They failed to deliver flowers on Thursday, my sister's birthday. I called the next morning and they couldn't care less. They said they would deliver that day, Friday, with an apology note (whoopty doo) between 9am and 6pm— not even STAT. I got an email from them at 3pm stating again, they weren't delivered. No explanation why they failed to deliver 2 days in a row. When I called AGAIN, I asked for a refund. The woman I spoke to said, ‘No, we will deliver Monday and give you $10 to use for a future order." What?!? I said no. She said said, "We will deliver Monday and give you a $15 credit to be used on a future order." I told her that she is embarrassing herself and her company right now and this is bordering on the ridiculous. "How about—" I again said no, I want a refund so let's go ahead and get that started. I don't want you to offer me piddly amounts taken off future orders when there won't be any. The apology note offer and McDonald's combo meal money was insulting enough. Please don't further disgrace your self. If you have failed deliveries two days in a row, you can't deliver Monday either. My sister's birthday was yesterday. NOT Monday. The customer serve person I spoke with sounded like a robot reading off a cue card. DO NOT use this company. Awful! I could have driven the flowers to the east coast quicker than they can deliver. BAD. If they had a negative star option, I would use it.
