Never make a purchase from Just Flowers. COMPLETE RIPOFF. I placed an order last week for a family funeral. Just Flowers called today--45 MINUTES before the service--stating they could not make the order to the funeral home! I cancelled the order and called a local company to send an arrangement to the house instead.
The local company said they had gotten the order from just flowers this morning, and told them to provide an arrangement worth $45, when we paid $120! Learned my lesson, but so upsetting not to have flowers there when we could not be there in person.
I ordered flowers for my best friends mothers funeral that was yesterday. I received a call at 8:40 this morning asking if I would like a substitution. The funeral was yesterday and it was only a one day service so no I don't want to substitution at this point. They stated that they emailed me but that was a lie I never received an email. I told them I didn't understand why I did not receive a phone call if they could not complete the order. They had no answer for that question. This was totally unacceptable and irresponsible for a business to not reach out if they could not fufill the order. I can assure you that is the last time they will receive my business. I never received an email with a proof of purchase but I do have a confirmation number and that number is *******.

Worst experience ever! Don't even bother choosing arrangements from a website. You will get something completely different anyway!

Two days ago (September 15,2021), I ordered an arrangement online at 2 pm from JustFlowers.com, and I used a Mastercard, since the order page said they preferred MC. My intended recipient never received the arrangement that had been promised "same day." I gave special instructions along with the phone number of the recipient. My credit card history verifies the debit from this order. I called Customer Service to no avail, and even called to place an order just to talk with a human being. If this business corrects this problem, I am happy to write a corrective review. The order page even asked if I wanted them to contact me upon delivery, to which I responded affirmatively. When I hit send, there was no confirmation receipt, yet my charge card was debited by this company.

I order rose for my 40th Anniversary for 9/5/21. NO SHOW. They had no problem& taking the money out of my bank. Trying to get someone on the phone TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK not so good. I would not get flowers from them again.

This company has really let me down. They committed to deliver my order on Friday last week. They did not deliver the order and when I called to understand the reason, they requested for one more day to fulfill the order. The same thing happened on Saturday. The order was still not delivered by Monday afternoon when I called to get an update. At this time, they said they could not deliver the order on Sunday and did not try any further as I supposedly requested to stop the order if they could not deliver it by then. Even worse, they implied this was all my fault because I did not answer an email they send Sunday afternoon asking to reactivate the order. Really? After being over 3 days late this is my fault. This is just not acceptable. Just go to a store, buy your flowers and deliver them yourself. It will take you less time and will be cheaper.

Your order was then on hold pending your approval for Monday delivery but we were unable to reach you both by telephone and e-mail.
I ordered flowers for a friend whose family member had died, on a Wednesday morning for delivery on Wednesday. They were not delivered. Nor were they delivered on Thursday, Friday or Saturday. Each day of non delivery, I spoke with someone from customer service who came up with excuses and said delivery would be that next day. After waiting 4 days, I cancelled the order. I will never order from them again. I felt that the people I spoke with were not sincere and were replying from a company standard reply card. I tried but was unable to upload my receipt.

I ordered flowers for a funeral. They didn't deliver them and said nothing until I called. At which point the supervisor said, "oh, we just about to call you..." I'm not going to go into all the details, but I was let down beyond words. The supervisor sounded as if she was going through the motions and had to deliver bad news all the time with regard to their failures.

This company subs out the orders to a crampy local florist that's sends an arrangement in a kids Easter basket. What was delivered was distasteful, beat-up, half dead, and tiny compared to the large size I paid for. Then they wanted to credit just $15 back. They're customer service sucks. They have no integrity. YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY WITH END RESULT. ORDER SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I ordered a yellow rose floral arrangement that was to have white flowers and greenery in a basket (see photo) I ordered them August 11th to be delivered at the church where my late uncles services were to be held on the 12th. I was unable to attend because of health issues so my son and daughter went to represent our family. At 5:58 pm my daughter informed me that they had not arrived. I called Just Flowers and spoke to a representative and was told that they had been delivered at 4:28 with a delivery signature when in fact they had not. 20 minutes after I got off of the phone with Just Flowers, some yellow Rose's were delivered but they were not arranged, trimmed or fresh. They looked like they had been hastily shoved in a glass vase leaves and all (see photo). I have attached pictures and a copy of an email from Just Flowers the day I ordered them assuring me that they would indeed be what I ordered, but they were not. I am extremely disappointed.

I ordered a bouquet for a memorial which showed approx 24 flowers but what was delivered was a vase with 6 flowers. I contacted the company and was told they advertise that flowers may be substituted. This was quite a substitution! After I disputed the charge they offered to give me $10.00 off! They are selling you an $80.00 bouquet and delivering a "substitution" worth a whole lot less! Never again!
I ordered flowers which I thought would cost $45 coming in at $78 for an aunt in post op rehab in needham, MA 26th July. I challenged the cost of the order order was encouraged to e mail and call but clearly they just want to deal with any issues over the phone. I was offered a $15 credit today (29th July). I posted a candid review here thereafter. I subsequently received a note saying that due to the remote location they were unable to conclude the order. Needham is a Boston suburb. I feel uncomfortable with thei4 performance. I have NEVER experienced such strange customer service.

Do not use this company. I ordered a flower arrangement for my mother after the death of her husband. What was delivered was nothing like what I had ordered. I paid a lot of money for a very cheap arrangement. I spent three days on the phone complaining. It was excuse after excuse. They then offered me seven dollars for my inconvenience. Shame on them. I have been using Justflowers.com for quite some time now. I have not really had a problem until my last order. I ordered a arrangement for my daughter. Online it was to include purple irises because that is her favorite flower. I paid extra to express delivery. The arrangement was delivered late and did not look anything like the picture on the site. They did not even use the same type of flowers. The flowers they used barely filled the vase and they stuck leaves and fillers in to make it look bigger.
I sent an email with the picture of the one received and then they called me and gave me a story about the florist can substitute the flowers as they wish. Maybe if they used flowers and not fillers it would not have been so bad. They told me they would credit me $7. What a joke. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

I ordered flowers for an aunt that's now in a Nursing home. They were to be delivered on June 7th 2021. They emailed me and said the flowers I ordered weren't available and would I ok a change. Reluctantly I said Ok by reading their Guaranty they say the would offer a reduced price which they did not. Also instead of delivering the flowers as agreed on they delivered thgem on the 8th not the 7th... Then they emailed me and and said they wanted to charge me a delivery charge. I ordered orchids to be delivered (was charged $88.47), instead lilies delivered (even one day later) to my friend who was sensitive to it. When asked to correct the mistake, the company swapped lilies with just ONE orchid cut (after two days). What an awful experience - it wasted my time and my money.

I ordered an $85 arrangement of white roses, purple violets, irises, and lilies. What was delivered was a small arrangement of carnations, mums and gerber daisies with a couple lilies. It looked like about $35 arrangement and wasn't even purple and white. When I tried to speak to their customer service, it was almost impossible to reach them, and I just kept getting the run around, no one who could actually address the problem. After weeks of me pursuing them and finally demanding to speak to a manager, all they could offer me was a $7 refund and would not send out another arrangement that was what I actually ordered because it was beyond the 7 day guarantee. Awful experience! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will not order from them again.

They failed to deliver flowers on Thursday, my sister's birthday. I called the next morning and they couldn't care less. They said they would deliver that day, Friday, with an apology note (whoopty doo) between 9am and 6pm— not even STAT. I got an email from them at 3pm stating again, they weren't delivered. No explanation why they failed to deliver 2 days in a row. When I called AGAIN, I asked for a refund. The woman I spoke to said, ‘No, we will deliver Monday and give you $10 to use for a future order." What?!? I said no. She said said, "We will deliver Monday and give you a $15 credit to be used on a future order." I told her that she is embarrassing herself and her company right now and this is bordering on the ridiculous. "How about—" I again said no, I want a refund so let's go ahead and get that started. I don't want you to offer me piddly amounts taken off future orders when there won't be any. The apology note offer and McDonald's combo meal money was insulting enough. Please don't further disgrace your self. If you have failed deliveries two days in a row, you can't deliver Monday either. My sister's birthday was yesterday. NOT Monday. The customer serve person I spoke with sounded like a robot reading off a cue card. DO NOT use this company. Awful! I could have driven the flowers to the east coast quicker than they can deliver. BAD. If they had a negative star option, I would use it.

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange.
