $35 per person for a refund of your own money. They refuse to give your money back until you pay them more money, they hung up on me 5 times, they said that they don't have an supervisors that work for the company and refused to call the airline to get the authorization code to give the refund. They told me that if I refuse to pay them more money than they will just keep my money.
I almost always get the best price on Justfly which I love. I'll check the airline site, justfly, and sometimes some other sites. 90% of the time Justfly has the best rate. I love how they will also pair up two different airlines if you can get a better price.
This is my first time using Just FLY and they left me stranded in LAs Vegas for two days with no flight to get home and charged my card due to a medical emergency. When I wanted to use my "credit" on another flight, the price of the ticket was increased to the amount of my "credit," nullifying the credit. I opted to walk away and call the airline directly, which was offering the same flight at $310.00.

If I were you I would never do a booking on this site. My experience: I book 2 airline tickets here and they on purpose mispelled our names on both of the tickets just so they could charge us $75 Additionally per tickets to fix the names. Also, if you put insurance on the tickets they will be good for only the first 24 hours after you buy the ticket and they charged you up to 175 dollars to reschedule. After the 24 hours insurance is worthless. Worse experience ever. I would never use it again, better off to pay a little more and buy directly through the airline.
I was so frustrated after finding out what I paid in full and was told my return flight was included for my mother was NOT. After spending 2 hours with the direct airline trying to figure out what one of your agents did. I had To spend and $520.66 for the flight just to return my mother back home! Still with no answers I WILL NEVER but another ticket through Julyfly! I tried To call customer service and kept getting redirected to call the main airline, WHY! Just to be told they do not know why the Justfly rep used awards. AWARDS my mother did not have/own/acquired! It was frustrating to say the least! So $1000.00 later still no answers!
Worst company to book anything with. DO NOT book a single thing with this company. They are a SCAM. Tried to use a credit of almost $1,000 for a flight and now they tell us that price was for a new booking, now it's over $2,000. They charged $150 to cancel original flight. Even though every airline has the same flight for less than $1,000. Even though THEIR OWN web site is $899. They gave us several reasons why the credit cannot be used. 1. The cabin class is full and now you must pay for the next cabin class up. 2. New bookings on their web site are cheaper than using credit. 3. Dates were not available for the credit amount and will cost an additional $1200 on top of credit. We checked many many dates on THEIR web site and every date was available and for economy cabin class. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Company was totally unwilling to be reasonable in using the credit amount to book the new flight. DO NOT USE.

The prices were good and the site was easily to use. It didn't demanded much input as it relates to brain power to use it and book tickets. When comparing the site to other sites of similar purpose, this was better in finding price and great flights that will take you to your desire destination safely and at a lower price... Good job Just fly team!

You just can't make this up, it is so bad. I called because we missed our connector, they claimed that I did not purchase the tickets so they could not talk to me. I of course purchased them, have the receipts, my credit card. When I asked to speak to a manager, because the idiot I was talking to kept insisting I did not purchase the tickets, she said the manager would not be able to help either, since their records showed that I did not purchase the tickets. As per your review name here, it is Janet however, the name Janet is not on the reservation as in not the passenger or credit card holder. Although you may have clicked the buttons on behalf of the credit card holder, this is not something we can prove our end. Due to security reasons, (just like calling any company) we can not talk to a third party caller, as in a caller who is not the credit card holder or passenger. Please understand this is done to avoid any fraud related issues.
As per checking the reservation, I am able to see that an agent did advise you to have the credit card holder or passenger call in and you agreed. Call was then made to us to resolve the issue however mandatory fees were refused so flight could not have been reinstated here on our end.

So I booked a flight on justfly.com. And totally not their fault the COVID 19 virus hit and borders were closed... totally their fault I trusted them to cancel my flights since they charged me an additional $75 to do so 3 days before my flights were scheduled to leave! Now a month later they are telling me I needed to call the airlines myself and I am now out both the original flight cost... and the additional $75 I paid justfly to cancel my flights!
