The flowers were beautiful there was some issues with the delivery but they arribed and looked beautiful.
The cost of the arrangement I ordered was $39.99, it looked nothing like the picture. Then over $40 in delivery and handling fees. All together over $82 for a tiny arrangement in a ugly vase, which was not was pictured. I contacted the company and they did nothing to try to rectify the situation. I was only asking for a refund of the second $13 they came back and tagged on after the order had been completed. Very unhappy customer. Please never get caught in this mistake
Ann Garner, you originally ordered a carnation arrangement which was actually upgraded. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over color. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and vice versa.
What a terrible, unprofessional business. I ordered 2 weeks ahead of desired delivery. It did not arrive and when I contacted them an arrangement was sent 2 days later. It didn't have the chocolates or bear I added to it. They apologised but it was not at all sincere and was clearly something they did frequently. No actual remorse. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Please do not order from this company if u care at all about the person u are trying to send flowers to! They will NEVER receive them & u will still be charged! What a disaster. As with any floral arrangement... time is of the essence & when the day of delivery came & went (& no flowers arrived) I was furious! Got the run around & had to call my credit card company to cancel payment because JustFlowers refused to issue my refund! Two weeks has passed & these idiots are STILL calling me saying they are trying to locate my flowers? Really? Like wth?

Buyer BEWARE! On 8/12/2022 I ordered an arrangement for a family members funeral. It was a white lily arrangement which is in season and a beautiful white vase with a silver cross on it. I ordered the deluxe version and paid a total of $130. It was to be delivered on 8/13/2022 for the family viewing. At 7pm on the day it was supposed to be delivered we got a call which came up as spam risk so we didn't answer. It was JustFlowers.com. They left a message and we called them back. They said that the florist needed to add yellow lilies in with white because they didn't have enough and the the vase would be just a clear vase. So. No beautiful white with the silver cross. Probably a $1 vase to replace a $20 vase. My husband said that would be fine but we wanted the difference discounted because that isn't what we ordered. They told us they would call us back first thing in the morning (the day of the funeral) We didn't receive a call. I called them at 11:15 am to make sure the flowers would be there for the funeral. I was told a manager would have to call me because she couldn't open my order without manager approval (eye roll). She would have them call me in 5-10 minutes. By this time we are headed to the funeral. An hour later still no call. I again called them and I was told his co-worker was working on that right now and he would have him call me, I said that was unacceptable as nobody has been calling me back as promised and I needed to speak to that *co-worker* now. I was transferred and the phone just rang. I held on for 5 minutes then finally hung up as we had arrived at the funeral home. Of course our flowers were not there. They knew the time of the funeral and had the nerve to call me in the middle of it. After we left I then called again and wanted the order canceled. They tried to convince me to just put the order on hold. As if, like are they going to be resurrected and die again? This business is a SCAM!

I chose 'Just Flowers' through 1 800 flowers because they promised to get flowers to my mother in the hospital. I paid a higher price than I wanted to get them to my mom the very next day. The flowers arrived two days late, three days after I ordered. I received a photo of the flowers from my sweet mother. They were not at all what i paid for! They were mostly 'fillers' of green and white, I saw two lilies. It was supposed to be a basket 'overflowing with vibrant colored lilies'! I filed a complaint and did not get an answer from the company. I've filed 4-6 complaints now and I'm still getting junk mail from them. I would not recommend Just Flowers!

What a horrible experience, they didn't deliver the flowers on Mother's Day but two days later (Tuesday)... and then, they delivered those flowers to ME. She lives in a small town so I paid extra for shipping. Their customer service was 'none-responsive'. They said they were 'busy'. Don't waste your money.

I placed an order for Mother's Day flowers on Saturday and paid the extra $99 for Sunday delivery. I accepted the cost as my fault for procrastinating, but figured that it was worth it to surprise my wife at work (we own a small restaurant, and were both going to be at work all day Sunday). On Sunday morning, I got an email, letting me know that due to volume, my flowers would be delivered the following day - when my wife was at home.
As I said, I accepted the charge for the next day delivery, but when the delivery date was moved to Monday, I thought I might get at least half of that extra charge credited back - nope.
The driver who delivered on Monday afternoon was very polite, and understood my frustration, but of course could do nothing to help. The bouquet was pretty, but looked a bit like the end of the load - it wilted fairly quickly.
I spoke with "customer service" several weeks later, because all I could do at the time was leave a voicemail, to no avail. I was told "sorry", but it was really busy and they couldn't fulfill the order on Sunday. I asked about the cost, and was offered a $5 credit on my next order - I don't think they'll be a next order.

My mom ordered flowers from here last week and was told they would be delivered on Saturday. Well here it is Tuesday and still NO flowers! After calling to try and figure out why they're not there 4 days later she was hung up on by a man! So called back and a lady answered and her response was, they're on the way now (4days later) no apology but offered to refund $4.99 delivery charge! Very nice but still no reason for the super long delay! I wouldn't recommend this company to ANYONE! Nor will my family be using again! The least they could of done was call on Tuesday with some explanation but no she had to call to get hung up on! It's obviously not about the money, we want my sick uncle to have a little smile and thought this was the way. But instead it's made so many others upset! Just flowers layers their advertisement over local florist. So although you attempt to order from your local florist they can intercept and receive your order if you do not catch the change in the address line, browser. I ordered flowers prior to 9 AM this morning and paid for express delivery, so within four hours. It is 330 and my calls for updates go to people working from their homes, one with lots of roosters crowing in the background. They are unable to give me any update from their system and only have the ability to put me on hold and call the local florist, a florist for which they will not disclose the name. This outfit is terrible, it's a joke, such a disappointment. I am dreading the quality of flowers my friend will receive for the $96 I paid.

I ordered an arrangement on 6/6/22 with a requested delivery of 6/9/22. I was notified on 6/10/22 4:23 pm, the delivery was rescheduled. I called the representative hung up on me. On 6/11/22 I was told the delivery would be made by 6/11/22 directly to the funeral. I asked for the name of the local florist and was offered a $15 discount and to have the delivery sent directly to the family. Don't waste your time with this company! Their policies are not followed. These are moments you can't get back!

I ordered mother's day flowers for my aunt that were supposed to be delivered on June 7. I received a text that they were delayed and would be delivered on June 8. I received another text on June 8, saying they'd be delivered on June 9. On June 9, I received yet another text saying that they'd be delivered on June 10, at which time I texted to cancel the order. The flowers never arrived and my credit card was charged.

Five days ago I placed an order for delivery for the next day for a family grieving the loss of a love one. Not only did they not delivery as promised but they kept saying each day that they would deliver the next day. I order flowers for a very sad moment in my life. I received the worst service ever. I ordered flowers and I was delivered something completely different. When I called customer service the representative was the most insensitive person I have encountered in a long time. Someone called me the next day to say they will refund me $10 0f the $191 I spent. Please note I ordered a standing wreath, I did not get the stand and the large arrangement was a small arrangement. After staying on hold for 96 minutes they hang up with not even a callback. I certainly do not recommend this flower shop to anyone. They are the HORRIBLE. They only want your money as soon as that part is cleared you are forgotten. And do not try calling customer service they will speak to you like garbage and make you out to be the bad guy. Their customer service representative was trained in MANIPULATION.

Also, the wreath delivered was in fact filled to value and it is practically identical in appearance to what you ordered. We've checked our phone records and none of your phone calls to us lasted any longer than ten minutes. In terms of the quality of calls, our quality care department is currently researching these issues. However, it is worth noting that our customer service supervisor called you yesterday and you hung up on her. We will try reaching out to you again today but please keep in mind that the wreath delivered was filled to value and it's nearly identical to what you ordered.
I ordered a premium arrangement 48 hours before delivery need. The day after the funeral I received the apology email stating they didn't deliver! The manager stated they "couldn't find a local florist to fulfill the order" but yet didn't contact me I'm time to find other options! I am livid!

On April 20,2022 I placed an order for my grandaughters play perfomance which was ordered for delivery on May 6,2022 as we could not attend. It did not arrive until May 8 which defeated the purpose of the order as the play was already over! Their website guarantees delivery by the delivery date. Despite numerous calls and emails, they refuse to honor this. Instead they offered only $20 on the $57.96 order. This is not in accordance with what they state and advertise. We are senior citizens on a fixed income and this was a lot of money for us. I trusted their verbal and written word. If I had the means, I would hire an attorney as this is false advertising at it core. I hope this will aide someone else from the money, time, frustration and disappointment.

I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
