Without a doubt the WORST delivery service rendered me anywhere by any company. It took over a month from order placement to finally get delivery confirmation. It only took 10 days to actually deliver the order.
I got excuses like we only have a few local options for delivery. Well, I look at the yellow pages on line and counted 75 different florists that could all deliver. In my humble opinion you either need to stop offering overnight delivery of orders in Spokane, Wa. Or beef up your local affiliation ratio. There are plenty of shops needing the work.

My mother-in-law lives over 1500 miles from my husband and I and I have used justflowers for every holiday and birthday occasion the past couple of years so that she can receive flowers at her assisted-living facility. She is always very excited and pleased with how beautiful they are and I am especially pleased with the excellent arrival time/date that I have requested. Never been disappointed and the arrangements last for a very long time. Thank you!
Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day, as of Feb 24th the flowers have not been delivered even after assurance from customer service that they would be.

The arrangement was a Christmas gift for my brother and sister-in-law, so it was if we were there with them for the holidays. I would order through justflowers.com again.
Deliver as promised, day late however.

VERY CLEAR AND EASY TO USE.
I was pleased with the web page and initial shopping experience. What displeased me was when later after placing the order that the provider was out of what I ordered and it therefore could not be delivered on my chosen delivery date. Dec. 24. Not until the next business day. Which the next day was a Sunday therefore it was delivered Monday the 26, after Christmas. What they sent was very nice but not until after Christmas.consequently I have mixed feelings.
You have always come through for all my orders. You are my # 1 choice My brother was thrilled with our choice,(I can't remember what I chose) Anyway, He has been sick for a long time and I enjoy puttling a smile on his face and giving him some joy. Thank you again for being #1 in my book
Easy to order and beautiful flowers they did arrive the day after Christmas which is okay I understand if they became very busy with deliveries, my aunt was happy with delivery and quality of flowers.
2 of the flowers had dead or dying rose petals on them. Not the best selection of roses I have seen from you. Thanks Daren

Very happy with the service I received, first time shopper.
We were informed by email that the flowers would probably be delivered the next day, but the florist got going and delivered them that same evening of the day ordered.
My friend received the flowers and commented on how fresh they were and that it was a beautiful arrangement.

Had what I needed love it! I was a little surprised delivery time got changed but then thought about day and time of call in...in all did a great job!
