Our experience with Justflowers
Ordered on the 17th to be delivered on the 20th
On the 20th they said delayed & would be delivered the 21
On the 22nd they said they would be delivered that day
Called the 23rd & they said it was being delivered that day
The evening of the 23rd they said they needed an extra $25 to deliver them
Told them to cancel the order at 6:00 PM said a manager would call back
Called back at 6:20 after waiting on hold got a manager who said he couldn't hear me
Called back at 6:25 said the manager would call back again (gave them 2 phone #s)
7:00 they returned call tried to talk us into splitting the extra with them then after telling them
That we were going to have the CC company reverse the charges they agreed to cancel the order
And refund us.
We got the refund in a few days but by the time we sorted it out it was too late to send flowers.
I was very pleased with the flowers I ordered. Beautiful vase of flowers. My sister loved them. They were for her Birthday.

The arrangement was for a Memorial Service in Oregon and it seems you were one of the very few willing to deliver to the home in the very small town. The arrangement was lovely and was placed by the widow in the church on the main table with the deceased's picture. It was LOVELY and we were quite pleased.
It was very easy. The sunflowers never opened. My sister returned them to the florist
Flowers arrived late and they weren't what I expected. The flower only lasted a couple days and did not come with the package of flower food as usually used to make the flowers las longer

Seems good, but I rarely use such services cross-border.
SINCE I did not receive the product I cannot properly answer the How Satisfied question...the person who received them wrote that she was happy with the "product".
They wouldn't cancel an order I'd made shortly before. They said the florist they use couldn't cancel it because it was going out the next day. This was mid-afternoon of the day before - plenty of time to notify the florist, who may not yet have even gotten the order. Please!

Company advertises that it delivers in certain areas. After delivery date was not as promised, l was contacted and asked to pay additional money to deliver. This was over a week past the initial date requested. Finally, the order was delivered at another flower shop where a family member of the recipient had to pick up their order. This was the most stressful and disappointing time l have ever experienced concerning an on-line floral order.
Have used before always a good service
I place an order for Thanksgiving flowers to be delivered before the holiday. The day of delivery, I receive an email stating they would not be delivered on Tuesday, but would be delivered on Wednesday. Good, they would still arrive before Thanksgiving. At the last minute I receive an email asking me to contact them about my order. When I call, I am told they would not be delivered Wednesday (Thanksgiving is Thursday). I was trying to brighten the day of a special lady who is not able to get out. Just Flowers thinks they can give you a discount to make up for not being able to deliver your items in time for a holiday. Will never use Just Flowers again.

It's very easy, hoping for a good product.
I was literally told that not only do they not have the style of flowers I ordered, but that the only thing I can have is " pink gerbers, carnations, and other fall colored flowers in a clear vase." So I literally have NO IDEA what I am paying for AND I can't even choose a different arrangement from the site. Oh and they are going to refund me $15. I have no choice but to send flowers I'm not interested in due to the time constraint. I asked if I could find out exactly what flowers are available and they couldn't tell me and wouldn't contact the florist to get the specifics. That is insane. I just wanted to send my sister flowers that she would like after her surgery and now they won't even be her style. So so so upset.
Update: I received a muffled voicemail from a man named Richie and I literally could not hear a word he said. Like It sounded like there was a fan directly next to the phone? Impossible to even hear the call back number! I am so baffled by this entire unprofessional situation. Flowers are an emotional gift and this has been handled so carelessly.

Easy to order delivered late. Flowers were poor quality. Lasted only two days.
Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
