FYI, If you have adult children in your home that carry a license but don't drive they will charge you like they are active drivers in your household. Geico thinks that its ok to do this and make you pay way higher premiums for young adults in your house. They raised our price from 900 every 6 months to over double that overnight with no claims or accidents. I always thought we were insuring our cars not people that live in our house because they cant afford to move out. Geico thinks its ok to push costs on there insured without insuring any extra vehicle. I think its just a way to make more money and get further into there customers pockets. If they were active drivers driving vehicle on policy this would be warranted but this practice borders on robbery and ripping people off! Maybe that's how they can afford all there fancy commercials!

Bought a new dishwasher 15 months ago. Product stopped working and cant be fixed. Called company they said sorry no warranty. No help no offer to even look at it. They dont care and wouldn't help. Thought buying there product meant quality. What ever happened to standing behind your product and customer satisfaction? Dont buy the stuff doesn't last and they dont care

! Bought a new dishwasher er board burned won't work. Called them they said sorry out of warranty cant help you? Everything in my home is whirlpool! HUGE RED FLAG! Premium product? HELL NO GARBAGE! A NON CARING MONEY GRUBBING PROFIT MONGERING LOUSY COMPANY. DO NOT BUY THEIR OVER PRICED CRAP!

I normally recommend warranty company's because they save you money. But in this care there lack of caring and incompetence deserve a bad review. I live in Florida one of the hottest states and currently its 100 degrees in day time and high 80s at night.My ac went out Sunday and I called immediately to make a claim. They responded the following day saying they couldn't get anyone out until Friday! I wasn't able to rationalize that there was no one that could come and having kids and animals I called around and found a repair on Wednesday night. I called and complained and also let them know the response time was unreasonable. What if I was elderly or had small children. I cant believe the lack of caring and I live in a small city so there should be better service available. They offered no help and nothing to try to help with bill.If one of there executives had no air I bet theres would be fixed pronto.It all comes down to money. They just dont care!

Didn't fulfill there end of bargain. Ruined mother's day suprise. Cant deliver as promised. They are greedy and all about profit and no nothing about customer service

My ac went out and AHS sent a contractor over.He condemned my system and said it had mold without even testing it.He refused to look at it and said I need a new system. Charged me witch I refused to pay (because he didn't even hook up gauges or address the problem. Said it was electrical. I looked at system after he left and found ac condenser drain was stopped up. I cleared it and got system running myself.Its been working for several month now. AHS sent me a bill and did NOTHING to help me. Terrible service a total bureaucracy and run around. I dropped them and am totally dissatisfied. I am glad I didn't get ripped off but they need to make some type of amends to there subcontractor and the inconvenience they caused me and my family, As of 01/11/2016 my ac is Still working!. AHS never apologized or attempted to take care of me or keep me as a customer. They are too big to care about one home owner. Show they are all about the money and not taking care of people!

After waiting I decided to just out of pocket a new bedside for my truck. They suck and need to be put out of business. They only want to give credit and not a refund for there inferior ghetto cheaply built crap.My truck now is fixed but I am out the 500 dollars I spent. I hope these clowns get run out of business THEY SUCK! Still never got any credit for the money I wasted on inferior crap they sent me. Please do not buy anything from these rip off scammers!
