I brought some shoes for my mom and I suddenly become a member and telling me they are going to take £35 each month which I wasn't aware of. I rang just fab up to cancel my membership and she rudely put the phone down on me. A week later the boots arrived and they were a MESS! There was glue all around the sole and loose thread coming off the boots. I had the boots on offer for £13 and the original price was £80, £80 is a disgusting price to pay for this tat!. I went on the website to return the item and the barcode was invalid (no surprise there), I then had to ring the company up again in order to return the boots. I asked the women on the phone if I could have my money back, she said she will only give me £9 back. I'm appalled at this service and I should get a full return!. I regret ordering off this company and I'm disgusted that this company is advertised on TV.

My daughter purchased a pair of shoes - ticked the terms and conditions box without reading which I know she shouldn't but doesn't everyone? Only to discover on checking her banks statement that 3 x 35 had been deducted - one for each month she hadn't purchased anything.
I immediately called and for those of you who didn't get your money back take note - under the Consumer Credit Act a business is entitled to have terms and conditions of purchase what they are not allowed to do is hide these t&c's - see quote below:
"The Act also covers unfair terms in contracts, like charges hidden in the small print. Key terms must be 'prominent and transparent'."
Now no-one at Justfab can argue that their T&C's are prominent and transparent
( something similar happened to me with Amazon Prime a number of years ago and they immediately changed the layout and purchase confirmation)
So if you're caught out like this - call Just Fab quote the consumer credit act ( google it first and read it out when you get to speak to someone) if you get no joy with the telephonist ask to speak to her supervisor as you intend to contact Trading Standards which you would be perfectly entitled to do.

Shoes were v. v. v. poor quality! They claimed they normally retailed for £80, nowhere on earth would anyone pay that for the poor quality they were. Cheap nasty materials, one shoe i could get on and do up, the other i couldn't even get my foot into.
I called as i wanted a full refund and they said i couldn't get that online. At first she wasn't going to offer me the refund as it was more than 14 days since despatch. I explained that i received them more than 14 days after the despatch date. She kept repeating the phrase "i understand your frustration but our policy is to not offer a refund after 14days" i asked her a number of times did she not think this was crazy if customers didn't receive the package until after that time and she just kept repeating herself and said she would not take my feedback as "it is our policy". At one point i actually considered that it might be an automated service as she kept repeating the same phrases and wouldn't answer my questions! I said i wanted her to cancel my VIP membership and she spent quite a while trying to pressurise me into keeping the account. She said k wouldn't be able to "take advantage" of their offers in future. I said this was fine, then she tried convincing me by saying i could press the skip button during months where i didn't want to make a purchase. I explained i had better things to do with my time than try and remember to do that every month to avoid a charge and she still tried to convince me to keep the account. She then asked me why i no longer wanted the account despite me telling her what poor quality the product was multiple times. It's like she had to stick to the script on pain of death and couldn't deviate despite me already having answered her questions! I have little faith that she actually cancelled my account and will be speaking to my back shortly to ensure they take no payment!
Ordered some boots they were too small so i ordered at alternative as they didn't have my size. This was on the 7th oct. Today which is the 25thoct i rang ti see where they were as i still hadn't received them only to find that they hadnt even been dispatched and the stupid girl had put through a 4 instead of a 6 and when i asked for the correct boit to be sent they was out of stock due to their stupidity. Cheesed off doesnt come close. Now waiting for refund. Probably take 3 months to do that. Do not order from these.
People posting negative reviews have clearly not understood JustFab's subscription service. This is a great site to shop on! The clothing has gotten amazing, I love growing my shoe collection with JF shoes. If I have ever had an issue with an item, which has only been about twice, they take care of it easily. Just know if you are becoming a VIP and what the terms are. They have not and will not ever steal from you!
Been charged £35 for not ordering anything. When I called customer service lady pretended like she don't have any idea what I am talking about. Haven't had my money returned even when cancelled my account. Absolutely fuming. Don't order!

Hello everyone! I want to come on here and let people know that JustFab is not a Scam, not Thieves, not Cons, Not any of that! JustFab is a subscription service based company! When you go on the site to order you are brought thru a series of questions and you also have to click on the terms and conditions in order to even place your order! In the terms it states, you have between the 1st and the 5th of each and every month, we have 12 of them, to either shop or skip, if you do not shop or skip, THEN you are charged a credit, which goes to your account! It doesn't go to anyone else's account, it goes to your account and you can spend it on whatever you choose! I have been a customer since 2011 and I have never been charged! JustFab has a team of stylists that puts the different boutiques together! So every month, new items are added and you get to see the items first hand between the 1st and the 5th! I know many ladies that are customers, even my best friend, we never get charged, bc we skip! Set a reminder, write it on the calendar! But don't bash a company bc you didn't read the terms and conditions that you have to check off before you can even order! I hear it all the time and it's usually the same scenerio, they did not read! JustFab has excellent customer service, JustFab has excellent ladies and gentlemen working for them, JustFab also has an awesome return/exchange policy set in place! I really and truly love this company and I have been extremely satisfied with my account for 6 1/2 years! Now that is excellent customer service and an excellent business! Lastly, if I have to attach my credit card, debit card, anything that has to do with my money, I am going to read front back and side to side before I just attach it and go! This is the issue, you have to read, you cannot just click click click bc you see a pair of shoes or a purse that you must have! Ladies, please read so that JustFab doesn't keep being bashed as something they are not! It's imperative that one read what they are clicking on! Thank you for your time and please remember to read! JustFab has everything a girl could want and if you get the wrong size they are more than happy to exchange it for you. I have not been disappointed by them and continue to shop there.

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM JUST FAB EVER AGAIN! And i advise everyone else to save their money and use it for items that are actually decent quality. Ordered 4 pairs of boots, all flats, and every single one I can not wear for more then a half hour because they kill me feet! Quality is absolutely horrible. Very miss leading about their VIP program and that they charge you 39.95 a month! For crappy shoes! I ordered 4 things to take advantage of their 2 for 39.95 which I hate every single item, then get an email within days later saying I had a 39.95 credit to use, so I assumed it was because I had bought so much so I used to it try to get a pair of boots that I could actually walk in, only to find my credit card got charged 39.95! I NEVER WOULD OF MADE THAT PURCHASE IF I NEW I WAS ACTUALLY GETTING CHARGED FOR THEM! I never had a "skip the month" option to opt out so I thought it was a free pair! Messaged them 3 times through the "contact" part of the website. Never got a response. Call and talk to two idiots only to tell me there is nothing they can do except to send the pair back and get another credit! I don't want a credit! I would like I money back for the horrible quality boots in received! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS SITE AGAIN. And I suggest no one else does either. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE they should all be fired.
Loving Just Fab! Have been buying shoes online for years from Go Jane, Shoe Dazzle and now Just Fab. Have not had issues, anything too small I send back (clothing or shoes) and get new product in reasonable time. Products ordered on Monday on Atlantic coast of Canada I get by following Wednesday. I don't get things that fast within my own country. LOL
Customer service has been great. And any shoes that I don't send back I sell to friends and family. If I forget to skip a month I'm happy, because now I have a credit for something in the future.
I love Just Fab and appreciate I can skip the month by the 5th, if I do not have the funds or need more time to browse without being charged!
Love being a member. Love the styles and you can't beat the prices. Only catch is that by the 5th of the month you need to click "skip the month" not to be charged. But no worries, if you forget and get charged, you get a credit to shop! So nothing lost. :)
I have been using JustFab for years and it is amazing! Yes, every month they charge you $40 (unless you skip that month) but you get to choose a pair of shoes and they are sent to you! No matter what season I always have the best shoe collection because of how easy the system is. I have worn most of the shoes season after season and they still look brand new. I highly recommend the site!

I love their clothes, shoes and accessories. What people need to remember is that they ARE a subscription site, but that membership IS OPTIONAL. You can shop as a guest or check out as a VIP on your first visit to the site. Please be sure to READ everything on the checkout page CAREFULLY so that you are aware of what you are checking out as. As a VIP, all you will need to do, is skip each month by the 5th of each month to avoid being charged for optional credits. If you check out as a guest, then you won't need to take any action each month. I highly recommend the VIP membership though. Skipping each month only takes seconds, and the VIP pricing, and perks are definitely worth it. Most negative reviews are from people that don't bother to read what they are signing up for. I have never been disappointed, and never been charged for anything besides my orders. Happy shopping!
Um. How can you complain about paying monthly when you are responsible for signing up as a member? Clearly you didn't take the time to read the agreement. It is really simple. You won't be charged if you "skip" within the first 5 days. And if YOU are forgetful is not the company's fault! Set a reminder on your phone!
I have shopped with justfab for years and have never had an issue with customer service or with product. If I have an item that doesn't work out, I've returned it for free and received a credit to my account to apply to my next order, LIKE MOST ONLINE COMPANIES DO!

This is hands down my favorite online store, ever! I love being a VIP member. They release hundreds of new items every month. It's like getting to shop at a whole new store every month. It's simple. Become a member all you gotta do is skip the month if you don't want to puchase. I've been with justfab for 5 years now and I fully recommend them.
Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
