They are Horrible! I ordered Mother's Day Flowers for my wife. The website said Same Day Delivery. I spent $114.18 for the Flowers and Delivery charges. At 7:38, I got an email saying that they could not deliver my flowers, that they would be delivered on the next day for delivery. So, my wife called and the S\Customer Service Rep said they would be delivered on Mother's Day. I got another email saying they were not going to be able to deliver her Mother's Day Flowers on Mother's Day. DON'T EVER USE THEM.
Mother's Day flowers not delivered just an email saying rescheduled? Almost $25 on delivery and handling and u can't even deliver it on correct day! I want a full refund! I ordered Mother's Day flowered not day after flowers! I will be disputing the charges and writing bbb!

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day the day before. The site indicated that they were able to deliver the flowers the following day. On Mother's Day, I had been waiting to for the flowers to arrive while calling and emailing the company a number of times with no response. I later received an email at 4:00pm indicating that they would not be able to fulfill the order on this day. Because of their late response and awful service, I was not able to send my mother flowers because I had anticipated for the company to deliver flowers and all stores were already sold out and closing. Please do not waste your time or money on this company as I am still trying to cancel my order and get my refund. This is the most unreliable company I have ever ordered from.

I ordered flowers in April, 2020 for Mother's Day. Received an email on May 8 day of delivery saying they would not be delivered and a credit for my Valentine's Day order would be credited. Seeing all the complaints for Mother's Day makes me wonder who is running the ship at Just Flowers. I appreciate you putting me in an awkward position with my step mother. I would like the flowers to still be delivered to her with an apology from Just Flowers stating your error, but I have not heard from you.

I placed 2 orders for mothers day, 9ne to be delivered on May 9th and another on May 10, today is May 10, I don't re I've the May 9th delivery. And who knows if ill receive the May 10 delivery. I went to a few online flower places and nothing could be delivered yesterday. So I found found just flowers. Checked out the page and was excited for same day delivery. I order my flowers on 5/9 around 1:30 pm est time. You think they would give you a tracking number, but there subpar website and email gives you nothing. Nothing was delivered got the email saying next available day. My wife is a healthcare worker has been working her butt off and today 5/10 is here birthday and also Mother's Day. If this order isn't going to be delivered today I want my money back. I think they lie about delivery to get you to order. I want my money back if there is no chance of delivery today. My order #*******. There is enough complaints to report to federal trade commission for poor business practices. Be honest on your site about expected delivery's. Look at the well known 1800 flowers or other sites they have much better reviews and honest about there deliveries. VERY UNSATISFIED

Great service I messed up the Zip code which put the delivery in CA not Oklahoma but they figured out the mistake... no Tulsa in CA and my wife ended up with the flowers in fine fashion.
Not only did you get my money you did not deliver the flowers. My order was promise to be at my mother's house on 5/9/20 by 8pm. The bad thing about the whole thing is you did not have the respect of the contact me and tell me why! I left messages and call over 20 times no response. I would like a full refund and will NEVER use your company again, buyers beware justflowers is a RIP OFF, heartless, cowardly company! If i was near your head office I would drop by and tell you this in person but you would not care if you would disappoint Mother's on Mother's Day, you do not have a conscience anyway. I would give them less the one star! They ruined Mother's Day! After calling twice and them telling me don't worry we deliver up till 9pm? I placed a order on the website provided by the company. Which was supposed to be for a Mothers Day gift. The company's website took my personal information, the receiver personal info, as well as my credit card info. & informed me my order was complete. I did not receive a conformation email or anything else. Nor was what i purchased delivered. So all the information that was given on my end, with me is left in the dark. And, being able to speak with someone about this problem is impossible.

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
