Missed the delivery for Valentines, I called another florist directly and they made the order and delivered, however, the price was 3 times less
They are overpriced and unreliable and that says a lot, to pay over 160 dollars for flowers and they can't make the special day is just totally crazy

I ordered flowers for a funeral and requested them delivered the day before the funeral. They were not there on the day of the funeral and I had to call many times trying to get a refund. Stilll have not received the refund! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They refuse to give a refund even though the flowers were not delivered. They said their policy if delivered or not is a $10 credit.
The Funeral Director guaranteed me that the flowers did not get delivered and told Just Flowers the same when they called. My family was there and there were no flowers from us at the funeral.

My review is similar to many others here. I ordered flowers for Mothers Day - they were not delivered and I received notification at 8pmPST Mothers Day- which is 11PM EST where the delivery was scheduled. I have sent an email with no response and am finding it impossible to reach them via the phone.

I ordered flowers on May 3 to be delivered on May 5 before Mother's Day-the 8th of May. Received email-no flowers on May 5. Received email-no flowers on May 6. JILL guaranteed that the flowers would be delivered May 7. No flowers, and another email that no flowers would be delivered on May 7. DO NOT USE

Didn't deliver to funeral. Called us the day after the funeral and said the funeral home was outside their delivery area. Offered no apology no comps and said 10 days to get a refund. We were totally embarrassed.
Update, Our money was returned. It only took 14 days and 4 phone calls. In my opinion you should stay away from this business.

After going through all of this about 10 days after they refunded my money, We got a phone call from the florist that had been sent the order and they claimed that they had actually delivered the flowers to the funeral and we would have to pay them directly!. I called the family of the friend who died and made sure they had not received them, then called the funeral home a verified the same thing. I called the florist and told them they were incorrect. The lady I was speaking with became abusive so I told her to take it up with Justflowers. She said that they were crooks just like me and would not pay her either. I received several phone calls from them over the next few weeks till I finally told her what I would do if she ever called me again. She slammed down the phone after calling me a filthy name and I haven't heard from them since. Just stay away from this company.

What a disastrous inefficient company. I ordered flowers on-line from UK for my daughter's birthday in California. IF I had read the reviews of this company first I would have saved myself so much trouble.
I ordered an item selected from their website and paid the quoted amount plus a "tax" not shown on their web site till I started to pay, plus a "handling charge", plus a "shipping or service charge" all not shown on the web site till making payment, the bill was then 50% higher than displayed.
OK let us forget this sharp practice but then I get a call saying they wanted another $40 to deliver the item I ordered or they could send something cheaper, they also said delivery could not be made on the agreed date, possibly the next day or the day after that!
I consider that their acceptance of my order was a contract and that they are in breach of that contract. In UK they would be held to account and I intend asking a US lawyer to contact Just Flowers for compensation whatever the cost to me as someone must stand up to such inefficiency and sharp practice, I think the weight of complaints by reviewers support my case.
I wish to disassociate myself with the one star at the head of this review made only because these idiots don't permit less.

Save yourself a lot of aggravation and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! In summary I ordered and PAID FOR delivery of a floral arrangement who was in the hospital. They told me that the delivery would take place between 11am and 6pm. I neve heard from my daughter so I called her and asked if she had received any surprises today. No, she had not. I called JustFlowers and was told that they could not find a Florist in the area to create the arrangement and deliver it. They did not have the common courtesy to email or text me. They just took my money and ignored the order. Finally, the JustFlowers "customer service" individual said that they would make the delivery the next day. Really? It seems odd that they couldn't deliver on Wednesday for the reason stated but could to it on Thursday? Too bad my daughter was going home on Thursday. They FINALLY agreed to refund me but alas, my daughter never received her flowers. STAY AWAY from this company unless you want aggravation and disappointment.

I want to start by saying, we looked at SO many options for flowers and we finally found the perfect goodbye flowers. When a family member is laid to rest their final flowers are the last goodbye gift you give them.The order was for a casket cover.The order that was delivered was not what we had placed, it was not even a SLIGHT substitution; it was completely different. Substituting one flower for another understandable, the color arrangement was all pink, completely different flowers, considerably smaller etc. When we contacted the company, they stated " we sent a email, saying a slight substitute was made." The email was sent the morning of the funeral... yep a grieving family is certainly going to check emails on the day of their loved ones funeral.No phone call, just an email.The order was placed way in advance! The price paid was close to $300... when we reached out and let them know what happened; they offered a $10 refund! No apology, no acceptance of fault.We were told we would have to contact the florist, but they couldn't provide the information of the establishment. There was NO card attached. Pictures were sent of what we received, and the order that was placed. Ordered 3 days before delivery for my freshman daughter's birthday AND her 1st birthday away from home. The day of delivery they called at 2pm and asked to change the arrangement to orange and red, sounded horrific but I was in a bind so I agreed. Then called at 5pm and said they wouldn't be delivered till the next day! I was furious, I said to cancel (despite their 6pm delivery gaurentee) the next day was unexceptable. Rep kept saying 'better late than never'?!? He offered me $10 off.
The next day they are still calling wanting to delivery them, now the offer was $5 off, or give me a credit. I declined.
I have never been so let down, though they failed, I have failed as a mom in putting my trust in them

I placed an order on a Thursday for Saturday delivery got 2 emails saying that they weren't able to deliver until Monday at that point I emailed them and said am I expected to pay full price for this I'm not sure what's going on and the only response that I got back is that my order had been canceled I have emailed numerous times looking for answers to my questions never got a response this is unacceptable. Deliveries are available in most major cities on Saturday and Sunday in the USA. If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday and time permits we will setup for delivery on Saturday, including Birthday and Anniversaries, and Mother's Day Orders. If Saturday or Sunday is not available, then the order will be delivered on Monday or the soonest available delivery date.
Ordered flowers for my grandma for
Mother's Day. I am and forgot to order earlier, so was super relieved when o went to order on Saturday and there were still delivery times for Sunday available! They weren't though. I sent my money and went through the transaction only to get a text on Sunday saying like"we're so sorry we couldn't deliver today but she will get them tomorrow!" I understood bc I know it's a busy holiday and she will still be excited Monday. Then Monday I got the same text. A little more mad but I'm still sick so just decided ok it's fine. But now it's Tuesday and I just got my THIRD text saying she'll get them tomorrow. What do you wanna bet she's never going to get them and they're just stealing money! I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices.
