DO NOT BUY! I repeat Do Not Buy from this company. March 2023, went on line for florists in the Fort Myers area and purchased Iris of my Eye which is a bouquet of Iris's only. What was delivered was NOT what was ordered. In fact, it was a completely different arrangement that did not have any Iris's at all. I contacted JustFlowers and was told they have a substitution policy. I said that someone should of contacted me to let me know that they did not have an arrangement of Iris's to offer. Instead they delivered an arrangement that looked like flowers were bought at the supermarket and stuck them in a vase. It was so ugly and I was embarrassed that a family member received such a horrible arrangement. The cost was $44.99 and Manager said that she would reimburse me $15. I told her that she needed to reimburse full amount due to not receiving what was ordered. She replied that if I wanted a full refund that the arrangement that was delivered would have to be picked up – that is no word of a lie. Please DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Susan Noel, we are very sorry to hear about this. Please understand that our local shop did in fact fill the arrangement as closely as possible with a comparable arrangement filled with purple blue/purple delphinium. We haven't been able to reach the shop to discuss why the arrangement was substituted but from what we can see in the photo you sent us, they did in fact maintain the look and the feel of what was ordered and it was indeed filled to value. Also, we offered you a full refund as long as the local shop could retrieve the product but you refused that and accepted a partial refund instead which has already been issued.
The e-mail response from your customer service is a blatant lie. There WERE NO FLOWERS ON THE CEMENT FLOOR of any kind delivered at 8:11 pm. You also responded to the credit company " that goods describe and receive in good condition ". Please provide the name and company contact information of the delivery driver who claim to be your witness under oath in small claims court.
Your economic privilege will not be tolerated.

You can see the flash has gone off to illuminate the arrangement but the area is darker as you move away. The top of the picture from the drivers phone shows the time and date stamp 14 de febrero 20:11 (language choice of driver's phone is Spanish) which is 8:11 pm on February 14th Valentine's Day. The wood planking and white ceramic planter at the top of the photo matches the customer's picture of their front porch. We have advised the customer of this but he stated when they checked their door after 8:11 pm on 2/14 there was no arrangement but they discovered it when they went to leave their home the next morning. The time stamp from the drivers phone supports delivery on the 14th and we do not know how the phone data could be altered or why the customer looked out and did not see the arrangement.
I ordered from JustFlowers: a plant in a ceramic bowl called "Delightful Dish Garden" and I upgraded to "premium" meaning more plants. JustFlowers had Panage Florist in San Juan Capistrano CA make the arrangement & deliver. The recipient sent me a photo upon receipt. Not only was I in shock; but I was humiliated and embarrassed that my friend thought I would send such a piece of crap. There was no ceramic dish, but the plant was in a cheap white Easter looking basket. The arrangement was not premium but smaller than the regular arrangement ordered (in photo). I had several conversations with JustFlowers who said they had conversations with Panage Florist. JustFlowers wanted me to get more photos of the delivered arrangement! Why? I sent them the photo & refused to get more from my friend. JustFlowers said there is nothing they could do because Panage Florist said they sent what they had! JustFlowers said in small print it says arrangement & container may differ from photo. No kidding! I will never use JustFlowers again nor will I ever use Panage Florist directly.
Jeanette Rey, right below the arrangement, on our website, from you where you ordered, it states: Container & arrangement may vary on availability. In addition, the plants were actually upgrade from just green plants to blooming, green plants. Nevertheless, we offered you a partial refund in the amount of $10.00 which you accepted and we processed that same day.
This gift should of had Poinsettias in the basket, but yet it didn't. Could of requested a substitute for another red flower instead of omitting. Finally contacted two months after this delivery. Photo available for proof.
My wife shop was closing at 2pm I ask the arrangement to be delivered by 1pm paid for an extra charge for express delivery she left was not there by 2:30 pm i guess the construction company that started the demolition after they closed got the order. Called customer service would not refund the order wanted to credit my account $4.99 on a $90 order confirmation #*******, beware this is a scam and will not work with you plus they continue to hang up on me when i ask for the manager! DO NOT USE!

I ordered Over The Blue Horizon arrangement for a friends funeral even paid for premium arrangement and I was embarrassed by what I saw was delivered. This arrangement showed white roses and white star gazer lilies, what arrived was astors and hydrangeas (my least favorite flower, always) also much cheaper flowers, but charged full price. This was so not worth the $114 with delivery that I paid. I should have read reviews first. They did arrive on time, the only good thing I can say.

Ordered a week ahead of time only to find out 2 days after the flowers were supposed to be delivered that they need to find a new vendor to get the job done. Called them several times and they had no answer for me NONE. They also called the person I was sending them to find out if she had received them which they should already KNOW. So there went the surprise. They want to offer me a 5-dollar discount LOL. I told them I want a full refund. So pissed.

Shaun Smith, your order back on 7/10/2021 was delivered without any issue whatsoever. Your most recent order was not delivered because our main supplier in the recipient's town has recently gone out of business. Much like many businesses across the country during these tough economic times. We offered to send your order out on an alternate date with a discount but you insisted that it be sent completely free of charge. Your order has since been cancelled and a full refund has been issued.
The flowers were beautiful there was some issues with the delivery but they arribed and looked beautiful.

The cost of the arrangement I ordered was $39.99, it looked nothing like the picture. Then over $40 in delivery and handling fees. All together over $82 for a tiny arrangement in a ugly vase, which was not was pictured. I contacted the company and they did nothing to try to rectify the situation. I was only asking for a refund of the second $13 they came back and tagged on after the order had been completed. Very unhappy customer. Please never get caught in this mistake
Ann Garner, you originally ordered a carnation arrangement which was actually upgraded. Because of the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers it is sometimes necessary to make substitutions of equal or greater value. We will make every effort to maintain the "look and feel" of the arrangement by considering the overall shape, size, style, and color combinations. In single-variety arrangements the variety will take precedence over color. White roses and cream roses may be substituted for each other as well as peach roses and pink roses. Purple and pink orchids may need to be substituted for white orchids and vice versa.
What a terrible, unprofessional business. I ordered 2 weeks ahead of desired delivery. It did not arrive and when I contacted them an arrangement was sent 2 days later. It didn't have the chocolates or bear I added to it. They apologised but it was not at all sincere and was clearly something they did frequently. No actual remorse. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Please do not order from this company if u care at all about the person u are trying to send flowers to! They will NEVER receive them & u will still be charged! What a disaster. Got the run around & had to call my credit card company to cancel payment because JustFlowers refused to issue my refund! Two weeks has passed & these idiots are STILL calling me saying they are trying to locate my flowers? Really? Like wth?

Answer: They are criminals and scammers, not a business, I will not stop until my money is refunded, regardless if it takes 20 years or more. I will be making multiple places for all of us to coordinate and discuss options to get our money back and keep others from being scammed by them.
Answer: THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I did not receive the flowers I ordered. I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.
