I wouldn't order or waste your money with this company! I ordered boots over a month ago still aint received them i have emailed the company, i have tried ringing but it always engaged, i have tried live chat but can never get some one to talk to me its a joke! Im so angry at this company trust me guys its not worth the hassle stay away if i was you.
A packet should receive after 3-5 days, it's now two weeks, and I have nothing! I called them, I wrote my email 6 times. Every time I hear that the fault of the courier...
Massacre and paranoia.
A wide berth this company!
I've been a customer of JustFab for a few years now and there business practices have gone down the toilet in the past few months. I ordered several pairs of shoes they said were shipped but were actually never delivered to my house. So the shoes never left the warehouse, they took my money, and then told me the shoes were out of stock so I couldn't even replace them! I was SOOOO mad but ohk I gave them one more try after that. Same thing! They sent me an email saying my shoes from my waitlist were being processed and then weeks later no shoes! I went online to check and they cancelled my order without notifying me of their foolishness. And lo and behold, no they didn't give me a refund. I HATE THEM SO MUCH. WORST COMPANY EVER. FRAUDS!
JustFab will seem like a great deal but if you need to return or exchange an item, they will make it extremely difficult for you. There are restocking fees that you are not informed about before purchasing and when you exchange you have to exchange for one item of the same exact price. They also lose returns so you must be diligent in contacting them to receive any sort of credit. It's not worth the hassle - unless you have an excess of cash you would like to spend to take advantage of their "deals". Lastly, shipping takes an excessive amount of time - unless you pay more to have it take a reasonable amount of time.
Purchased boots for my wife last Christmas, returned the goods because they were too small, but the company continued to take monthly instalments totalling up to £770.
I don't have the boots and they refuse to give me a full refund, spoke to many CC agents who palm you off.
I strongly recommend you don't use this company who are a SCAM!
Website sucks you in with 1st time deals. Then when you go to check out try to make you join and pat for a rip off club.
Joined JustFab just over a week ago. Boots looked lovely, I ordered 2 for £35, not problem there. Until I realised the delivery company used was MyHermes. I should of cancelled the account then and there. According to MyHermes my order was "attempted" to be delivered 3 times, non of these actually happened as i was in for the "deliveries". They then gave up saying it couldn't be delivered and went with "address query". Spoke to just fab regarding this to basically be told to wait 48 hours and i would have my boots. Needless to say this didn't happen. Rang JustFab again to say the boots had not arrived, my phone call got cut off 3 times, in the end my partner rang for me. On this attempt i was finally able to gain a refund and cancel my account, I will never be using them again. The customer service is shocking, especially since it's an American company and their customer services is usually amazing.
DO NOT BUY FROM JUST FAB! I bought some shoes a few weeks ago with their discount of 70% off your first purchase (I believe it was that) and so I paid £8.75. I went to look at my bank yesterday, and they have wrongfully taken £35 away from me! THIS HAS HAPPENED TO SO MANY OTHER PEOPLE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! The shoes are good quality and I do like them; however they took my money when I needed it most! Such a shame.
Awful customer service when you call the phone number a real person doesn't even answer nor does it give you an option for a real person to answer they withdraw your money then you go by your shoes and they take an additional 3995+ the 3995 for the shoes you just bought so technically you're spending $80 on one shoe when they were supposed to use your credit. I was chatting online with someone and they were super sassy and tried telling me that I was supposed to be charged the $80 and then when I asked to cancel my membership he told me I was not allowed to and the credit cannot be refunded but it's always there for a credit on my account. I then threatened the BBB and he immediately told me he would refund me and cancel my account. I'm concerned they will charge my card again. I would never suggest this place
I have been a customer for over 5 years! I realize that many customers have issues with the companies Terms and Conditions, however it really is not a big deal. To avoid any monthly membership fees all you have to do is log into your account any time during the 1st through 5th of each month and decide if you'd like to purchase or skip the month. If you decide to skip the month, you can always go back and make a purchase anytime during the month. If, by any chance, you forget to skip the month, the monthly membership fee ($39.95) is then converted into a credit to use towards any $39.95 or higher purchase. Like I said, I've never been charged without my consent or knowledge. I love the company and I've made hundreds of purchases, but I've also skipped many months without a single purchase. I highly recommend this site.
I ordered a jumper which when it came it was quality material but was way too big, and after that they began stealing money from my account. I don't think the jumper even looked like the one in the picture and it looks like a maternity top. Don't trust reviews that over exaggerate how good this is- it's probably workers for the company trying to get you to buy for them.
Usually I'm careful with online shopping such $#*! making sure they are a legit company( I am giving them my credit card info), looking at reviews and so on. Having no previous troubles with online shopping, I just went ahead with ordering a pair of boots( 10$ for my first pair for becoming a "VIP" member). No problem. Then I receive an email saying my boots have been shipped and gave me a link for the tracking info and of course I wait a few days because it takes a couple days for a tracking to be updated. When I clicked on it took me to what seemed like a made up Purolator page and said my packaged "arrived" at Martin Grove.( I live in Edmonton, Alberta. No idea where this Martin grove is)I'm like ok what's goin on here. I go the second link they give you which was for fed ex and gave you the same tracking number for. And there was no record of it or it said I entered the wrong tracking number. At this point I was freaking out. I called them and they said it arrived in Martin grove on a Friday and should be at my destination on the Tuesday. They didn't answer my question as to why my tracking info was incorrect. So I just thought I'm not ordering from here again( first place I didn't bother to look up before purchasing) anyways my boots arrived through Canada post which wasn't one of the delivery agencies they provided me with. Needless to say i cancelled my subscription(not easy I might add). I like my boots but I dont think I will be ordering again.
For everyone saying justfab is a scam and they've been charged without knowing, you must be a complete idiot who didn't read the fine print. They clearly state that they are a subscription service but its super easy to skip multiple months or even just cancel the entire service to avoid being charged. I set a reminder in my phone for day one of the 5 days and take a split second out of my day to skip. That being said, the deals are awesome and the merchandise is cute and as good a quality that you would buy at any normal store in the mall. We're not talking hand stitched leather boots here, but really who is willing to shell out that kind of cash for a seasons fashion? The normal prices are comparable to kohls etc. but nothing is ever regular price for long. They repeatedly have 30% off sales along with 2 for $25 and those ten dollar fashion steals. I regularly get 3 pair of shoes/boots and an item of clothes for $50 total and oftentimes less! I always get tons of compliments on the things I buy from them. Their customer service is phenomenal as well. Out of the 9 shoes I have bought from them I did have a problem with the sole separating on one. I called and they immediately offered to replace it at no cost to me. After realizing that they were out of my size I decided to keep the boot and get it fixed and they offered 50% off of my next total purchase Instead. When I called in to make my purchase they even offered on their own to reduce my total even more and my boots ended up costing $9. I have never had such friendly and accommodating customer service reps in my life. I'm used to arguing with people in Pakistan for every little thing! The call center did seem to be in a different country but everyone was very helpful and nice. I will continue to give my business to just fab and I've been telling everyone to give it a try. You won't regret it!
I've order a handbag in black through their website, and was quite thrilled on that day since I had probably ordered their last bag in black (the icon changed to sold out, while the brown colour is still in stock).
I waited for roughly 2 weeks for the bag to come, only to find out that they delivered the brown one to me. I was really furious and I emailed them for a refund. They replied once(after 2 days), but will never respond to my follow-up emails again.
Also, think twice before you sign up to be their member especially if you're a forgetful person!
JustFab is a complete scam! Disgusting customer service, incompetent staff, the list could go on! I signed up through the website which yes as everyone else did I ticked the terms and conditions! However what the terms and conditions failed to read was that I was to be AUTOMATICALLY opted in to VIP which I will add is ILLEGAL... After phoning to cancel the subscription the payments continued coming out of my bank! I phoned the customer service number month after month with no help. After realising that they had taken 17 months worth of payments from my account totalling £611 I called yet again. After 2 and a half hours on the phone they finally agreed to refund only 11 months worth of £35.00. I was told the remaining £215 would be saved on my account as credit. I refused this as I did not think this was acceptable but had to end the call as my stress levels were through the roof by this point. From then on, when I was on the website, anything I tried to order in my size was out of stock. I have since phoned to ask when sizes will be reordered so I can at least make use of the my money they will not give me back. For the last 4months I have had no access to the website. It states I am not a member. This website has over £200 of my own money which they have STOLEN. I have never dealt with such an incompetent, unprofessional and unsympathetic company in my life. Stay clear of JustFab they are financially and emotionally draining.
The shoes took a long time to arrive and they were not the quality i was expecting. I have returned but they say they haven't recieved them so wont refund me! Over £100! Such awful awful customer service, the worst i have ever purchased from!
This website is very deceptive, when you order you are automatically classed as a VIP member which then locks you into a contract where they send you items every month and it costs you £35.99 - I only realised this by reading review after the event, I phoned the company within 10 minutes or ordering and after arguing with a sale lady she finally cancelled my account and also the purchase that I made as I was no longer entitled to the discount... please do not order it is more hassle than its worth
When I signed up I knew the terms and conditions. Since I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and my bills have skyrocketed I wanted to cancel. This coincided with my bankcard on file being reissued due to expiration. I thought 'great' I will just not update the info and it will be rejected. SOMEONE at JustFab went in and changed the expiration date of my card and sent a charge through my bank. They also got it to go through without the CCV security number. They will do anything to get their money. The products are made in China and of very poor quality. The one thing I bought from them I put in the bin of car wash rags, never even tried it on.
Great web site and I read the terms. That's not my issue. The shoes we horrible. I tried three different pair. All of them were like disfigured shoes from the land of unwanted crap. I'm charged extra for not wanting to keep them and I have still not received any refund. I honestly don't believe that any of the positive reviews from this year were created by anything more than a marketing team.
I was surprised to see such low ratings since I absolutely LOVE Justfab! I love the variety and the unique styles and colors they have and they have the best sales! I stock up every time they have a big sale.
Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
Answer: Make a Small Claims Court claim online. That's how I got my money back..
