Lack of delivery

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day in plenty of time, and was assured a Saturday delivery, before Mother's Day, was going to be fine. I got and email telling me that they would not be delivered, then a text message apologizing and saying they'd be delivered on Sunday. They were NOT delivered, and I got an email saying they'd be delivered Monday. I paid a lot of money for the order, and they did not produce results. I am now reading about other complaints in reviews. I've demanded a partial refund since the service was woefully inadequate, and I'm not even sure they will arrive. I would not use this service in the future, and my message is buyer beware of their practices.
Update:. The response from the company was basically "Too bad". If you have a viable company that makes a promise, then keep the promise. These should have been delivered Saturday as promised. If your delivery date is just a guess or a wish, then you've failed. Customer service is the life blood of longevity and success.

This company just notified me via email that my Mother's Day order, which I did yesterday, was delayed until TOMORROW... I received this email at 4pm ON Mother's Day. What a horrible way of doing business.

Terrible Service

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my daughter by Friday 5Pm at work location. They tried to deliver after 5 even after being told no one would be there. I called and gave them her home address. I was informed by they would be there by Friday PM or Sat. I called at 3 PM today and was informed that with Mother's Day delivery time had been increased to 8-9 PM. They I receive e mail saying that they would be delivered next business day. Do not depend on this company. I will use local business next time. I have told them if not delivered today, I want total refund today.

I would give 0 stars if possible
I ordered flowers on May 3 to be delivered on May 5 before Mother's Day-the 8th of May. Received email-no flowers on May 5. Received email-no flowers on May 6. JILL guaranteed that the flowers would be delivered May 7. No flowers, and another email that no flowers would be delivered on May 7. DO NOT USE

Safeway flowers?

I bought my Daughter in Hawaii flowers. The day of her Birthday I got an email saying they were out of the type of flowers I ordered. That was fine. I told them they could substitute the kind of flowers as long as the price was comparable. What she got looked like they ran into Safeway and bought a $20 bouquet. I paid almost $100. Just flowers wanted to give me $10. Really. What do you think? If customer service was so important why wouldn't they give me a full refund.

As you can see, we made every effort to maintain the look and the feel of the original arrangement. Plus, we did in fact contact you and inform you that the only available option this past Friday was designer's choice. You approved this option. I will never order from this place again. I receive an email 2 hours after funeral service of a friend that the arrangements (2) were not delivered. I called them and no one really has an answer why the flowers were not delivered. After holding 10 minutes waiting for supervisor she tells me they ran out of flowers. I asked if they could deliver to 2nd service and she just said she would cancel order. To stay I am beyond upset is an understatement. You don't get do overs for funeral services. Order numbers: #******* & #******* If there was no stars that's the one we would pick.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience but the orders you placed were for Sunday delivery in a town where none of the florists are open that day. Our website specifically states that Sunday is not a guaranteed delivery date. Our supervisor offered to reroute the arrangements to the family of the deceased but you insisted that we cancel your orders and that we did.

Very different from what I ordered

I understood that the order placed might look slightly different from the picture on the product page. However, the flower recipient sent me a photo and the flower arranged was very different from what I ordered... it is disappointing!

Warning, avoid this scam florist. They do not send the correct item on time, and offer to substitute with what item is available at some unknown florist. My original Orchid was not sent the day of the event as intended. The next day a substitute was offered. I was so upset to not have my gift arrive on time, and requested my order be canceled. I was offered a discount. However, the plant sent was an embarrassment, I never would have purchased them. When I saw picture of two mis-matched orchids, I was horrified! I could have purchased them at a grocery store for a quarter of what I was charged. The orchids had subpar presentation, just stuck in a box of straw, without enough stem support. I sent my picture to the manager who refused to refund my purchase. Alert, RUN…never use Just Flowers, you'll be sorry you bothered. There are many good florist that would be happy to complete your order honestly and satisfactorily!

We delivered two orchids in a container and that is what you ordered. The only slight difference was that it was pink and white versus all-white. Due to the ongoing Pandemic, our worldwide floral network is currently running at limited capacity and some delivery areas are very limited. Also, you did in fact approve this minor substitution with a $20.00 refund which is exactly what we did.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Do not do business with this company! I ordered an arrangement for a funeral 4 days in advance and the customer service rep insisted on placing the order for me so I would be put in as "top priority" even though I wanted to place the order on line myself. I was charged $4.99 extra on top of normal handling and delivery charges for "expedited delivery." I checked on their website and this charge is for urgent, last-minute orders that need to be delivered within 4 hours. They never refunded me for this charge even though they said they would. On the day of the funeral I get a call from Jill, a manager, at 10:30 am telling me the flowers were delivered but asking for another $15 to meet the minimum. The funeral was at 2 pm and at 5 pm I get another call that they were unable to deliver on time to the funeral home and asking to reroute the order to the home of the family. I asked them to cancel the order and give a me refund. They said they could only refund me $15 and hold the balance for a future order! Is this a joke? How is this an acceptable way to do business? I said NO! Like why in the world would I ever order from them again? They finally agreed to cancel the order and I'm waiting for my full refund within the next 4 business days. Will be back here if I don't receive it.

Update: The reply below is the same email I received after the funeral was over alongside the phone call I mentioned in my review when they were unable to deliver the flowers on time. No explanation or apology for lying and telling me earlier in the day that they found the chapel and the flowers had been delivered. Also, no acknowledgement that in our final call when I rejected the option of rerouting to family address, Jill initially refused to refund me in full. On top of it all, Jill tried to act dumb and pretend that she was not the manager who had told me earlier that day that the flowers were delivered. When I asked her how many Jills were managers at the company she suddenly remembered our conversation. Just overall lack of honesty across the board. Can do better than replying with a standard form letter I've already seen before with a rerouting offer I've already declined!

DO NOT ever order from this company... I ordered what I thought I was getting on the right and what came was on the left... I also upgraded to premium and paid for early delivery- the flowers are NOTHING alike. Not to mention they were delivered at 6:45 pm... I was embarrassed - I called several times and was told I could have a $10 credit... This was a $138 order and this is unacceptable.

We ordered 2 different arraignments on Valentine's Day. Gave the person the reference #. I paid.$300.00 for the two. The arraignments was not at all what was ordered. Did not have life in them at all. Very disappointed. Will not order from them again.

Horrible Service

I ordered flowers early on Valentine's Day to be delivered to my gf at work, they were not delivered and after several attempts to reach out to customer service I could not get in touch with anyone. The next day after several attempts I finally got in touch with someone and they said oh we are sorry you didn't get them on time. Keep in mind I paid $141 to have them delivered. After they were finally delivered the next day at 1pm they were already wilted, they offered me a $10 discount. Never again will I use them to order flowers!

Bad servuce

Had to call three times to confirm delivery. All three times spoke with a person who promised to call back and never did.
Paid for a top price flowers arrangement and a local florist creates something different and not good looking, not even close to the website picture.

Broken Promises
February 16, 2022

Order from Justflowers.com for Valentine's day. They had a section for arrangements that they could deliver on Valentine's. Received an email at 4:00 PM telling me they would be unable to deliver and they arrangement would arrive the next day. Disappointed. Then received another email on Feb. 15th telling me the flowers would not be able to deliver till next day. Unbelievable. Spent $150+ and the flowers never showed up. Canceled the order and requested a refund. Checked my email this morning Feb 16th and received a third email saying the flowers would not be delivered until next available day. Laughable at this point. So basically spent $150+ to receive three emails telling me that they can't deliver. The should change their name to JustEmails.com. Stay away from this company.

TOTAL RIP OFF

I AM 68 YEARS OLD AND I ORDERED A FLOWER ARRANGEMENT FOR MY WIFE FOR VALENTINES DAY. I PLACED MY ORDER 2 DAYS BEFORE VALENTINES DAY BECAUSE I WANTED THEM TO BE DELIVERED TO MY WIFE'S WORK ADDRESS ON TIME BEFORE THEY CLOSED WHICH IS 5PM. THE ARRANGEMENT THAT I ORDERED WAS CALLED (ON THE DANCE FLOOR WHICH IS PICTURED ON THE TOP PHOTO) WITH A MYLAR BALOON AND A LARGE BOX OF CHOCOLATES. THEY DID NOT SHOW UP! BOTH MY WIFE AND I CALLED APROXIMATELY 5 TIMES. THEY FINALLY DELIVERED THE FLOWERS TO OUR HOME AT 7:30 PM AND THE ARRANGEMENT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED (THE FLOWERS WE RECEIVED IS PICTURED ON THE BOTTOM PHOTO THE ONE WITH THE FLOWER HANGING ON THE TABLE)AND THERE WAS A LITTLE BALOON AND A SMALL BOX OF CHOCOLATES. I WILL NEVER ORDER FLOWERS FROM JUST FLOWERS AGAIN. NOW I AM TRYING TO GET SOME KIND OF REFUND. DON'T ORDER FLOWERS FROM JUST FLOWERS BECAUSE YOU WILL PROBABLY GET RIPPED OFF LIKE I DID. THE $198.95 DOLLARS I SPENT WAS NOT WORTH $100.OO

Never sent the flowers

Bought two $125 bouquets
They never sent the flowers even though it's advertised as same-day delivery. Sent to two different people in different states, so I can't even blame the local carriers. The customer service rep sounded like they weren't in the US.

They took my order early morning around 8 am on valentines. On the confirmation emailed they didn't show nothing when its gonna be delivered or anything. So i tried to call them around 3 because my wife's office closes at 5. Nobody responded and around 4, they texted me that they can't deliver the flowers today and will have to do it tomorrow.
