I have been a member for several years and I love them. My closet if filled with heel, wedges, flats and boots! No one every has my shoes and I'm always getting complements
I've bought shoes, sandles, boots from Just Fab for the last three years. Have always been happy with my purchases. If I have to return a item, normally problem. They email a return label, you wrap and put the label on the parcel, drop it at any post office and boom your good. As soon as it's received you get the exchange or a credit. I have boots I've worn for 2.5 yes, they still look good. If you don't want to purchase one month, just go to your page and hit "skip the month ". I even put a reminder on my cell so I don't forget. But even if I do forget, no worries, I just use that as a credit towards another item. Love Just Fab!
I have bought many items from justFab in the last three and one half years. It is high quality goods for an economic price plus being up to date in fashion. I love the sales. If you skip the month between the first and fifth you will never pay a monthly fee. If you forget that fee actually becomes a credit. It is a great company. If you ever need to return an item you only need to print out a return label and send it back. A replacement will be sent to you at your request.

I love JustFab! Love the variety of styles and products that are available on the site. As far as the membership goes, the process is pretty clear and concise, especially when you actually read the terms and guidelines! If you don't read, you are going to feel like you have been ripped off or scammed, when that is not the case at all. The return and exchange process is reasonable, considering they have to receive your items in order to refund or release your exchanges. And when you sign up for the membership, you have between the 1st and 5th of every month to skip the month so that you do NOT get charged! Make sure you read people! You won't run into issues if yoy fully understand the process!
JustFab is a total scam! You get shoes for only $9.99, BUT there is a monthly fee of at least $29.95- it goes up as you spend! ALSO, they refuse to give refunds! You may have 6 months of fees on your credit card you want refunded, but they won't! BEWARE!
I've been a JustFab customer for yeasts, it's a really good online company. They are honest, and so easy to deal with. I am especially impressed with their customer service, it's excellent! Their customer service representatives are very well trained and helpful. I have had to exchange items over the years, and its hassle free. They send you a free RMA and you just mail it! Easy right! I smile when I hear someone say they had money taken from their account by JustFab. That would only happen if they forgot to skip the month. I just put a reminder on my cell phone and it's easy, skip the month by the 5th day of the month and you will never ever be charged a fine. Honestly the deals are amazing!
Absolutely rubbish clothing from China! Try cancelling contact but still keep taking money from accounts! Go into PayPal account an cancel it from there as they can't take any more funds from you! Then you can to proceed and try and get through to the ultimate rude and I mean rude telesales ameature staff
The clothes are nice, boots are always narrow width... no matter what they say, and I loved being a VIP until they double charged me for an item... patronized and dismissed my concerns until I canceled my JustFab Fabletics and FabKids VIP accounts. So disappointed to have to do it... but I refuse to patronize any service that does not value its customer's time, money, trust, or loyalty. VIP status is not set up for the customer... it's only set-up to ensure that JustFab gets as many chances at your bank account as possible.
Thought I would write a review as I also accidentally signed up to become a VIP member, when buying two pairs of boots. Once I realised I completed the form to cancel membership (within 10 mins) and emailed it to the address given. I received a message within 12 hours to say that my membership had been cancelled. They also couldn't fulfill the whole order, one quick phone-call later the money was refunded back into my paypal account withing a few minutes.
I ordered a cute pair of boots September 26. Rush ordered. Looked on JustFab for tracking number. All it said was shipped. I never received them. I want my $20.58 back since I didn't get them.
JustFab operate on a deliberately confusing membership policy. Contrary to what some of the reviews have said, you can be a member without paying 35 pounds a month, but anytime you purchase something that is on sale, you automatically become a VIP member.
This is something that is not explained well to consumers. They owe me around 200 pounds because I bought a pair of shoes (12 pounds) from them in April and they have been charging me ever since.
They refunded around 75 pounds when I complained but said the rest could only be used as 'credits'.
It doesn't end there. In the end, I had to buy three items (I don't even like anything from their website) and was automatically re-subscribed to VIP membership again!
So I called AGAIN to cancel.
Today the three items I was forced to purchase have arrived. The jacket I ordered is too big and is a different colour (camel) to the one I thought I purchased (white).
Just stay away from this company.

Total scam get you to sign up with the offer of 75% of but fail to make it clearl they then takeep 35 pound each month and orders take ages to arrive not the 3-5 days that it states and as for the customer service is non existent I have tried livery chat and emails with no response to any and my comments on there Facebook was then deleted and I was blocked. Don't know how there still in business it's shocking!
After being charged $35 twice without notice, I called them to cancel this crap membership. They said my money couldn't be refunded and those credits would go to an electric gift card which I couldn't do anything with it because it only applied for regular items not the sales or clearance. Then a year ago now, I checked my bank account and they just TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY BANK AGAIN (this time is $39). This is the worst business ever... TOTALLY A SCAM! Be careful to check your bank account every month because this is sneaky and dangerous.

The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
