I ordered flowers that should have been delivered yesterday. I did not receive a confirmation, but was charged on my credit card. Customer service does not answer and the automated system only asks for an order number they never provided. This place is a total scam and I swear if customer service responds to this asking for my order number I may freak out. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM UNLESS YOU JUST LIKE GIVING YOUR MONEY AWAY TO SCAM ARTISTS!

My order didn't arrive until two days after the order. I was told that I would get a ten dollar refund and I haven't received it either.
Donette, there was a delay of one day (not two), due to an issue with the local vendor and the partial refund was already issued. Please allow 1-4 business days for that to process.

Flowers were ordered in advance for Mother's Day - to be delivered on a Saturday. We waited all day and they didn't arrive. I tried calling twice but their frustrating voice recording would never send me to a live person. I left two voice mails, and also sent an email. Later that night, the sent an email saying they were sorry but the flowers would not be arriving, but would arrive the next day. WOW - Mother's Day no show. We wanted to cry. So, today is Sunday and still now flowers, with the same email arriving again. THESE PEOPLE ARE FRAUDS WHO DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY - AND PROVIDE NO LIVE PEOPLE TO HELP. STAY AWAY, OR YOU WILL CRY TOO. So sad when business toy around with the emotions of a mother on her special day.

For anyone that ordered flower for Mother's Day, I hope you were serviced better than me. I was told that the flowers were going to be delivered on Saturday (no luck), moved to Sunday on Mother's Day (failed again) requiring apology for the first time ever to my Mom for letting her down, moved to Monday (failed yet again) and eventually received a text from my disappointed and elderly Mom saying nothing was delivered today. NO RESPONSES despite sending multiple requests (email and voice mails), feel like a piece of dirt. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

If we are unable to arrange for delivery on Sunday and time permits we will setup for delivery on Saturday, including Birthday and Anniversaries, and Mother's Day Orders. I ordered flowers and chocolate for my girlfriend yesterday for same day delivery, they never arrived, by the time the end of the business day was at hand, i'd called to cancel the order but, of course, there are no real people to talk to, only leaving messages which i'm sure are being deleted.
If the flowers show up, my girlfriend will refuse delivery, this is not a mistake, this is scam, it is theft, I will accept nothing less than a FULL refund of my money and i've been in contact with dozens of people who have been robbed by this company, as well as have contacted a lawyer. I have contacted paypal and will contact the better business bureau.
I will continue to write bad reviews all over the internet, and I will continue to "attempt" to contact this "business", I will also pursue the lawsuit as well as gather those who have been ripped off by this scam until one of two things happen, my money is refunded to me, or, I die.

I ordered flowers for my mother the thursday before mothers day. They were supposed to be deleivered sat. They never came. I thought that maybe i put the wrong date and they would come on sun. They didnt come sunday either. During this time, i called, text, emailed, got online, and left messages to anyone who would listen hoping to get an idea of where my mothers flowers were. Nothing. I had an order # but no email reciept #. No one ever contacted me. The money was out of my account tho. Well today still no flowers, but the money has been credited back to my account. Guess they didnt want ro deliver my mother her flowers so they gave me my money back, no explanation, i was never contacted by anyone. Nothing. I knew better. Thanks for nothing. Ill just drive the 3 hours and delivery fowers to my mom myself. It will save me alot of time and anguish.

I ordered Mother's Day flowers on Tuesday for delivery on Friday. On Friday I received email that they couldn't be delivered on Friday that they would be delivered on Saturday. On Saturday I received email that they couldn't be delivered on Saturday that they would be delivered on Sunday. Sunday I received an email that they couldn't be delivered on Sunday. I just cancelled the order.
Terrible experience. Just like everyone here, I ordered flowers for mother's day (3 days ago) which still haven't been delivered, while my card was charged immediately. I tried cancelling the next day, but couldn't get through to a live person and noone responded to my email replied to their generic 'sorry you're flowers are delayed' email.
However, when I call and click on the option to place an order, someone picks up IMMEDIATELY, says they are completely disconnected from the customer support line, doesn't provide a manager's name/phone that I could speak to, NOTHING.
I will make sure that noone I know uses this scam of a company, and I am expecting a full refund (and then some) on order ******* for this completely traumatizing experience.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife at work to surprise her, for her birthday. When my wife got home on that evening she was empty handed. I then contacted Just for Flowers to ask them why they didn't deliver them. I was told that the florist was booked and wasn't able to deliver them and that they would be able to deliver them the next day. I then had to change the address to my home in order to receive my wife's flowers because she wouldn't be at work the next day. I never received a phone call from Just for Flowers informing me that they would be unable to deliver them on time. After speaking with the representative and finding out that they weren't going to be delivered on time I suddenly received an email stating that they would be unable to deliver them. This totally ruined my surprise because I had to be in the office the next day so I had to inform my wife that she would be receiving her flowers at the house because she thought I totally forgot about her birthday. I will never use Just for Flowers in the future due to their poor customer service.

2. They claim they were substituting but could not provide pictures of the new arrangement.
3. I was told by the company the flowers were delivered.
4. The next day received an email stating the flowers were not delivered.
5. Would not refund. I had to call and curse them to get a refund.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day scheduled for a Saturday delivery (day before Mother's Day) so not a problem right? I get an email on the day they were to be delivered stating they would delivery the next day so now it is Mother's Day and I get another email stating they are not able to delivery today but will delivery as soon as possible and offered me a $7 discount if I didn't cancel my order which equates to 5% discount which doesn't make up for my mother who is in lock down at a nursing home not sure she will make it to next Mother's Day so wanted to make it special. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day in plenty of time, and was assured a Saturday delivery, before Mother's Day, was going to be fine. I got and email telling me that they would not be delivered, then a text message apologizing and saying they'd be delivered on Sunday. They were NOT delivered, and I got an email saying they'd be delivered Monday. I paid a lot of money for the order, and they did not produce results. I am now reading about other complaints in reviews. I've demanded a partial refund since the service was woefully inadequate, and I'm not even sure they will arrive. I would not use this service in the future, and my message is buyer beware of their practices.
Update:. The response from the company was basically "Too bad". If you have a viable company that makes a promise, then keep the promise. These should have been delivered Saturday as promised. If your delivery date is just a guess or a wish, then you've failed. Customer service is the life blood of longevity and success.

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange.
