Below is a partial email I sent to JUST FLOWERS!
As I already shared in two earlier emails, 1 text message,(which I later heard isn't operable) and a phone call (who never called back when the call dropped)
I am NOT at all happy with my order. My order cost me $302.89 for Tranquil Oceans (white roses) and 2 separate balloon orders. First, I get a call from door dash that they don't have my order at the flower shop. I gave them my name, wife name etc. Nothing! I contacted Just Flowers and they told me all was well and I should receive my order on time.
When it arrived, it looked rushed and last minute. And it wasn't the roses I ordered. My wife loves white roses. I asked for a full refund of my purchase. Nothing will be able to replace what I had planned for my wife and the company's mishandling my order.
I specifically mentioned on my order that I needed everything to be correct on 2/14 and it's all wrong. This day has been ruined. I paid them in full on January 30th. I spoke to 3 of their workers on February 14, Eric, Ram, & Vic who says she was a manager. I later got a call from another manager who didn't bother to call back when the phone call dropped. This is unacceptable! The arrangement looks nothing like what I ordered. I gave them my hard earned money in good faith that they would produce and they didn't. Someone called February 14 around 6pm to say I would get a call today about reimbursement. It's now 7:58 est and I haven't heard from anyone. After leaving several messages and emails someone finally calls me today to offer me $30 reimbursement. I thought it was utterly ridiculous and I asked for better. He said he could only give $50.
I will NEVER EVER use them again and I will continue to share my experience about them. They do not care about customer service nor fulfillment of customers desires. Once they have your money…they will give you anything. I have never felt so humiliated in my life.
Flowers were delivered in a timely manner. We appreciate this and will definitely use Just Flowers again.
I would give them NEGATIVE stars if I could. I specifically Googled for services who could deliver in the area I needed. I ordered on 3/17 for delivery to the visitation on 3/21. FOUR DAYS. They sent me a receipt which implied they'd spoken with the funeral home and COULD deliver on 3/20, or 3/21. Got an email on 3/21 that delivery was RESCHEDULED and to be sent TO THE FUNERAL SERVICE on 3/22.
I called to find out why - they indicate the local florist shops could not accommodate the order... SO YOU DIDN'T THINK YOU SHOULD CALL BEFORE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED?
They can't even accommodate for the service now, so my mother's family has NO IDEA I requested AND PAID FOR a beautiful arrangement.
NEVER, NEVER, NEVER order from these people, they are con artists, scheisters and liars.
They sure took my money on the 17th and want to take four days to refund it.

Mothers day flowers did not deliver on time. Two days late in fact and I tried to cancel my order BEFORE the flowers were delivered and there was no reimbursement for a nearly $100 purchase. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service ONLY to find out they would reimburse $15 for shipment. Such horrible service and no one responded to my emails or voicemails. NOT WORTH A PENNY.

Mother's Day and no flowers sent. I ordered in time. Email telling me there would be no delivery sent to me on SUNDAY NIGHT at 6PM... guaranteeing I had no other way to get my mother some kind of a replacement gift on Mother's day. My mother and I really thank you. Wish I had read the reviews on this company BEFORE I let them charge me almost $100 for nothing. BAD BAD SERVICE.

I ordered a mothers day bouquet and their website advertised delivery ON Mother's Day, which is why I chose this site over others. I received order confirmation of this delivery and receipt of payment. Mother's Day passed, no notification of delivery or delivery time. I called Tuesday evening after no delivery to my Mom and the agent told that it was too late to cancel, but could not provide status of delivery. I had paid premium amount for delivery on Sunday, only to be told on Tuesday evening that the my order would not be fulfilled as agreed and advertised at purchase. I asked for the name of the florist to try and get a better status and Just Flowers representative would not share this info. Despite the fact that the delivery vehicle would arrive at my Mom's house likely with a company logo of some sort? Just Flower's offered no resolution to this matter, only that I would be continued to be charged with the original amount despite the order not being fulfilled as purchased. Outrageous customer service. I will never use them again and I would encourage other consumers to look elsewhere.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day 2 days ago. This timeframe was well within the websites stated delivery window. I just received email stating the flowers wouldn't deliver on time. Since they've created a slick ad like email, this obviously happens continuously with justflowers.com.
Called. No humans available evidently. No worries. American Express to the rescue. Disputed and cancelled payment. Checkmate! I love it when you get a win out of one these situations!
PS. I read some of the comments about them on this site. The justflowers rep, Daniel K., must feel like Sean Spicer trying to explain this nonsense. If they were a stock, I'd be short!
Update: 6/4/17 - Flowers never showed (of course). Didn't think they would.

Ordered flowers for mothers day on may 8th for next day delivery, like many others this was one of the few companies that was still accepting orders for Mothers Day delivery. Its been over 2 weeks now and still no flowers ( over $150.00)

The arrangement supporse to be Standing Spray and I paid $230.00. The flowershop in Hawaii could not make the same design unless I pay extra $45.00. The primissed delivery date was passed already and I agree to arrange flowers in a vase. The shop delivered the bouquet. The arrangement was far from pretty. Too many flowers in a small vase. I ordered another bouquet from a local florist just in case the Just Flowers could not complete my oder in time. I paid only $87.00 and the bouqeut is 100% better looks. The Just Flowers shuld give me a partial refund of this service.

Excellent and prompt service. I sent birthday flowers to my friend. She sent a picture of them and they were everything I had hoped for.
I have many issues with my order. First of all, I tried to place my order online but kept getting error messages. When I called to place my order there was a major language barrier. I had to spell out everything and repeat myself MULTIPLE times. I gave her my email about 5 times and she still got it wrong. The same occurred with the spelling of my mothers name. Her last name was misspelled. The card also did not have proper sentence structure or punctuation.
I called back after not getting a confirmation email and got that corrected. The order was to be delivered on Mother's day and it came the day after. It said on the website that it was supposed to come with an apology if not delivered on the day indicated and it did not. On top of that I carefully selected a order without lilies or carnations and it came with both. My mother is extremely allergic to them. Her flowers were a lot smaller than pictured. The description said it was supposed to have roses and daisies. It and ONE rose! I'm not happy at all. In fact I'm embarrassed.

As my mother is very important to me, I'm very ashamed at what was delivered.

This was the worst Florist I have ever done business with, I order RED roses (for a reason, it was my mother's favorite color) they delivered PINK roses (if I had wanted PINK roses I would have ordered the many arrangements that offered PINK roses. They promised to deliver on Wednesday but did not deliver until Thursday. The people I spoke to talked over me and would not listen to why I was upset they just continuously referred to the fine print in the order confirmation, they only cared about what they were ALLOWED to do legally and not what they customer actually wanted and needed. For my money I was embarrassed by poor quality of the arrangement. The website has three different arrangements to choose from the one I ordered had the word beside it "SHOWN" that was FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. They made it clear that they did not care about my satisfaction only about the being allowed to rip people off by sending anything they had in stock instead of delivering the product advertised.

Ruined Valentine's Day
If I could give Justflowers less than one star, then I would. My boyfriend ordered a dozen roses and a balloon to be delivered to me for Valentine's Day. The order was never delivered. We called customer service 7 times and were never connected to a real person. We were prompted to leave a message and they would contact the local florist for me. Recieved a call from justflowers around 10 pm EST. The customer service agent said she was calling about order *******. I told her that was not my order number. I tried to give her the correct order number. She began stammering incoherently, said wrong number and hung up on me. What is wrong with this company? Terrible customer service. Stay away from this company! They ruined Valentine's Day, charged boyfriend's credit card a ridiculous amount of money, and nothing was recieved! Horrible company!

Rip off. I know what I spent on the arrangement. Sent to friend out of state in the hospital. She sent me a picture in a thank you text and I was embarrassed. I spent $70 and the arrangement did not even look like the $30 arrangements pictured on their site. But I am not going to ask the friend to return it. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN - STAY AWAY

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
