Ordered for mothers day- promised same day delivery. Product never delivered. Email confirmation never sent to me, therefore, I have no order number which is coincidentally the only way to get through to customer service. Credit card charged $111.47. Very upsetting. My mom has cancer and lives out of town and received nothing from me. Shame on this company!
I placed an order on a Thursday for Saturday delivery got 2 emails saying that they weren't able to deliver until Monday at that point I emailed them and said am I expected to pay full price for this I'm not sure what's going on and the only response that I got back is that my order had been canceled I have emailed numerous times looking for answers to my questions never got a response this is unacceptable. For anyone that ordered flower for Mother's Day, I hope you were serviced better than me. I was told that the flowers were going to be delivered on Saturday (no luck), moved to Sunday on Mother's Day (failed again) requiring apology for the first time ever to my Mom for letting her down, moved to Monday (failed yet again) and eventually received a text from my disappointed and elderly Mom saying nothing was delivered today. NO RESPONSES despite sending multiple requests (email and voice mails), feel like a piece of dirt. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered for my sister's first Mother's Day and scheduled delivery for Sunday. I received a text on Saturday alerting me to a late delivery, but still Sunday. But no flowers arrived Sunday... and I didn't receive any further updates (text or email). By Monday afternoon (now very late) I still had no updates and my brother-in-law confirmed no flowers have arrived. So... using JustFlowers.com outdated website, I checked my order status.
Anticipated delivery is now TUESDAY... three full days after the original delivery date and far too late for Mother's Day. I'm so upset. Will never use this service again and wanted to share my experience as a warning. Though I've tried calling multiple times, I've not yet connected with a live person. Ridiculous. I have tried 3x's in the past year to have flowers delivered to my friends in Hereford, PA.
I have not succeeded. The customer service line kept me on hold and then disconnected me. I am completely disappointed in this service and cannot recommend it at all.

Order number *******. I purchased a flower arrangement from justflowes.com that was supposed to be delivered on Mother's Day but was never delivered. I called Just Flowers up until 10 PM to do a follow-up and was told that they needed to contact the local flower company to see why my order was not delivered and what happened, and when I told the rep that I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund, she hung up on me. At 10:30, I get an email saying, "We see in our system that your order was delivered." (This was only after I asked for my refund and for the order to be cancelled) but she needed to confirm with the local flower company, which was closed today and will be tomorrow. At 10AM this morning, I emailed them back and they sent THE SAME email back that my order was delivered but they hadn't heard from the flower company. I replied back letting them know that this order was NOT delivered and I wanted it cancelled and a refund. The repeated request for a refund is going unanswered. This order was NOT delivered, and there's no way they were seeing it at 10:30 PM as delivered, but it wasn't showing delivered just 30 mins prior. The house this was supposed to be delivered to has security cameras that were checked to date back a full 48 hours. This delivery was not made. It's already 5 PM here and no one has attempted to contact me, and when I call them, no one answers. This is the worst experience I have had to deal with and I will NEVER do business with justflowers.com again.

Don't waste your mponey here. Spent 90 dollars on flowers for mothers day and they are now saying it wont arrive until two days later. Here we are and still nothing. Can't even get someone on the phone to cancel my "order". It keeps hanging up on me. What a disappointment.
I ordered Mother's Day flowers on Tuesday for delivery on Friday. On Friday I received email that they couldn't be delivered on Friday that they would be delivered on Saturday. On Saturday I received email that they couldn't be delivered on Saturday that they would be delivered on Sunday. Sunday I received an email that they couldn't be delivered on Sunday. I just cancelled the order.
Ordered flowers four days before Mothers Day. Order was "Guaranteed" for Saturday delivery. They never arrived. Txt assured me they would arrive Sunday. Failed again. Unprofessional. The guarantee failures breeds distrust.

Then on Mothers Day May 8 I get another text message that they could not be delivered till Monday May 9 the day after Mothers Day then I open my email this morning and they tell me they will be delivered the next available day. This company is infamous for taking your money and completely failing to deliver on the day in question. Mother's Day, Valentines Day—they take your money and then late in the day send you a text that your flowers will not be delivered in time but will instead be delivered days afterward. And their customer service is nonexistent—it's impossible to cancel your order so you have to dispute the charges with your credit card company. Avoid these scammers at all costs.

I paid over double other competitors for Mother's Day delivery, but was told, on the dat, that the flowers would come the next day. Disappointed, no real perito talk to, and job not done. At least they said I would be refunded. We'll see.

Ordered Mothers Day Flowers, Flowers were delivered and I immediately called customer service to tell them that the orders were not what I ordered and the roses were all wilted and just plain ugly! The first cost service person mysteriously got disconnected, The second one said they would return my call the following day and guess what? NO FREAKIN CALL! I could of clipped roses from my neighbors bushes and made a better arrangement. This place is a joke! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and visa versa.

I ordered flowers for my Mom this morning 8.30am EST. Their website had a guarantee they would be delivered today, if I ordered within the next 2 hours of the morning.
I got an email from them, 4pm in the aft. Saying they couldn't deliver them and would deliver the next day. It is Mother's Day today, and reaching out to me at 4pm is way too late for me to make a plan B.
It is not ok to offer something you can't deliver.

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
