Ordered flowers for delivery the Saturday before Mothers Day. No delivery Saturday. No delivery Sunday. I emailed twice. No response. No delivery Monday. I emailed a third time. I finally received a response saying that they would deliver on the "next available day" -- but without saying when that would be, and with no explanation why they were late.
Stay away from this company. They over-promise and under-deliver. They do not tell you when they miss the delivery deadline. Customer service is very slow and not helpful.
Placed a order for flowers to be delivered to my Aunt for Mother's Day. It's now Tuesday and no flowers. They have sent text messages daily since Sunday saying that my delivery will now be the following day. Today I even received a message in the morning stating delivery would happen today snd by this afternoon nope, another text saying it will be Wednesday now. This company is a scam, plain and simple and deserves negative starts. Read reviews on the BBB website. They promise delivery and keep rescheduling after they charge you, only to never delivery anything. Their customer service line is a joke... keypad entires do nothing, you can't get in touch with an actual representative and it always disconnects your call. The fact that a flower delivery service does this to people is disgusting. Flowers are supposed to make people happy. I ordered for mothers day for my sick mother, but i can't imagine anyone ordering for a funeral or sympathy purposes to have this happen. Absolutely disgraceful.

I ordered a very expensive flower arrangement for my mother on Mother's Day. She is very sick and it was important to me that I got the flowers to her ON THAT DAY since I couldn't be there. None of the sites were delivering on Mother's Day except JustFlowers.com - so I spent twice what I planned to, because they said they could get them there on Mother's Day.
On Mother's Day they e-mailed me that the flowers would not get there. I called them and could not get through. I wrote them an e-mail and they sent a robot answer back saying they were sorry and the order has been rescheduled.
That was Monday. It is now Tuesday and JustFlowers e-mailed me that the delivery has yet again been rescheduled.
MOTHER'S DAY IS OVER.
I want my order canceled and to be reimbursed, but when you call and try to leave a message, they click you off.
This is the WORST flowers site ever - don't order from them they have no idea what they're doing. They are twice as expensive as other sites, and they can't get your flowers there on time and there is NO customer service

I ordered flowers for my 89 yr old Mother in law for Mother's Day that were suppose to be delivered on Saturday. It is the Tuesday after Mother's day, still no flowers and unable to contact Just Flowers. Cannot get anyone on the phone, I have been trying since Sunday. Was convinced it was a scam website so I contacted my bank to report. Got an apology text form "someone" but no credit. Save your money and a headache, do not order from this company.

I ordered flowers for my mother. The flowers never came and when I phoned the company, it was impossible to speak to a live person. I left a message and asked them to have someone phone me but they did not. They email me to say that they cancelled the order, but they did not return my money. I sent over 10 email messages asking for them to return my money but they ignored my requests. This company is a total scam. Avoid them at all costs. I noticed that the company seems to be checking this site and leaving responses, so I will mention that the number is *******. Give me back my money, JustFlowers!

So I ordered some flowers for mother's day for my mom who lives away from me. I told them to deliver it just in time for the holiday, but she did not receive it that day. I emailed them multiple times, asking when it will get delivered and I was worried that they weren't going to send it at all. Then I got a call saying she received it the next day around 2pm. Not only was I disappointed about them not delivering the flowers in time, but they sent a DIFFERENT bouquet... I was shocked. Yes roses are nice, but it's not what I ordered. I am sorry to say, but this will be the first and last.

The main reason why I purchased flowers with your company even though it was way more EXPENSIVE than other companies, it was because the date I chose to be delivered was available on the WEBSITE calendar, SATURDAY. I ordered flowers on Friday before Mother's day.
If I wanted my flowers to be delivered any other day, I would have chosen another company which offered better flowers for a cheaper price.

After I first learned that the flowers I ordered to be delivered on Saturday (the day before mother's day) would not arrive that day, I looked at the reviews on trust pilot. I wish I had taken the time to read the reviews before spending money to buy flowers for my mother, only to be completely disappointed.
It is a joy to leave positive reviews and I rarely if ever leave a negative review because I understand the damage it can do. In this case I feel compelled to protect others and ask this company to take responsibility for their terrible service.
I read their policies. What they're doing is dishonest. They are taking people's money first and letting them know later that their flowers will not be delivered on time.
I ordered flowers on Friday for a Saturday delivery so that my mother could receive an early mother's day gift. My card sent with flowers includes the words "happy early mother's day".
-They were not delivered on Saturday.
-I then received an email that they would be delivered the next available day.
-They were not delivered on Sunday.
-I received another email that would be delivered the next available day.
-They we not delivered on Monday.
-I then received an email that they would be delivered on Tuesday.
-Monday evening I received an email that they would not be delivered at all and that they would process a credit to my card.
Here is what I would like them to change. It IS possible to create an online ordering system that lets potential customers know when their chosen flowers will be delivered and the cut off time for said delivery. They can then choose a different date or have the option to go elsewhere.
How many people did they disappointed? There were no weather issues. There were no travel issues. Other florists delivered on what they promised.
An honest company would let you know if their supplies ran out, if they were short on drivers, if they had taken all the orders for a certain date that they could handle.
My question for the owners of this business is what will you do about this? How will you fix this problem? What are you doing for the many customers you have disappointed?
They advertise high reviews on their website. It would be great for the business to succeed by taking excellent care of their customers. If they can't or won't do that, perhaps they should not be in business.

This company failed to deliver flowers for mother's day! Not only that, they sent me texts the next two days saying pushing delivery off another day. You call in and it automatically hangs up on you. Do not give them your credit card information. Total scam and fraudulent. Do not get burned like we did. Learn from this post, warning! They do not respond to any of your emails either. When the flower delivery company I'd previously ordered from for Mother's Day flowers emailed me the day before Mother's day that they couldn't complete my order on time, I canceled that order and was optimistic when I came across Just Flowers. They provided Sunday, Mother's Day, as an option for delivery. So, I placed my order. With service fees, etc. the total was over $100 - much more than I can really afford, but I wanted to make sure my Mom had a gift on Mother's day and was willing to pay that extra charge. Not only were the flowers not delivered on Mother's Day, I didn't receive notification of this until that evening at 6:50pm via an email that went to my spam. THIS WAS AFTER I SPOKE TO MY MOM AND DISCOVERED SHE DIDN'T RECEIVE THE FLOWERS I SPENT OVER $100 ON. That email also said they would be delivered today (the day after Mother's day). Hey, shocker, they weren't! I've literally spent hours on the phone over the past two days trying to reach anyone to provide accountability and have been auto-hung up on after being on hold for 10-20 minutes. I finally went to my bank and reported it as fraud. Shame on you Just Flowers!

I can't stress enough, do not buy flowers from Just Flowers. They fail to tell you that the flowers may arrive late until they email your confirmation receipt. When you try to call the customer service number, there is no answer. For $123, my mother received wilted Mother's Day roses that came on Monday at almost 5pm. I am still not able to speak to anyone from Just Flowers, no answer!

Website said if I ordered within 3 hours flowers would arrive on Mother's Day. On Monday morning, got text that flowers would be delivered Monday. Monday afternoon got text that flowers would be delivered Tuesday. Called to cancel and had to fight with representative to get a refund... very poor service!

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange.
