I called tree time to get my account deleted and it was on the third call that they really deleted it after, of course taking 39$ from my bank account which is 50$ in canadian money... Every time you'll call they will tell u that there's no need to delete your account u can just skip it then when u go on their site the skip button is not there... And they will tell you about the 39$ they about to take but you won't see it cuz it's written very very tiny below the email they'll send u, dont $#*!in buy anything on this $#*!
I spoke with customer service about my concern in processing my payment a week after I actually ordered the item. They informed me that the warehouse is backed up and there is a delay. They do not complete transaction (clearing my debit amt) until the item is shipped. And of course my item did not ship until a Saturday so my transaction did not clear until the following week. It is not my fault that the warehouse is backed up, and of course they don't give a damn because they have plenty of other customers to get money from. I'm just ONE less customer, right? They'll just move on to make other "loyal" customers happy. All they could offer was I'm sorry, no let me offer a discount on your next order, don't you think you would want me to come back and purchase from you? Nope, rather move on to the next victim and take their money. Just going to return the item, why would I want to have a product that means absolutely nothing to them but money.

JustFab directly violated the consumer's "right to be informed". I will take action to bring this to the attention of JustFab customers and the mass government. No company has the right to con consumers into overpaying. It is unethical, illegal, and wrong.
They will sign you up for some repeat payments for £35 every month. It is more than disgusting what they have done. As I am struggling with health payments at it is. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. PLEASE STAY AWAY.
Only time I found out about the VIP membership I was going to paid was when it was on my bank statement. The only time I used my credit card was when placing an order. This is only on the terms of service and is called a VIP membership.

If you buy anything from this site and don't pay attention the credit card you used will begin being billed $39.95 every month. When I called to complain they told me I was immediately entered as a VIP customer and the membership cost was $39.95 per month. Even though I didn't buy anything, the many $39.95 payments I had made were non-refundable because it was a charge for being a VIP member. They wouldn't let me use the money I had saved up if I cancelled my so-called VIP membership. It was insane and I'm not sure if I will be billed again next month despite having very clearly told them I wanted this to stop!
This company has been nothing but trouble since the beginning. When I first ordered a pair of shoes I was dissatisfied with the way they looked so like normal I called the company for an exchange. This whole process was dis-satisfactory. First they ask you to print out a return flier but you must purchase the box to return it in. Being that I am a college student i never made it to buy a box and ended up waiting to long. When I called back I got nothing but rude and terrible customer service unwilling to work with me on the return. Needless to say the shoes now sit in my closet and have never been worn. Then after being so tired of skipping months forgetting and then having to get a refund I called and cancelled my account. I had to argue with a "consultant" for 10 minutes as she pretty much begged me to say and that was it I though I was done, but NO! They never did cancel my account! So when i got another email about my available VIP credit you can imagine how upset I was. The weekend of my fiancees birthday and the little money I have is now gone because JustFab couldn't do what I asked in the first place. Now I have to wait 6 days for reimbursement and they finally cancelled my account. I will never deal with a company like this again it was overall a horrible experience.
Thought I was getting such a good deal when I got to pick any pair of shoes for $10, then I realize they charge you 40$ a month literally for just being a member. Absolutely ridiculous. I called and tried to cancel my account, they refunded me and still did not cancel my membership. Now this month, just got charged again and had to call and go through a bunch of bull Crap to finally get another refund and my membership cancelled. Seriously don't bother.
I orderd from JustFab was fine at first, then I skipped a month but still charged me for it and this the second time its happened. I screenshot it to say I skipped then sent me an email telling me I didn't skip the month so why have they still charged me, been on hold to customer service half hour waiting, absolute RUBBISH!

Anywais well this is my first time ever using this site and sorry but once my order was sent through there was a video to click on that explains EVERYTHING about the vip and how you can SKIP the $39 charge if you buy or log onto your account before the 5th of every month if you don't plan on buying so it WON'T charge your credit card loll. Ppl really need to learn to read and click on things when it says LEARN MORE ABOUT VIP. Hahaha gawd. And on top of that they send u a warning ahead of time letting you know to make sure you either skip or go shopping..
I just received my first pair of boots from JustFab. They are exactly like the picture and true to size. They fit great. They only took 6 days to arrive, and I live in Canada. To everyone calling them a scam... I was well aware of how it worked before I placed my order. If you fail to read the small print that's not the company's fault. I placed my order on the last day of the month and the next day I got my email reminding me to order or skip for the new month. I skipped no problem. I will be buying again. As far as the quality, I knew I wasn't getting leather. So I will see how they wear.
I ordered 2 pair of shoes and 'justfab' will not allow me to return.
One pair looks nice as in the site but the other one is far ahead of the color they show in their site. Both shoes are VERY tight and can't wear them.
Also when I placed the order and hit checkout "so already paid" there was a note telling me they were welcoming me to a WIP member because of 1st time buyer and I must order one pair every month or have to call them the 1st 5 days of the month to cancel and avoid a charge of $35/month... in the commercial they don't tell you that they open a membership and will take $35 out of your account every month for so called deals!? Since when do you have to pay for deals!?

I was so excited about 2 pairs of boots I ordered from JustFab. I couldn't wait to get them in the mail!
When I received them, they were both the wrong size, however, one of them fit just right. I contacted you to exchange the other pair and it was less than a walk in the park. You didn't have the pair I originally ordered, which is understandable, but frustrating. I was rushed to find another pair I liked so that I could get it done in a timely fashion.
I searched quickly and found a pair that I was ok with. I told the representative and she sent them on their way (after I sent the pair I was sending back). I received those, very excitedly, and opened them up. WRONG SIZE AGAIN!
I take time out of my day to talk to a representative and tell her I'd like to just return the whole order because I'm tired of dealing with all of this and she says I can only return the pair I just received because the pair that fit was past the 30 day return policy. It wasn't MY fault they sent THREE pairs of boots in the wrong size, which is the reason I was past the 30 day policy.
This whole situation is ridiculous! If it was my fault that it was past the 30 days, that is understandable, but it wasn't my fault! All I wanted was a refund. I'm highly dissatisfied! Will not be ordering from JustFab again.
My mother-in-law treat me to a pair of shoes in November 2016. They were on offer and as for a lot of things around that time of year we simply thought it was a good sale. My mother in law is blind and elderly and a very anxious person, i went on and purchased the shoes with her say so. We completed the transaction as you would any shop transaction. Little did we know that for the following several months they would STEAL £35 from her bank account each month, without either of us knowing. In total they took £310 from her account, these were supposedly for special discounts so apparently £310 is to cover discounts... i was livid to say the least as we had definitly NOT agreed to any direct debit, i certainly wouldn't agree to it considering it wasn't my account, and there were never ever any thing that obviously stated the agreement. Luckily i managed to sort this and at least get £210 back even though they did try to weasel their way around this, it took threatening Watchdog and legal services to get the money back. When i informed in my mother in law of this she was very ill with migraines brought on by stress for the following few days. DO NOT USE THESE... it hasn't just happened to me it also happened to my two best friends and one of them is not the type to miss the small print because of her education. Disgusting robbing on artists... keep away!
I bought a pair of shoes and then I got one half off, I didn't read the stupid print that said VIP but that means every month they take money out of your account no matter u buy something or not. I called the customer service department and they said they will end my VIP and close my account. Wow over that they lose a customer.
I ordered 5 pairs of shoes from JustFab and they fit perfectly. I ordered 4 pairs of boots and one pair of sandals. They look exactly like the pics and for great. I got them about a week after ordering. This month I am not ordering any shoes so I called customer service to cancel. But instead I found out you can just skip the month if you do it in the first 5 days of the month! And I got a $10 store credit for not cancelling. Love it!
Fine print: if you disenroll /cancel VIP membership, they retroactively apply penalties to your past orders. Their website says "cancel at any time"... no mention of penalties. SUCH A SCAM!
I advise any and everyone not to order from this site. I tried to order a pair of boots i fell in love with off this site for this winter and they were all messed up when i finally got my order three weeks later when i was suppose to get them in 5 to 7 days. I called customer service for a refund and wanted to send the item back they refused to do so. The customer service i recieved was horrible they were very short and rude. This is by far the worse company to order shoes from. Buyer beware!
Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
