Ordered flowers for my sister after surgery on a Thursday to be delivered the next day. It is now five days later and they STILL have not been delivered! After several calls they left anmeaaage today fhat they need another $20 to deliver them. What kind of scam are they running?
Ordered the 2 upgraded of what was shown. What was delivered can only be described as a child put it together. And a gender reveal reject bow was slapped on it. The customer service was even worse. Finally, went through my credit card to fight the charges after dealing with Just Flowers for over 2 weeks. The credit card company agreed what was promised wasn't what was sent.
Picture 1 is what was shown on their website 2 steps below what I ordered.
Picture 2 is what my friend received. 2 sad roses some gerber daisies and over stuffed with greenery. Not to mention the arrangement is not visually appealing.
Don't waste your money or time with them.

Ordered flowers a year about a year ago and flowers never arrived. The pandemic was on, so ok, I was understanding. Since then I've been getting 1-3 emails a day from them. I unsubscribe constantly and continue to get emails. Horrible nuisance! Go to BBB and see reviews there. They don't deliver at any time.

I wish I have taken the time to read these reviews rather that the ones on the company web site. Ordered flowers for a birthday and was assured would be delivered next day between 9 and 6. Received a phone call following day after 6: pm indicating that they were unable to deliver the flowers that day because of the specific flower but that the arrangement would be delivered the next day. I asked why I was not contacted earlier do I could make alternative arrangements and the customer service indicated they had attempted to call me the previous day on my cell which is an out and out lie as I am never without my phone. The customer service assured me they had the flowers and would include an not of apology indicating they were supposed to be delivered the previous day. Not happy but I was in for a penny in for a pound.
Next day again after 6: pm, received a phone call indicating that now the address was too remote for their delivery and was there another address they could deliver to in order to complete the transaction. Again my question was, why are we having this discussion at 6: pm of the second day after they were supposed to be delivered. So I asked, where do you think it would be convienicant for you to deliver. She suggested a city located approx 35 minutes from the address given to them originally. So I asked, "you want the individual, a 73 year old senior in a seniors home to make arrangements to pick up her birthday flowers from a town located 35 minutes away. Do you hear how idiotic that suggestion sounds". Her response was "she was only looking to find a possible solution to delivering the flowers". My solution was cancel the order an refund my money and I will move on. I am not confident I all ever see the cancellation so fortunately I paid by credit card and I am contacting my bank to have the charges removed.
As a side note, the flowers on the web site indicated a shown price of 49.99, and deluxe price of 59.95 and a premium package of 69.99. I chose the deluxe pack and was told I would be my card would be billed at the 59.99 price. I did not see the confirmation until later and when I finally looked at it, I was billed at 69.99 plus a 5.49 handling fee as well as a $17.98 shipping and service fee all in US dollars which again was never identified.
This company is one of those back office slimy organizations that give all of the reputable web based companies a bad name but is good reason why whenever possible you should call a local company and use their services. It may be slightly more expensive but in the end a much better value.

I placed an order with just flowers. They, wanted to change the date of delivery and didn't notify me until the end of the day. I asked for a refund and they refused. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was put on hold for about 30 minutes and no one answered the call. I would never use this company. It is better to use your local florist instead of these shady companies.

I would give them NEGATIVE stars if I could. I specifically Googled for services who could deliver in the area I needed. I ordered on 3/17 for delivery to the visitation on 3/21. FOUR DAYS. They sent me a receipt which implied they'd spoken with the funeral home and COULD deliver on 3/20, or 3/21. Got an email on 3/21 that delivery was RESCHEDULED and to be sent TO THE FUNERAL SERVICE on 3/22.
I called to find out why - they indicate the local florist shops could not accommodate the order... SO YOU DIDN'T THINK YOU SHOULD CALL BEFORE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED?
They can't even accommodate for the service now, so my mother's family has NO IDEA I requested AND PAID FOR a beautiful arrangement.
NEVER, NEVER, NEVER order from these people, they are con artists, scheisters and liars.
They sure took my money on the 17th and want to take four days to refund it.

We placed our order that friday, did no recieved a confirmation email. Attempted to the 1st time and was on hold for almost and hour! Called back was on hold for almost 10 minutes and was disconnnected. Tryed again that friday and was diconnected again at the 10 minute mark! Called that saturday was on hold for 10 minutes someone finally answered took my info put me on hold an hour and never came back to the phone! Called on sunday was on hold for about 5 minutes, someone came to phone and took my info, and i stated to her the problems i was having with finding info about my order! You all need to teach your customer service reps that if we are going to be on hold for a while, to telll your customers about delays instead of leaving us on hold to assume things! I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday/ They were supposed to be delivered in four hours. They were not delivered for 3 DAYS. I contacted Just Flowers by e-mail and by phones several times each day until the flowers were finally delivered. I asked for a refund and was told all I would get was a note of apology. I ordered flowers for a funeral and requested them delivered the day before the funeral. They were not there on the day of the funeral and I had to call many times trying to get a refund. Stilll have not received the refund! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They refuse to give a refund even though the flowers were not delivered. They said their policy if delivered or not is a $10 credit.
The Funeral Director guaranteed me that the flowers did not get delivered and told Just Flowers the same when they called. My family was there and there were no flowers from us at the funeral.

I ordered fairly late in the day. The company could not delivery on time. Not only did they send me an email telling me that, they called me and talked to me about it and offered a refund or reschedule. I chose to reschedule and the delivery was made the next day. I have used this company twice now and they have delivered each time. I would recommend them to anyone.
I placed an order for birthday flowers for my daughter on 3/16 and specified they needed to be there before 3pm on 3/20. I called Just Flowers 4 times between 12:30 pm and 2:45 pm and was repeatedly told they would still be there. At 2:55, I was told the flowers would not get there today. They suck.

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Monday March 8 to a friend in a care facility. They were not delivered and when I inquired on March 12, I was told they would be delivered on March 13. They were not. Nor were they delivered on the 14 as promised. Speaking on the phone to inquire and air complaints was difficult with a very poor connection. NOT a company I would EVER do business with again.
So after repeated bad service, their only response is that I will get a refund? Also totally unacceptable. Ordering flowers is most often an emotional investment: someone has died, is ill, or celebrating a special occasion. Giving a refund "solves" their problem but does nothing for the sender... or the recipient. They did not just have 3 strikes out, they never informed me that the first delivery never made it. Bad performance, worse communication.

I've ordered from Just Flowers for many years now without a problem, but the last two orders I've placed with them within the past couple of months have been a huge hassle. They claim the order will be delivered, but on the day it's scheduled, they bump the order out one more day repeatedly until you tire of their lies & phone them. They will then tell you due to Covid there is limited shops available to work with. Rather than being honest that they've not secured a shop, they string you along promising each day the order will be delivered the next day. When you finally become fed up with their lies, & phone their customer service, your order is then miraculously delivered the next day & they claim that's guaranteed. The first time this happened, I thought it was just an isolated incident but it's now happened twice.

They guaranteed Valentine's Day delivery. The flowers never arrived. Completed the online refund request and made numerous calls to their customer service which resulted in being disconnected every time I was put on hold. When I finally completed a call with a representative, I was told I would receive a refund. I did everything they instructed. Today, I was told I would receive a confirmation email for my full refund.

I never write reviews but this company is the worst I have ever dealt with. We had a death in the family and I ordered sympathy flowers. The bunch that arrived wasn't anything like the one I ordered and half the size using cheap flowers. The colours they chose were disrespectful for a sympathy bunch and the ugliest flowers I've ever seen in my life. I spoke to TERESA on the phone and she basically ended up shouting at me and was extremely sarcastic. Mocking my English accent when saying sorry and laughing at me in the process. This company is the most unprofessional I've ever dealt with. I ordered what should have been an arrangement of ASSORTED ORANGE flowers for $163. What was delivered to my dear friend were yellow and red roses that were thrown into a vase by presumably a 3 year old. Different colors, different fillers, no ribbon, etc. To make matters worse, JustFlowers' customer service offered to credit me $10. This when they didn't even have an explanation as to why my Invoice/Order reads "Sunset Rose", which is a $64.99 corsage. Spent two days asking to speak to a supervisor/manager and kept being thrown around, and promised I'd get a call back. Never happened... until I posted negative reviews on social media. Theresa, Customer Service Manager/Supervisor called, only to insult me further. She'd in the wrong line of work... rude, condescending, and arrogant. They are THIEVES! It's no wonder they have all the disclosures to cover their asses... They can substitute everything and anything... and bring you scraps. Thieves! Better off at Fresh Market... huge variety of gorgeous roses $16.99 / dozen.

A minor substitution was made in order to ensure timely delivery. Due to this inconvenience to you, our care team offered you a partial refund in the amount of $15.00 but you adamantly refused this offer.
I did not want to give even a 1 STAR rating but this review would not go through without a rating. I ordered flowers 5 days ago and to my knowledge they still have not been delivered. I have spoken to a customer service rep and she could not cancel the order but said I would get a call back when they were delivered. They apparently are a 3rd party as they do not do the arrangements.
She also could not tell me the name of the florist they went through to get the flowers. Apparently the first florist they tried was "Too far away for the hospital". Shouldn't they be bright enough to find a close florist if this is their main business? Oh I should have looked at the reviews before using them. I will join the lady who's brother is an attorney and I will also call the BBB.

My father is in the hospital with covid and requested I send my mother flowers for their anniversary under his name. I paid for same-day delivery on January 2. It is now January 5 and I just received my fourth "we regret to inform you" email, yet no refund. Customer service has plenty of excuses, but has now taken to hanging up on me. Justflowers.com has a 1.7/5 customer review with the BBB (wish I had checked that before ordering, or at least used paypal so I could get a refund). Save your time, energy, and money and order directly with your local florist!

I placed my order 3 business days prior to the delivery date. The delivery was still 1 day late. The florist didn't have all of the flowers needed for the arrangement. The arrangement sent looked nothing like the item I ordered. The missing flowers were replaced by dull ferns, which aren't in the original arrangement at all. I wish someone had contacted me with the option of cancelling the order. What was sent was horrible. Justflowers has offered me a $10 refund for a $65 order. No thanks. I'll take the lesson and never order from Justflowers again.
