I ordered flowers for the funerals of our close friend and they didn't deliver it. This is not the occasion when you can make excuses. AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL COMPANY, NEVER USE THEM. They deserve zero stars and must not be in this business.
I honestly do not know how this so called company is in business! I ordered flowers and balloons for a friends get well on Wed to be delivered Friday, they did not show up, I received no call or email and had to call them five times, each time they leave you on hold deliberately for 10 to 15 minutes and are always unable to reach a "manager" or sort the problem, I was then promised the delivery would arrive Saturday which it did not, again no notification, I called again and was told the florist couldn't be reached and that my area was rural which was a problem and that the only florist was 20 miles away which was completely false! There are several within 6 miles. I called again Sunday was again put on hold for a long time to be asked if an apology note would be acceptable! No it damn well isn't! I asked six times for a full refund, she even then asked if I would consider keeping the money I paid on file for a future order! I told her no way I'd ever be using this so called company again. I've been told my refund will be issued within 4 working days so we shall see! My advice, do not use this scam company and stay well away. They should be reported for trying to steel and scan people.

I ordered a specific arrangement of flowers to be delivered for my mum's birthday. Total cost was $93.00 (CDN).
Flowers were delivered after 5 on the day, went to a neighbour's house (despite the fact that someone was home) and they amounted to less than a dozen flowers jammed into a cheap vase. Can't even call it an arrangement - they were random flowers in an ugly vessel.
My brother picked up a $20.00 bouquet at the grocery store and it was 100x better than the expensive arrangement from "Just Flowers". More effort went into the grocery arrangement - the flowers were larger, colours were coordinated and there were way, way more blooms.
I then called Just Flowers to complain.
I sent a picture and then they "investigated' my complaint. I will say, that the customer service people are very polite, they are just completely ineffectual. Many emails and phone calls later, Just Flowers offers me $5.00 off my next order in 'compensation'. Yeah right. Fool me once, shame on me, fool me twice, well you know how it goes.
The cheap vase, missing flowers, tiny bouquet were explained away by stating that they had the right to substitute.
It's now 11 days after my order and Just Flowers is now prepared to give me a $10.00 refund. I'll take it, but it was still a giant rip-off and I will never use this company again.

Don't bother using this business. I ordered my mother flowers, (with flowers added, which was an option) 5 balloons with one foil balloon saying 'Happy Mothers Day', and a large box of chocolates. I wanted this gift to be big and spared no expense. She only received the flowers. I was very disappointed and services out to make this right. You can't even talk to these people unless you have your 7 digit order number and since they don't receipt you an itemized list, I had to finally get the number from my mom. I already gave them my name, her name, and her address on a complaint option twice when unsubscribing to their email list. After my 4th attempt to contact them, using their 7 digit number, I had a lady I could barely understand call and tell me that I didn't order the stuff that I said I did. I'm sorry, I'm not computer illiterate and I took my time making this order. It must be really easy to say 'No you didn't order that' when, like I said before, there is no receipt or itemized list. You know it must be a bad business when you go in with your 7 digit number and the section for why your trying to check has a drop down with 'Order was missing...' and had everything they could've left off. After the lady told me that I didn't order what I DID order I realized where this was gonna go, so I just hung up. Don't use this business. Keep it local.
Ordered my mother flowers for mothers day on 5/3/21. Got a confirmation # of *******. It is now 5/10/21 and they just sent me an email saying they still can't deliver the flowers and they couldn't deliver them Friday 5/7 either. Funny... the florist they said they are using is no longer in business. The nursing home my mother lives at is open 24/7 so I find it hard to believe the flowers couldn't be delivered. I tried calling, emailing and contacting them by website. Calling... they asked me to leave a message... I did and no answer. I let the recording run past the voicemail request hoping I would get a representative... the call hung up if I didn't leave a message. I just tried calling today... no answer of any kind... no recording, no person, nothing. And the website says. Be patient, your order is being processed. WHAT A JOKE! Never again will I use an online service to order flowers. I'm going back to the tried and true... PHONE a Local Florist. I asked the website to cancel my order. We'll see what happens but I'm betting NOTHING!

I ordered my mother a beautiful arrangement for her birthday... so I thought. Not only did the florist call and ask my mother if she was home to get flowers delivered to her, which I specified on the notes to leave them on her porch if she did not answer the door, they looked nothing like the photograph. The photograph showed a beautiful, full and colorful arrangement, what I received was everything but. Most of the flowers were white with the occasional yellow or purple thrown in, and 1, only 1, pink carnation. The flowers were also no where close to the count the pictured showed. THe picture showed the flowers almost overflowing out of the basket, they did not even reach the sides on mine. Also my basket was painted terribly and broken. I called and complained. They wanted pictures as proof, which I provided within 10 minutes of the phone call. Today I received an email stating that they fulfilled their promise on the order and offered me $7.50 off my next order. Why would I ever buy from them again when they messed up my very first order and refuse to fix it. I am not asking for a refund per say, even though I feel one is in order, but they could at least send me a correct one.

Never use Just flowers.com. I was assured that flowers would be delivered for my Mother's funeral. They never arrived and I was never notified until I called them. At that point I was informed that they would not make it to the funeral. I was very upset with this company and told them to make sure and cancel my order and not to charge my Card. Guess what my card has been charged. I called the company and tried to get customer service which left me on hold and then said because of long wait times try again later. Hung up on me. Next I called the ordering line, I got someone. Told this person that I wanted to speak to a manager and after some hesitation given a number to call. Guess what, the number was busy. I was unable to get through or leave a message. Please don't let this happen to you. Terrible rating for just flowers.com Not customer friendly, Not reliable and quick to charge your card, but slow to refund. I have been told it may take 10 days when I spoke to the ordering salesman that so hesitantly gave me the manager number. I just wanted to share my experience with the world. I placed 2 flower orders weeks before mother's day that were going to the same address... Not cheap orders either... One for my mother and one for my sister... they were both were to be delivered on Sunday. My mother's was delivered on Saturday missing the balloons I paid for and the other still never delivered and YOU CANNOT GET ANYONE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PHONE AND THEY DO NOT CALL BACK! At this point all I want is my money returned but no human will answer the phone and for over a hundred dollars for my mother's arrangement was pitiful! I would absolutely NOT recommend using this company... try another one if you do not want to be DISAPPOINTED!

So what they do is take your money, promise delivery and then if you try to cancel when they don't meet the delivery requirement, they deliver late... even after canceling and then say they can't refund because the item was delivered.

Like the title says, I sent a sympathy bouquet to my friend when she lost her husband in April 2021 I neglected to add "special instructions" the first time so that's on me. So I paid for redelivery and STILL NO FLOWERS DELIVERED! Awful customer service, NO REFUNDS, and they refuse to disclose the local florist name. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices.
