I did not get the opportunity to use my coupon code, sunny. (this comment was included with my order and not taken care of. There is no opportunity to enter coupon code at check out. And hours after the delivery was scheduled I received a call for floral arrangement change. Delivery was to be in the morning and it never got there 'til late afternoon.
Other than that,I order from this place every year and am always satisfied. Even the change of arrangements was satisfactory. My mom was pleased.
When you offer a discount you should give the cost necessary to receive that discount.
I did not see easily where to add the coupon code. I think it is hidden for a reason. Also, it looked as if the delivery tomorrow before 1 PM was free then at check out it was $4.99. There was too much information I had to add to go back and check these issues out.
Those were for a wedding and was delayed for 2 days after the wedding.

The flowers were a gift for my granddaughter's birthday. She loved them. She thought they were very pretty and colorful. Thank you for the prompt service that you provided. I live in Illinois, they were delivered in Texas in perfect order and in perfect condition. Thank you so much

I was looking for a special flower arrangement that I had ordered from you before but couldn't find it. But your online agent was so helpful in locating it for me, which I appreciate so much.
I HAVE USED YOU BEFORE AND HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AND FLOWERS WERE BEAUTIFUL. The second time was late delivery. Paid for 9am delivery and it was delivered a lot later in the day. This was for a person who's father just died.
Excellent service and delivered product
Looking for a birthday gift for my husband, after scrolling through 100+ arrangements I selected the one I wanted. Placed the order in Australia for delivery in TX United States, everything was going fine. Order arrived on time, no complaints. What arrived was nothing like what I ordered, aesthetically a big fail.
I contacted customer support. While they were responsive they explained that the monetary value and colour of the flowers was equivalent. Ultimately they only offered to provide a small discount when I used their service again. Not happy, I would never have selected this.

UPDATE: After posting here, received a phone call at 3.40am despite having requested to be contacted via email. I have responded to all email correspondence promptly each time it has been received. Also seems unnecessary to publish my full name in your response here.

I was told the price was in Canadian dollars, but the chat person said it was in American dollars.And I asked for the code for the 7$ discount I was offered and did not get it.
Did a search for "Thank you" flowers and returned 50 pages of results with no way to sort or filter.
Message kept telling me I was over 240 characters, when I was right at 240.
Also a little annoyed that a $35 order was $48 by the time I was done and that getting delivery before 1:00pm was going to be yet another $5. It just feels like I am being nickle and dimed to death.
I had sent them to a friend and she was very impressed with their beauty and freshness. She sent me a picture of them, and also told me later that they had stayed fresh and pretty for a long time, and she had thoroughly enjoyed them.
I will definitely recommend, as well as use, Just Flowers again in the future.
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
