This company just notified me via email that my Mother's Day order, which I did yesterday, was delayed until TOMORROW... I received this email at 4pm ON Mother's Day. What a horrible way of doing business.

Deliveries are available in most major cities on Saturday and Sunday in the USA. If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday and time permits we will setup for delivery on Saturday, including Birthday and Anniversaries, and Mother's Day Orders. If Saturday or Sunday is not available, then the order will be delivered on Monday or the soonest available delivery date.

Guys, DO NOT EVER order anything from them. Don't do my mistakes. Justflowers claimed they can deliver on mother's day. However I received a phone call from them on May 11th and the recorded voice told me they are not able to deliver. I've been trying to contact them for about an hour - in vain! They send you to the voicemail. I was not able to talk to the customer service representative.
My question to the management is how do you determine who is going to get the flowers and who is not? You accepted my order, lied that you are able to deliver, charged me and then told me you aren't able. Then how did you decide who is going to get the flowers on that day and who is not?

REFUSING REFUND!
June 22, 2020

I purchased flowers on June 20th, asking that they be delivered on June 21st to a lady in Texas for her 90th birthday. She did not receive the flowers, and when I inquired with your company, I was left a message saying that an attempt was made on June 20th to deliver the flowers but no one was home so the delivery person left the flowers with the neighbor. I spoke to the lady who said she was home all day on the 20th and 21st. Neither she nor I was notified about any flowers being left with a neighbor. The neighbor did not acknowledge receipt of any flowers. Just flowers customer service is REFUSING to refund these flowers, even though it was not handled appropriately at all! VERY POOR customer service! Will NOT purchase flowers from them again.

I ordered flowers for my Mother-In-Law for Mother's Day from Just Flowers. They never arrived. On Monday I canceled the order. On Tuesday they delivered my canceled order. My Mother-In-Law and I were so infuriated that I made a complaint to the BBB and demanded a refund. Their response was that they don't make refunds for flowers that were delivered. I didn't want them delivered and since when is Mother's Day on a Tuesday? I am refusing to settle with the BBB until I get my refund which will be a black eye on Just Flowers. Please don't buy flowers from Just Flowers. They are inept to do business and need to be put out of business. Please don't let your special occasion be spoiled by Just Flowers. Use any other florist but Just Flowers. You will be happy you did.

Terrible
December 21, 2021

STAY FAR AWAY. Ordered flowers for mothers day, they never arrived, the company never responded to any emails or phone calls and on top of that I get spammed weekly with their terrible email marketing campaigns. I have clicked on the unsubscribe button and selected unsubscribe from ALL communications AT LEAST 10 TIMES and I still receive emails weekly. Really shady company STAY AWAY, I would never do business with this company ever again.

HORRIBLE!

I ordered by phone so I can be sure they deliver on that day, Sunday. They assured me TWICE the flowers will be there. I even paid extra so they deliver at 1 pm. They DID NOT DELIVER! I rescheduled for the next day, Monday. When I haven't received a delivery confirmation I called to see what is going on, they said is on it's way. Two hours later I receive an EMAIL they were unable to deliver NO REASON WHATSOEVER!
WORST COMPANY EVER! THEY SHOULD BE BANNED FROM GOOGLE! WHY ARE THEY STILL HERE? THEY JUST CHEAT PEOPLE!
NO STARS!

I live in Australia and was trying to organize a surprise and a nice gift for my girlfriend. Just Flowers operator took an order, promised that the delivery will be the same day. There was a special instruction: Call first before delivery to make sure someone is home.
I paid quite significant amount of money and it was not delivered not on the first day, not on the second and not on the third. Instead it was delivered to some stranger in a different block of flats on the same street. The company refused to reimburse or to re-organize a new delivery of fresh flowers. Their Norton Shopping Guarantee is worth absolutely nothing! It is a fourth day that I am struggling with them, lodged a complaint, spoke to their manager and there is no visible progress until I file consumer complaint through USA.gov consumer protection agency / Ombudsman. Terrible services! Please do not use them.

P.S. I want to give this company a bit of credit. After 4 days of numerous telephone calls and email correspondence, as well as conversations with company management and threat to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the issue was rectified. The local florist has delivered a fresh bunch of flowers and, yes, called the recipient prior to delivery. I believe that the company made the right decision and I accept their apologies.

They are Horrible! I ordered Mother's Day Flowers for my wife. The website said Same Day Delivery. I spent $114.18 for the Flowers and Delivery charges. At 7:38, I got an email saying that they could not deliver my flowers, that they would be delivered on the next day for delivery. So, my wife called and the S\Customer Service Rep said they would be delivered on Mother's Day. I got another email saying they were not going to be able to deliver her Mother's Day Flowers on Mother's Day. DON'T EVER USE THEM.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day for my mother in San Diego and my daughter in New York both to be delivered on Saturday before Mother's Day. Neither was delivered on time. My mothers was delivered on Monday late evening and was charged the full amout. They asked if I wanted them to send a note saing that I was sorry that I didn't get it to them in time... WHAT A JOKE. When I contacted them I wasto, d I. The small print they have the right to bump any delivery if they are to busy. They charged me with an extra charge for the holiday weekend. Stay away from this place. There should be a class acton lawsuit... this is terribly unfair to the consumer

Don't recommend! Ordered flowers for Mother's Day said would be there between 6th and 8th they never arrived! They have apologized and say they are refunding my money we will see. NOT HAPPY!

Never make a purchase from Just Flowers. COMPLETE RIPOFF. I placed an order last week for a family funeral. Just Flowers called today--45 MINUTES before the service--stating they could not make the order to the funeral home! I cancelled the order and called a local company to send an arrangement to the house instead.
The local company said they had gotten the order from just flowers this morning, and told them to provide an arrangement worth $45, when we paid $120! Learned my lesson, but so upsetting not to have flowers there when we could not be there in person.

HORRIBLE/RUDE/DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR

I never write reviews but this company is the worst I have ever dealt with. We had a death in the family and I ordered sympathy flowers. The bunch that arrived wasn't anything like the one I ordered and half the size using cheap flowers. The colours they chose were disrespectful for a sympathy bunch and the ugliest flowers I've ever seen in my life. I spoke to TERESA on the phone and she basically ended up shouting at me and was extremely sarcastic. Mocking my English accent when saying sorry and laughing at me in the process. I was disgusted and was bought to tears. What more can I say. A family is grieving and we get mocked and shouted at. PLEASE DONT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE ROBBING PEOPLE BLIND

No delivery/No refund

My flowers were not delivered for my daughters 40th b'day. Justflowers refuses to refund my $70 charge on my cc. They offered 35% off, then 15% off, then a redelivery over a week later but refuse to give me a full credit. Also, refuse to give me the name of the florist who is claiming to have delivered the flowers so I can call them myself. I'm 100% certain the flowers were never delivered yet they refuse to credit my account. They even called me the night of the day the flowers were to be delivered to ask if they could chg my cc $13 add'l cause they cost more than was stated on their site. When they asked for more money I asked if the flowers had been delivered that day. She thought so but wasn't sure. They had not! These people don't have any idea how to run a business!

My cousin's 'big' birthday was two days ago. The flowers have still not been delivered :( If it is important that the flowers are delivered on time, I would go elsewhere.

I ordered the flowers online from Australia for my friend who lives in South Cairo, NY for her birthday and her brother's passing away. First, I received an email advising they could not find the address that I've given to them and could not confirm the person's name being residence of the address. Through Google Maps and internet research, I found the address and my friend's husband as confirmed resident of the address. Also received bad line phone calls asking to change the date of delivery to the next day because they could not find a florist. Again, through my internet research, I found a lot of florist shops in the surrounding areas, which again I informed them of this. In addition, I advised them that if they're unable to provide the service, I request a refund. However, to my surprise the next day, I received another email asking for additional $25 payment to enable them to deliver the flowers. Whilst through my reply email, I informed them I am not paying extra, deliver the flowers or please provide a refund asap. Through their phone, I was advised, they can deliver it without further cost but has to be deferred again for the next day. My friend's birthday was four days ago and the flowers supposed to arrive on her birthday.

If management of this business read this post, please put your act together deliver my flowers at no extra cost otherwise please provide me with the refund asap. I wish this business review through this website before signing up because certainly you have had a lot of unhappy customers.

Due to the absence of any local shops, South Cairo has proven to be somewhat remote in terms of delivering flowers. However, our customer service supervisor has since spoken with you and offered to have your order delivered by an outside vendor and you approved. We currently have your order scheduled for delivery on 9/17/2020.

Below is a partial email I sent to JUST FLOWERS!
As I already shared in two earlier emails, 1 text message,(which I later heard isn't operable) and a phone call (who never called back when the call dropped)
I am NOT at all happy with my order. My order cost me $302.89 for Tranquil Oceans (white roses) and 2 separate balloon orders. First, I get a call from door dash that they don't have my order at the flower shop. I gave them my name, wife name etc. Nothing! I contacted Just Flowers and they told me all was well and I should receive my order on time.
When it arrived, it looked rushed and last minute. And it wasn't the roses I ordered. My wife loves white roses. I asked for a full refund of my purchase. Nothing will be able to replace what I had planned for my wife and the company's mishandling my order.
I specifically mentioned on my order that I needed everything to be correct on 2/14 and it's all wrong. This day has been ruined. I paid them in full on January 30th. I spoke to 3 of their workers on February 14, Eric, Ram, & Vic who says she was a manager. I later got a call from another manager who didn't bother to call back when the phone call dropped. This is unacceptable! The arrangement looks nothing like what I ordered. I gave them my hard earned money in good faith that they would produce and they didn't. Someone called February 14 around 6pm to say I would get a call today about reimbursement. It's now 7:58 est and I haven't heard from anyone. After leaving several messages and emails someone finally calls me today to offer me $30 reimbursement. I thought it was utterly ridiculous and I asked for better. He said he could only give $50.
I will NEVER EVER use them again and I will continue to share my experience about them. They do not care about customer service nor fulfillment of customers desires. Once they have your money…they will give you anything. I have never felt so humiliated in my life.
