Delivered a day late
Big mistake. I should have read the reviews. Chose the $100 florist choice bouquet (How easy is that?) for Valentines Day delivery. Total with fees $130. Was not delivered on Valentines Day. I was not notified. Heard from recipient they got nothing. Embarrassing. They offered a $10 refund for flowers delivered the next day. No explanation. And they never answered their phone. They took 3 days to answer the emails. Never again. If you have a special occasion and care if the flowers get there shop elsewhere.
Ordered flowers for a get well gift, they assured same day service, so I completed the order. Not delivered same and not delivered the next day, after may attempts I finally get to speak with someone in customer service, they just so... hmmm. Looks like we cannot find a florist to deliver the flowers. I asked to cancel the order was then given the manager, they did not want to refund me but stated they now had a florist and the flowers would be delivered the next day by 1pm, At 12:57 the next day I get a call from them telling me I must now pay 28 more dollars to get the flowers delivered! What, who does this only a scammer! BE CAREFUL with this company!

My mom received the flowers on december 23, but they were left outside in freezing cold temperatures, with no covering and no notice. The flowers were frozen and died right away, she sent me a picture and they looked sickly and definitely not worth the money. Extremely disappointed! Will not be ordering again from his website.

I was told flowers would ship Friday, they didn't try to deliver flowers until *******@4pm. I confirmed cancellation with justflowers at 3pm Monday.

My mother usually always gets flowers that resemble the picture displayed. The product I picked out for my mom and wife, were roses of the same color and size for Valentine's Day.
My wife received roses that were two different sizes, small dark red ones, and the normal size red flower. The small darker roses were basically useless, and were tossed after 3 days. They looked shriveled. My mother lives in another city, so two different shops. I will go back to buying my wife flowers from a local florist.
Received flowers in the time that I ordered in perfect shape! Plants lasted over a month for my wife and family to enjoy.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
