Ordered my mother flowers for mothers day on 5/3/21. Got a confirmation # of *******. It is now 5/10/21 and they just sent me an email saying they still can't deliver the flowers and they couldn't deliver them Friday 5/7 either. Funny... the florist they said they are using is no longer in business. The nursing home my mother lives at is open 24/7 so I find it hard to believe the flowers couldn't be delivered. I tried calling, emailing and contacting them by website. Calling... they asked me to leave a message... I did and no answer. I let the recording run past the voicemail request hoping I would get a representative... the call hung up if I didn't leave a message. I just tried calling today... no answer of any kind... no recording, no person, nothing. And the website says. Be patient, your order is being processed. WHAT A JOKE! Never again will I use an online service to order flowers. I'm going back to the tried and true... PHONE a Local Florist. I asked the website to cancel my order. We'll see what happens but I'm betting NOTHING!
I ordered flowers from this website on Friday 05/07/2021 for Mother's Day- Main reason they stated they could do same day delivery - That night I get an email that it wont be delivered until Saturday. On Saturday nothing and no messages. Sunday night I received a message it wont be delivered until Monday. Now I just received a message that it wont be delivered until Tuesday. I have emailed twice, left 2 message on the website and called and left several messages with no response whatsoever and can never get a live person. They have already charged my card. Even when calling to place a new order it tells me they are too busy and it hangs up on me. IN my entire 40 years I have never left a bad review for a company. This company ruined my Mother's Day for my mom who I could not visit this year and now is 4 days late in delivering my flowers with no confirmation that they will even deliver. This company is a joke. Also my order was 90 some dollars - I just want to cry. I have a very limited budget and went out of my way to make this day special for my mom and now they have taken my money but wont deliver the flowers and do not care about rectifying the situation. At this point I will be leaving bad reviews on any website I can find so people are aware to not waste their time, money or energy with this joke of a company.

I placed an order to be delivered on Saturday, the day before Mother's Day. This is Monday, still NO SHOW, and nobody answering phones or emails. I have phone many times, I e-mailed, left a recording, basically anything I could, and still no flowers or answers. Will my mother get her flowers or not, your guess is as good as mine

As another reviewer expressed, I would give them a zero if possible. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life! I had ordered Mother's Day flowers for my sister to be delivered on Friday. Keep in mind I placed this order more than a week in advance. Come Friday, I receive a message saying that my delivery has been rescheduled to Saturday. I called Friday afternoon and was able to get through to a representative who assured me that the delivery would be made Saturday. I was totally okay with this because I knew it was a busy holiday weekend. The end of Saturday rolls around and still no delivery. They claim to have 24 hour customer service, but from this point forward I am not able to get ahold of anyone. Every time I call I'm placed on a long hold and finally sent to voicemail. It took me three voicemails, an online inquiry, and an email to finally get a response Sunday evening that my order is not going to be delivered until Monday. Understandably I am extremely upset at this point and send an email back saying that I want my order delivered and to receive a partial refund. It's Monday morning and I receive an email stating that my order has been canceled. This is absolutely absurd! I will never use this company again and will be sure to warn others not to use this flower service. After all that stress, my sister is left without any flowers for Mother's Day as I intended. Do not order from Just Flowers!

I ordered flowers for mother's day and they were NOT delivered. You cannot reach them directly and they do not have a customer service team available. They just send you to a voice messaging system. They did not warn us that our flowers would not arrive on time after multiple calls and messages. Worst experience I have had and will never shop here again.

It's a scam! They add special delivery charges to the order after payment information is entered and still don't deliver on schedule! They don't let you cancel the order even after they say can't meet the promised delivery date! Don't respond to emails, their own online forms or the telephone number!

Just flowers.com is misleading. I was guaranteed delivery on Mother's Day before I placed my order and the day of I checked the status of my order and they said it would be delivered the day after. Very disappointed. Was not able to get a live person and the wait in the phone was literally two hours. Do not order from them. It is better to order from a local florist directly. I give them ZERO stars! I hope to get a refund

This is the worst experience with a delivery of flowers i have even encountered. I ordered three mothers day arrangements. One to be delivered on Apr 30, May 6 and May 7. These were three different mothers. The Apr 30 delivery was UGLY. OMG looked beautiful on line. The florist used just threw them in the vase. They were wilted and floppy. I was at the house to get the delivery. The florist called my mother and told her she would not get her delivery. When i was at the house all day. The flowers arrived UGLY at 2:30 on April 30. The nest order for my MIL was to be delivered on Thur Apr 6. These were never delivered until May 7th at 6pm. My MIL waited at home for two days for this delivery. These were also a let down and UGLY. Nothing like I paid for. Plus making my MIL wait for two days to get delivery of a sorry UGLY arrangement. The third was to be delivered to my step mother on May 7th. It was NEVER delivered on that day either. Was confirmed to be for delivery the next day May 8th. On May 8th i got an email that these would not be delivered due to the remote address. Mind you the address was confirmed for that delivery on April 27th. Again my step mother and father waited around for two days. Then no delivery at all. No refund was given Was told in the email i would need to have the arrangement sent UPS or FedEX. Called customer service four times. Terrible service. The agents speak poor English. I got hung up on four times. Cant get and actual person. On hold for more than an hour. Finally got agent. Then put back on hold. Never returned. Then they hung up. Save your self grief and just research local companies that do the actual deliveries. Will be opening a case for all three charges with my CC.

Like the title says, I sent a sympathy bouquet to my friend when she lost her husband in April 2021 I neglected to add "special instructions" the first time so that's on me. I want to start by saying, we looked at SO many options for flowers and we finally found the perfect goodbye flowers. When a family member is laid to rest their final flowers are the last goodbye gift you give them.The order was for a casket cover.The order that was delivered was not what we had placed, it was not even a SLIGHT substitution; it was completely different. Substituting one flower for another understandable, the color arrangement was all pink, completely different flowers, considerably smaller etc. When we contacted the company, they stated " we sent a email, saying a slight substitute was made." The email was sent the morning of the funeral... yep a grieving family is certainly going to check emails on the day of their loved ones funeral.No phone call, just an email.The order was placed way in advance! The price paid was close to $300... when we reached out and let them know what happened; they offered a $10 refund! No apology, no acceptance of fault.We were told we would have to contact the florist, but they couldn't provide the information of the establishment. There was NO card attached. Pictures were sent of what we received, and the order that was placed. COMPLETELY different flowers would be an understatement.As per the customer service representative," your welcome to leave a review."(*sarcastic tone) so that's what this is... too bad pictures cannot be posted.

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange.
