Please, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, think twice about starting up this disaster. I HAVE TRIED TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT TWICE AND I STILL HAVE IT. The customer service people have no idea what your saying. THEY TRAP YOU SO YOU CAN NEVER CANCEL. The customer service man told me the only way i can get a refund is if i keep my account. OMG SUCH BS! Still fighting this. Such a scam!
My experience with Justfab has been nothing but miserable regarding my return/credit/refund. I ordered two purses at the beginning of February that i thought were normal size but ended up being too large for me to carry on a daily basis. So i quickly returned the items within two days. After the 2-3 week i still hadn't seen the credit back on to my acct so i started a live chat with a rep. They stated that they had received my return and i should see a credit on my acct within 24 hours. Well i didn't. So i contacted them again and that rep said that they HADN'T received my return yet and it was barely on its way to them. So i gave it another few days and my experience worsened. I kept having to contact justfab regarding my situation with no avail. We are already in the second week of March and my problem is still pending. I wanted a full refund with restocking fees and tax waived as it wouldn't make sense to charge me tax for something that i don't have. Well they agreed to waive those two fees but this whole experience has me frustrated. I will no longer be a customer!
I bought a pair of boots a month ago and one of the straps already broke off and I've only worn them 3 three times. Also I was charged $39.95 for no reason and it took me 3 days to get this refund because the lack of customer service. I sat on their hold line for 30 mins and never talked to a real person. The "live chat" with a consultant is a joke. It was an absolute nightmare trying to get that money refunded. This is a scam website and the person I talked with could barely speak English. Worst online site I've ever worked with. I would high suggest that you never buy anything from them or enter your credit or debit card information.
Just call each month so u won't be charged each month it works all the time. The people aren't all rude. They are willing to help you out.
I ordered some shoes online and I clicked for them NOT to make me VIP however they decided to ignore that! Subsequently they charged me £35 for the (not wanted) pleasure of being a 'VIP' customer. I called them and quoted their withdrawal paragraph (which you cannot find directly through their website, i only found it when looking for the rate of the number) - https://www.justfab.co.uk/withdrawal.htm - they are now refunding me and completely cancelled my account! For anyone wanting to get refunded, I suggest you quote their policy above!

This is the worst company ever! They refuse to issue a refund for a subscription started in November 2016. I unsubscribed over the phone in January 2017 after skipping December 2016. Thought it was all done... nope! Out of nowhere in March 2017 I'm charged again. Will be filing a complaint with BBB and whoever else I need to. They're playing childish games by letting me sit on hold forever. No music no one saying anything
Forgot to skip the month in the tiny wendow of time they allow you to do so. Got charged 39.95. SKIPPED the next month and got charged another 39.95 anyways! Thank god my bank transferred and my card is deactivated. Worst experience I've ever had with any company.
Everything was perfect until my wifes got charged £30 for a subscription. As I was reading here a lot of people had the same "robbery" issue. This is very naughty. I hope they remove this before I report some authority.

Bought boots and when I went to return them, they charged me $6.00 for a restocking fee and then when I tried to cancel my account they ask if I had any family who could keep my account? They were rude and it was horrible. Kept charging my card after I cancelled.
My daughter asked to buy a pair of boots with my card. Little did either of us know we were signing up for a monthly service. When I started seeing the monthly charge show up I called to cancel. They were really snotty and I had to threaten a chargeback to get them to cancel. They stopped charging for 2 months and then all of a sudden started back up again. I ended up having to do the chargeback and cancel my card. This is a big scam. Save yourself some pain and don't do business with them.
I signed up for JustFab and Fabletics and have cancelled both of these accounts. I think the clothes are great but really are not that great of quality so unless you are a VIP member and they are on sale it's not worth buying anything! In regards to the membership aspect of JustFab it is terrible! If you don't skip the month by the 5th your card will be charged. I was very good about skipping each month but there were still times when my card would get charged and I had to call in and deal with them refunding my card. I called in multiple times to cancel my account and every time they told me it was cancelled but never actually was so I would have to call again and try to cancel again. Bottom line don't waist your time or money with any of the 'Fab' companies, it is not worth the hassle!
This is the only thing i learned from this company. It is highly deceptive. You have to call to cancel a so-called membership (with $30+ monthly fee) which you automatically receive if you did not notice and un-check a super small box at the very end of a webpage few people would scroll down that far. As many people shared here, their outsourced service rep do not speak English well (probably deliberately), making any conversation extremely frustrating.
I made the mistake of purchasing a dress and pair of shoes from this company last June 2016. I was unaware there was a small box that I did not un-check before purchasing that said i wanted a VIP membership that would charge me $39.95 per month from then on. I then received a dress that i could have bought at Walmart that fit poorly and shoes that were not made to fit human feet. I have since been charged $279.00 in "credits" that can ONLY be used to purchase a $39.95 item from their website. I found this out when i called to cancel my membership (which can only be cancelled by calling an outsourced customer service rep that barely speaks english). They informed me that the amount charged could not be refunded, even though i read no agreement saying i wanted to be charged this money. I am pissed and i hope this company is sued into the ground by somebody who can afford to do so. DO NOT buy anything from this website.
This company shouldn't be in business! The merchandise is cheap looking and poorly made. And their customer service SUCKS! I fought for almost a month to get a refund after cancelling my account. Out of the dozen or so reps I got only one could speak English well enough to understand. On top of that one rep put me on hold for over 2 hrs. I finally hung up and called back again to continue to fight with them about refunding my money. I wil never be a return customer and advise anyone thinking about joining to stay away from this $#*!ty company.
I am amazed that decision making personal in this company would decide to show a TV commercial depicting a woman as a blatant liar; saying she's sorry to a persons face then saying she's not behind his back. Not an example I want my child to follow, nor a company I would deal with. Lousy ethics.
I'm at a loss with this company, I placed an order for 2 pairs of shoes as I had 2 credits to use. Placed the order, selected my credits and had £4 to pay, great! Only JustFab didn't use my credits, they took £74 from my bank account. When I rang to complain, the lady I spoke to I found very hard to understand, and just didn't get it, all she kept saying was "sorry for the inconvenience" but wasn't prepared to do anything for me. I cancelled the order and asked for my money back. I then asked for the 2 credits to be reimbursed as I had lost faith in the company and wouldn't be using them again. Oh no, you can't have the money back, it's in our terms and conditions. I hate companies that just quote "it's our terms and conditions" - which translates into "we only care about taking your money, not you as a customer". Oh and to top it off, you earn Loyalty points, but the website doesn't let you redeem them! An absolutely shocking display of how not to treat your customers. I will never shop with them again and will advise anyone who asks to stay away!

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.

He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
