On Feb 18, I was quoted a one-way flight by Justfly. Com which then emailed an alert saying I had 2 hours to book it. Less than one hour later, as I was booking the flight, I got an on-screen message that said the price was changed to $200 more! I had already booked the one-way return flight but now wasn't able to book the other flight! I tried to call twice but of course was on hold for more than 5 minutes (intro message said 90 seconds til someone would answer). It was infuriating to be tricked this way and not able to talk to anyone. The chat was also worthless! So now what? Of course, I'm able to cancel within 24 hours -but Justfly.com said there would be a cancellation fee of $75! I had never tried this travel company before; I would advise anyone NOT to use JustFly.com!

I am very disappointed to the service that Justfly.com has provided! Same thing happened again I couldn't pay for it! Then I tried to closed all tabs and restarted the whole process then the price went up of course! Today I tried to called the customer service and I was told that the price is higher than what I am seeing online right in front of me! According to the live agent, this is the actual price they are offering. So I questioned him the price of what the website showing today is actually $100 lower than what he has offered for me. Is that why when I tried to book my ticket yesterday and it didn't go through because the price was higher than what I was seeing on the website? I can't trust this website and this company anymore! Very disappointing to their customer service and online experience. I will not recommend to others!

Paid $34 for trip cancellation protection on a $250 flight. They told me they would rather refund me the $34 and cancel my cancellation protection than give me my $250. I spent 500$ on tickets to go to Italy and could not go due to Covid. I requested a refund for 2 tickets and every time I contacted Just Fly and I was told they were backed up with refunding money and to keep checking online. I did for 4 years and it kept saying my refund was in getting processed. I never received my money nor did I get an email about my refund. I would not use this company because they are third party and no one follows up with your complaints. I also had to change my name on the ticket, paid 70$ and never received my new ticket and Just fly blamed it in Tap Portugal. It sucks that I am out 500$ and had to still pay for airline tickets to go to Italy through Tap Portugal. You can not talk to an agent anymore and have to through a chat. I trusted that they were going to give me my refund as I was told multiple times. I would never use this company again.
I booked an international flight, then I wanted to get hold of them to make some changes well, there's no working number, tried online chat, ended up nowhere. This business has become a scam! I googled Justfly.com customer service number, a toll free number popped up, I called thinking that it was them, I made some changes & paid $257.00 for that. When I went back to their site, no changes were made, that's when I realized that I got scammed. All this would've been avoided if they displayed their working contact information clearly like all legitimate travel agencies do. If you look for phone numbers for these Agencies, Priceline, Cheap O tickets, Hotels.com booking.com & many others legitimate agencies; there are right there on their websites! Justfly is a disaster & a scam! Stay away from it!
They basically ruined our life by fake reservation no confirmation they charge the account and then they make a mistake and they won't charge you for cancelation fee basically the most common please don't ever ever deal with this company
This is one of the worst sites where we are not supposed to book the airline tickets. I had a very, very bad experience with this site. They messed up my last name on the itinerary, despite providing all my passport and photo ID information. Unfortunately, we need to deal with all our issues through chat only. These guys respond very lethargically in the chat. They will talk about all the guidelines regarding airlines but will not find any resolution. No airlines will support you if you book your tickets from this site. Overall, I would not recommend this site for any of your airline bookings.
WORST airline company I have EVER encountered! They do not have a customer service number for one so good luck getting help easily. Two, any issues with your flights or cancellations out of your control, good luck getting your money back. You will be tossed like a ball between JustFly and the airline carrier with no one taking accountability. Do yourself a favor and avoid a huge headache by just booking directly with the airline. I bought a flight and i add insurance for in case of an emergecy when i try to used jestfly say they have nothing to do whit the insurance of the flight so they charge me $95 for nothing.

I bought a ticket for Uruguay which was supposed to be on Latam airlines. The site ticketed me onto Delta airlines then onto Latam airlines. It stated that I was using only Latam Airlines so I booked the flight including a pet. I jumped through all sorts of hoops to travel with my pet which cost me over 600 dollars only to be turned down by Latam airlines because of justflys ticketing and not being upfront of who you are fling with Don't use this site or justify or Latam airlines if you are traveling with a pet.

Do not use this company. Not only did they change flights so they were unusable for myself and my husband, their website did not work and chat did not work. Females who were supposed to help you spoke too quickly with an accent, berated me when I asked questions, did not return calls when they said they would. I did not receive all of my money back, but it ended with them charging me $300 more to cancel my flight though I had paid for cancellation insurance, claiming it was half of what I should have paid them! This took many hours and was the WORST experience ever.
Really poor customer service, for some reason the Name was reversed on the booking, while checking in at the airport, the airline won't let us check in without paying for the name change. We had to pay otherwise we can't go through the customs
I called the justfly, tried to find out what happened because the name reversed is some how unbelievable and the rep said it will cost you more to change the name and you have deal with the airline directly x2. He had no desire to assist me. Sad! And this will be our first and last time booking with them.
