I put the wrong number on the address but correct street I am older and a detail that you wouldn't think was absolutely necessary if you explicitly say HOSPITAL AND correct phone number say it's a patient that you want to GET WELL, only to have them deliver to the address I lived at when I was 5. I assumed delivery would be able to find a hospital, in a small city with only 2 hospitals. My complaint is they don't do their homework and are careless with other people's money, also I had to remind them of the $10 discount that the annoyingly emailed me every other day and unsubscribing from them is an issue they send too many emails and I attempted unsubscribing a few times including a phone call. Otherwise, delivery time is good, I used them once before. Customer service did not try to clear it up, and my sick mother didn't have the heart to make the person who called to tell her, bring to her her flowers and chocolates They were on the ladies her front porch for 2 days. I do not accept that they couldn't of did better, now I have to start over.
Ordered a casket cover & a standing spray flowers for our mother's viewing and graveside service. I ordered these 6 days in advance and requested them be delivered the day before the viewing. We received no flowers and on the morning of was told the order was being processed. I received no phone call or text from Just flowers telling me they couldn't fulfill the order, so we could order from a different florist. They say on their site, funerals are a top priority for them. This is totally false advertisement. I will never use this company again. Also, a family friend tried sending flowers and was told they were sorry they missed the service with delivery and wanted an address of a family member so they could deliver those to their home.

I am so disappointed in the service I have received from this company. On Thursday January 20 I ordered a pink hydrangea PLANT. $59.99. What arrived was a small single stem hydrangea. Definitely not worth the money I had paid. Today, Saturday January 22, less than 36 hours after received, the "plant" is withered. Thinking the plant needed water we noticed there was no soil. The stem is in STYROFOAM! We took it out and it is definitely a cut stem. NOT a plant! With taxes and fees I paid over $80. How do you do business like this?
I called the florist directly and they take no responsibility for what they sent because they are a florist and do not carry plants. WHY WOULD JUST FLOWERS SEND THEM MY ORDER FOR A PLANT?

Save your money. I ordered a floral basket that was suppose to consist of 8 lavender Rose's, baby Rose's with ivy greens on the handle and trim of the basket. I actually paid for an upgrade to the "Full of Life" basket. The special instructions to my order was "Must have at least 8 stems of Lavender regular Roses". Guess what was delivered, a basket consisting of 3 Rose's. I understand that the florist may not have had Lavender Rose's, but what florist shop doesn't have 8 Rose's in stock! Did I mention that my order was delivered 4 days late! This order consisted of regular size Rose's, baby Rose's and ivy greens. What was covered was 3 whit Rose's, pink carnations, Daisy's, eucalyptus and other greens that look like weeds. I paid.$136.72 for this arrangement. In my world that's not chump change with the way the economy is these days.
Please save yourself the money and the embarassenent that comes with sending an arrangement to a loved one that looks like a 3 year old picked the flowers out of a swamp infested field. I have never been so dissapointed in a flower service in my life. This company could care less, they have your money and that's all that matters.

Terrible company. Did not have flowers for my first 3 choices, over charged by 30 dollars, and refused to refund. Also delivered a total of five flowers for an $80 bouquet. Blamed the local florist. I called 14 times over 5 days before I reached anyone. Never again.

Flowers for my sister's funeral never arrived. Ordered on Friday for delivery Monday evening. Started to receive messages before the scheduled delivery time saying the flowers would be late. Received messages during the funeral wanting an alternative delivery address, after the funeral. They still wanted to deliver after the funeral. What does flowers after the event mean? How sad not to have flowers for your own sister's funeral. They did refund my money, after a few phone calls.

My wife and I ordered an arrangement that is Incomplete
Where are the Flowers? Where is the Basket? Received. This is not even close to what we ordered. When will correct order be delivered? Or I want a complete refund. This is Utterly false advertisement. If a substation was needed due to lack of product, we should have been given that option. We have used your service many times before. I very dissatisfied with this arrangement. Photo 1 was the order. Photo 2 is what was received. Not even close.

STAY FAR AWAY. Ordered flowers for mothers day, they never arrived, the company never responded to any emails or phone calls and on top of that I get spammed weekly with their terrible email marketing campaigns. I have clicked on the unsubscribe button and selected unsubscribe from ALL communications AT LEAST 10 TIMES and I still receive emails weekly. Really shady company STAY AWAY, I would never do business with this company ever again.

This company has been spamming me for more than a year. I've asked them multiple times to take me off their mailing list, and even filed complaints and reports in several places. If you do get flowers from them, use don't use your main email because you will never stop getting spam from them.

Well, it was my first time and definitely my last time too.
I ordered flowers from outside the USA, the customer service was quite bad. Never answer to my email etc.and I didn't even get any notice when the "flowers" was delivered.
But the worst thing is the order itself. I bought some roses, got some good expectation but the person receive some piece of leaves!
Check the picture of what I thought I bought and what the person received... I just can laugh at it. It's so ridiculous and embarassing! It looks like the deliver guy picked some roses from the neighbors yard... I can't believe I paid +80$ for that!

I ordered flowers for a birthday and I wanted them delivered in the morning on the day. So I paid for express delivery, which means the order would be delivered by 1pm, which was good enough.
The order did not arrive until 4:30pm.
Customer service promised to refund the express delivery $4.99 fee, but that was all. They did not refund the $6.49 "handling fee", nor the "shipping or service fee" $10.99 fee.
So in total they charge you ~$22.50 in fees in addition to quite expensive flowers and they can not deliver flowers by the promised time.
I will not order from them again.

I ordered fire and ice roses from here. This is a rare roses and I was very happy to find them. They even called me to tell me the order was ready and shipping on time. When the roses arrived they where basic pink roses. I called them to notify them and the responses was they made a substitute and they are valued at the same costs and I was to deal with it. I looked up the pink roses on there own website and they are half the costs. I asked for a refunded and they said they do not do refunds. So if you have no interest on what you are getting and want someone to lie to you feel free and use them.

I ordered a funeral arrangement from this company and the arrangement was delivered to the funeral home by the floral shop. They put it in the wrong room even though the card had the person's name on it and I never seen the floral arrangement I called the company they claimed it was sent. I explained that it was not there and evidently it was put in the wrong viewing room and took to the wrong funeral because of that I expect a complete refund. I paid $179 for this arrangement and I felt like I should have my money back if it was not delivered to the right person. I've talked to their service representative supervisor Emily and I have just gotten the runaround. I got a call that was left on my voicemail that because it was delivered to the funeral home it was not their fault it was not put in the right viewing room and they do not want to do anything to help me or reimburse me. At this time I am getting with my bank to get a reimbursement. Do not order from them they do not guarantee anything if I could give this review a zero I would.

Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday. Paid for express delivery so she would get them by 1pm the next day. I was out of town but my wife and daughter were both home. When I called home at 4pm the flowers had not been delivered. I had to call justflowers to find out the reason. They did not have a good reason and only offered to refund the express shipping. I will not use them again.

I tried to get flowers delivered by another service and they canceled so I had to go with Just Flowers. When I called to confirm delivery prior to funeral, they said I had called them and canceled my order which is not true. I don't know what country they farm their customer service out to, but it's not helping their service. Now I have two upset families over no flowers at a funeral!

I ordered flowers for a family funeral and placed the order 6 days before the funeral. The flowers were not delivered! I received no notification and was extremely dissatisfied with the service provided. When I asked for a refund, Just Flowers tried to get me to send flowers to the family home instead of the funeral home. I had no faith that those would be received either. They did refund my money but the funeral had no sympathy recognition from my family.

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange.
