I live in MA, ordered flowers for my mother-in-law in Florida for Mother's Day. The flowers were never delivered. Just Flowers said the flowers were delivered. I told them my 87 year old Mother -n-law did not receive them. I emailed and called for 5 days. No other replies. When I called I was on the phone 45 minutes, they were checking on it and never came back to the phone. I have emailed 8 times and called 4 times and nothing. This is totally unacceptable, the flowers were $92.97. This is terrible and I would not recommend this company. I used this company in the last 2 years, but never again. THE worst experience- over 48 hours late with a poor quality of arrangement. Took almost a week for them to offer a $10 refund. Many phone calls and emails later, representative misstated "guarantee"- I found I have to give them at least a "one" star for rating to register, which is one too many- if this looks like $90 worth of flowers delivered 48 hours late, maybe I'm wrong here?!

I ordered a funeral arrangement for a dear friend whose husband had passed, after a prolonged fight with cancer. As much as I would have liked, I could not attend the funeral. So I sent flowers, to honor her husband and to let my friend know I was with her in spirit., as she laid him to rest.
Not only did JustFlowers, not send the flowers, they did not let me know until two days after the fact. I missed their call and they left a voicemail, offering to send the flowers somewhere else. How insensitive was that? When I tried to call them, I was put in voicemail. They texted back, apologizing for not sending the flowers for Mother's Day. Their records are obviously all messed up! I have never been so let down by a seller in my life. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST--YOU DO NOT WANT THIS TO HAPPEN TO YOU!

I ordered a specific flower bouquet for my mother to be delivered the same day before Mother's Day. Every day for 4 consecutive days I received a message saying that they were unable to deliver them and they would try for the next day. It wasn't because she wasn't home. They had no reason or excuse, and customer service was no help at all. The day of delivery I received a message that they had to "make alterations" to the bouquet to "have it delivered on time."
Hands down the most disappointing and worst floral purchase I've dealt with. I went with them because of the "same day delivery guarantee" and will not use them anymore. I don't support companies who eagerly take people's money while they can't deliver and won't provide any reasoning.

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day. Order arrived a day late, on Monday afternoon instead of Sunday. They emailed me on Saturday night to inform me that they wouldn't be delivered on time, and again on Sunday with the same message. I did appreciate them letting me know and understood that it was a busy flower delivery day. The bouquet was supposed to be an arrangement called Spring Dazzler that consisted of Roses and Gerber Daisy's in pale pinks and whites. Instead an arrangement of mostly multicoloured carnations and one Gerber Daisy arrived. I sent a message letting them know that the flowers look nothing like the bouquet I ordered, and that I understand that sometimes substitutions need to be made but they are supposed to be of equal value. Very disappointed with only one Gerber Daisy in the entire bouquet. I picked this bouquet because my Mom loves Daisy's.
The website states " Flowers are designed to be delivered as close to the arrangement pictured as possible." There was no attempt to keep a similar colour pallet or type of flower. When the costumer service representative called me back, they informed me that on Mother's Day the cost of flowers is higher and due to the volume of deliveries they cannot guarantee a delivery date.The flowers were $92.97 US. I placed an order for Flowers to be delivered for a Funeral service on Saturday. I received an email saying they did not make it to the church on time and they would deliver them the next business day to the family's house. I provided their address and was told by Monday they'd be delivered. Monday I heard crickets so I texted my friend and she said that they had not received anything. I emailed justflowers and they said that a delivery was made. The family was home at the time and checked their ring cameras, NO DELIVERY. I cannot get a hold of a person and the emails they are sending me is the same one that says they were delivered. This is so frustrating! My flowers never showed and we spent over $100.

Do not order from this company! I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day, Sunday delivery, and they still have not arrived by Tuesday. Mother's Day. I am and forgot to order earlier, so was super relieved when o went to order on Saturday and there were still delivery times for Sunday available! They weren't though. I sent my money and went through the transaction only to get a text on Sunday saying like"we're so sorry we couldn't deliver today but she will get them tomorrow!" I understood bc I know it's a busy holiday and she will still be excited Monday. Then Monday I got the same text. A little more mad but I'm still sick so just decided ok it's fine. But now it's Tuesday and I just got my THIRD text saying she'll get them tomorrow. What do you wanna bet she's never going to get them and they're just stealing money! This should be illegal and is so so wrong! They say if you have any questions to go to the website and check on your order but the only options are deliver tomorrow or cancel! I ordered flowers for my mom on the Thursday before Mothers Day. I checked with / other companies first, but went with JustFkowers because they assured me they could get the arrangement there by that Saturday. Then I got a text saying Sunday. Then one saying Monday. Then one saying Tuesday. I do not know if they have been delivered, even now. I would never have ordered if they had been honest in the first place and acknowledged that they could not deliver when requested.
