I purchased a $100.00 bouquet for an employee who lost a parent. The flowers were dropped on a stoop which the family does not use. The delivery person did not knock on the door (the family was home), they did not call the provided phone number to let them know a delivery was made to their door step - they dropped and ran. The flowers sat in the sun 2 days and a thunderstorm. Needless to say, they were ruined. I received a call back with no "we're sorry"... just PROVE IT. Horrible customer service. A $100.00 mistake. Do yourself a favor - there are too many flower shops to take a chance here.
I purchased an exotic assortment for $119 for Mother's Day. My wife received a generic assortment, WITHOUT ONE EXOTIC FLOWER. When I complained and sent pictures, they offered me $10 off a future purchase. STAY AWAY FROM JUST FLOWERS. RIP OFF!

I am livid! Total rip off! Ordered flowers for delivery on Mother's Day, and they never arrived. I never got a confirmation email so I had no order number. Took me one solid week to get ahold of anyone at the company. I was assured a full refund, but then got an email that said the flowers were delivered. Very suspicious! AND THE FLOWERS HAVE STILL NOT BEEN DELIVERED! I am now being told by this company that I am just plain out of luck. $125 down the drain!

The mother's day flowers that I ordered never delivered. I have asked repeatedly for proof of delivery, but they only say that the "spoke with the local florist".
The recipient went to the front desk repeated and there was nothing. She verified this with them by phone but they, for some reason, don't want to acknowledge this.

Let me first start by saying there are companies that sole mission is to write so many reviews that it will bury the real reviews. Don't fall for that!
I ordered from just flowers for Mothers day and paid to have the biggest arrangement of the cotton candy flowers. I requested them to be delivered on Saturday to avoid the big Mothers day issue. The flowers came in Sunday afternoon and was NOTHING like what I ordered. Wait it gets better, both Sunday and Monday they don't answer the phone so I sent an email within 24 hours (Monday) they respond back 7 days later then when I respond within 24 hours they said "You took more than 7 days to respond". What happened to the email I sent within the first 24 hours that said the wrong flowers were delivered? All they do now is keep repeating, "it has been more than 7 days..." Does the picture on the left look like a $90.47 order or anything like what I requested. I ordered something cheery, they sent doom and gloom!

Placed an order for flowers, to be delivered on Sunday. They called me to confirm and said everything was in order, no problem to deliver. Sunday came and went. I inquired as to why, and received no credible response to my question. Waited all day Monday, and still no delivery. Now they are saying that delivery will be on Tuesday. Why would I believe that? All these inquires are online... phones were busy and after 20 minutes, I gave up. Horrible customer service... buy local and save the aggravation.

I ordered flowers to be sent to my my mother for Mother's Day. At no time when I placed my order did the site let me know that they could NOT fulfill my order. They took my money (over $100). On Mother's Day, I received a text that my order would be delayed to Monday 5/10. On Monday 5/10, I received a text that my order would be delayed to Tuesday 5/11 (no explanation). On Tuesday 5/11, I received a text that my order was delayed to Wednesday 5/12 (no explanation). On Wednesday 5/12, I received a text that my order was delayed to Thursday 5/13 (no explanation). On Thursday 5/13, I sent an "inquiry" because that is the ONLY way you can communicate with the company, demanding that they cancel my order and refund my money. On Friday 5/14, I received a text that my order had been "further delayed." I sent an email to customer support demanding AGAIN that they cancel my order and refund my money. NO RESPONSE. On Saturday 5/15, I sent ANOTHER email demanding they cancel my order and refund my money. STILL NO RESPONSE. I have just filed a dispute against the company with my Bank to retrieve my money. REDICULOUS and I will NEVER EVER use this company again and I HIGHLY recommend that you do not either!

Ordered premium upgraded flowers 2 days before Mother's Day-flowers never delivered - kept getting generic emails saying unable to deliver - 3 days later still getting same email. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day on Saturday, May 8 and they have never been delivered. I received no email confirmation, so I do not have an order number, but my credit card was charged. I have been trying to call them or report the problem online but I cannot do anything without an order number. There are no telephone options that allow you to speak with a live person without entering an order number.
I believe that this is a scam website. There are many other reviews where customers have had the same experience as I did.

You will see many negative reviews on the internet all with the same issue. They take your money, don't deliver the flowers and then disappear. I spent $115 on a flower delivery last week. They weren't delivered and I didn't receive any information about the delay. I cancelled the order on their site days later, and still haven't heard back or received a refund. I've called, left messages... they have done this to hundred of people and have had to disable Facebook comments. Scammers. At this point they should be issuing refunds rapidly and sending out automated messages to affected customers- but this is clearly intentional and they are a fraudulent, unethical business operating online.

I ordered flowers for my mom on Friday for a Sunday delivery, $155. Sunday, no delivery and an email delaying delivery to the next day. Monday, same thing. Tuesday, same thing. Substandard phone system kept hanging up on me after 15 min. Hold time. I had to email them to deliver on Wednesday or cancel order. Wednesday they emailed me that the order was cancelled. Yet to receive a refund. Go with a company that won't screw you like FTD. There's no way the 4 1/2 star rating on this site is accurate

I've emailed several times asking for someone to be in contact with but no response. I've called several times but the phone just rings and eventually disconnects. I've asked my credit card company for a chargeback and will be filing this as a scam corporation with the BBB.
Avoid at all costs. I wasted $135 on flowers for them to never be delivered. Way to ruin a nice surprise for Mom during a worldwide pandemic where we can't see our family. You should be ashamed. I wish I could give this 0 stars.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day. Money immediately taken out of my account. Mother's Day was on Sunday, now it's Wednesday and I have yet another email saying my flowers would be delivered tomorrow.
I do not think there is anyone at customer service. I have called many times and noticed the same pattern: greeting, choose your option, Nora Jones song, ringing, lady saying they are on another call and offering options, then hang up. The same length of time every time; I have timed this while waiting numerous times. No one is going to answer.
Very disappointed. Mother's Day is over and I can't reach anyone at Just Flowers. My mom kept expecting her flowers and saw numerous delivery trucks pass by her independent living apartments, but no flowers came for her.:(

This review gives me space to upload a photo, which I would gladly do if I had actually received anything. Instead, this missed Mother's Day and left me with nothing. They promised to deliver Mother's Day flowers for me on Saturday, one day before the holiday. They emailed on Saturday and said my delivery would be delayed until Sunday. Then they emailed on Sunday and said my order would further delayed until Monday. Then they emailed on Wednesday – three days AFTER the holiday – and said they couldn't make my delivery and would have to cancel my order. The end result is that my mother did not receive flowers from her only son. And though I've received an apology and a refund, it doesn't begin to make-up for the disappointment they've caused. This is an unreliable and under-performing company and I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere.

If i could give them 0 stars i would. I placed 2 orders that cost over $200. They were supposed to be delivered 4/8/21 as I wanted them delivered before Mother's Day. They were not delivered and for 4 days I have received text messages and emails stating they would be delivered the next day, without an explanation as to why they are not being delivered. I've called and left multiple messages to return my call but never receive a call. I've tried calling to speak with someone but I just get sent to an automated message saying someone will get back with me. We are now well past Mother's day. This is completely unacceptable! I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
